Payoneer customer service was very helpful and managed to solve my problem

I contacted about a credit card that was sent to me and was not received and after speaking with customer service I was issued a new card and it was sent by registered mail.

Your representative are nice, but Chinese representative really know how i feel and help me through, the other are nice too, but didn't solved my problem, just keep me waiting n waiting n waiting..

I called and ask to help me with the security questions because i don't remember it, i try so many time to reset the password but it's keep me have the security questions issues

在提交法定代表人身份证照片非常清晰可见字符及头像，多次出现提示不清晰状况，在我们电脑上打开身份证其字符及头像可见，真让人感到不可思意。工人客服业务能力较高，能够专心为客户解释协调处理问题
