I received a prepaid credit card as a gift.
I made a return and a credit was applied to the card by Google.

PayPower locked me out of my account when the credit was issued to the card, over 1 year ago.
They initially said they had to investigate the credit which I foolishly believed.
After providing them with all of the documentation and proof that the credit was valid, them simply stopped responding.

I can't believe I am going to have to sue them to get my money.
Interesting business model.
