Very good quality product. This is my 2nd time ordering from company and will order from them again..

Site was a little complicated, but once I figured it out, everything was ok.

Frames cough be much sturdier to prevent breakage.

This has been resolved. It doesn't change my opinion.
I received my glasses and I was not able to see clearly. I contacted the company and per their instructions, returned them for a remake. I followed all the requests including taking pictures and sending a second copy of my prescription. Unfortunately the problem has not been resolved. In reality the distance vision is actually worse. I understand that I opted for the 100% exchange and that I did not purchase the warranty. However, I was very surprised by the lack of concern or follow up to the remake or my satisfaction.
I took my original glasses to an independent doctor's office along with the glasses I received from Payne. After full examination of both they were able to easily determine that the line of bifocal was extremely high on the lens and that I was actually looking through the intermediate portion of the lens. This prevented me from seeing clearly with either line of vision. This was the same problem with the first pair I received.
Unfortunately, I will just have to live with a $107+ mistake. The other office will remake my lens correctly at twice the cost. In this case, they will ensure the lenses are correct WITHOUT having to purchase a warranty or be subject to a one time exchange. I am very disappointed in the quality and service Payne Glasses has provided.
