People need to be prepared, if this process was detailed before using this service, sure many won't use it... How long it will last from now?

I had a minor issue with my Payoner account, it was my fault for not understanding well what was the issue, however on the phone the very kind lady helped me and even accidentally the call got cut by accident and she called me back right away to finish the situation with 200% satisfaction for me.
