Very pleased with my new prescription swimming goggles, which are going to make my holiday so much easier this year! Very happy with price and service, took a couple of weeks to arrive but no issue for me as thinking ahead.

Frames as described on easy to use web site - prescription straight forward to enter. Glasses arrived promptly - all round good value and positive experience.

I have had a few pairs of glasses from them now and have not been disappointed. Very reasonable compared to high street prices and good quality too

I used this company more than 10 years ago and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the product back then. This time when I needed something with a clip, as transitions lenses are extremely expensive these days, I found it only online.

They stick to the timeline indicated during the ordering process so I was able to receive my glasses before Xmas. Quality was good and as expected. The glasses are shipped in a plastic, almost transparent case, but I kept my solid 10-year old case so I will use it instead.

I would only wish if they could sell clip ons separately for different types of frames.

Absolutely delighted with my glasses and the price. Took slightly longer than expected to arrive but put this down to Christmas period. Will definitely be ordering more (was recommended to Selectspecs by my husband).

Very good. I've always payed expensive for glasses ever since I needed to wear them, my last lot cost about £400. So decided to try these to save money. Got a pair of prescription for £28. And they are very good. Been wearing them since purchase.

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with, their customer support is dreadful. After numerous complaints I eventually got a reply from customer service apologising and promising it will be dealt with. My glasses are ready 'apparently' but have been in their quality control department for 10 DAYS! I have been waiting for over a month for an order that they day will be with you within 7-10 days.

Been shopping with selectspecs for years, recommend to friends and family or anyone wanting new glasses, I've purchased from the really cheap to the higher end brands Jimmy choo, ray bans etc and always brilliant (even the £5 ones) buy from them once you won't go elsewhere again

Forget your high street stores these guys offer same products virtually and at a tenth of the cost. Good value good service ordered many pairs never disappointed...happy to recommend and will I use them again dam right I would

Just wish the turnround was faster but put that down to full order books and volume of work

Only issue is not them but the delivery company dpd it's like hunt the thimble if they can't get the parcel in the letter box and royal mail ain't much better

Love my Ferucci Titanium rimless frames with Office prescription progressive lenses. But perhaps most of all I really appreciate Customer Service. Real people respond to your questions and address any problems experienced quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I was dubious about ordering glasses online so I took the plunge by purchasing a really cheap pair. They are perfectly fine and optically perfect. I would have no hesitation in buying from SelectSpecs again.

Excellent frames and lenses delivered within 4 days the customer service is superb I ordered 2 pairs unfortunately 1 of them had got damaged in the post without hesitation the sent a replacement pair would definitely recommend to anyone

I've used Selectspecs a few times now. The service is really good and so is the quality of the glasses. The low prices mean you can try out glasses that you may have never tried the style of before and see what works best for you. I am very forgetful and now I have glasses in lots of different places so that I'm not having to search high and low for one pair! It's also nice to be able to vary your look. I would definitely recommend and buy again from here.

I have used this company twice and both times they were brilliant, excellent customer service, and despite the fact that I live abroad the glasses were delivered on time and in perfect condition. No easy thing when sending to Italy! I also messed up a subscription last year and despite it being entirely my fault they sorted it all out at minimal cost to me. Thank you, so much.

While the Select Specs has an extensive range of frames and lens options they unfortunately are seriously lacking in customer service skills. Orders take forever and that is if they actually do show up. The worst thing is the complete lack of communication regarding orders as you stare at the screen in limbo hoping for an update.

Save your time, money and disappointment, and purchase your glasses from another retailer.

I ordered my 4th pair of glasses from Select Specs (as my prescription changed) and each pair have been fantastic. There is a little delay in receiving them but that is negligible when you compare the quality and price. I shall continue using this service as now do my parents.

To date I have purchased 4 pairs of prescription glasses and I am pleased with the wide range and prices. They do feel a bit plastic, but they are nice and light and I will definitely be purchasing more pairs from Selectspecs.

Time was taken not hurried every aspect explained carefully and clearly nice not to be rushed and felt like all my concerns were listened too and dealt with in a very positive manner
