Absolutely love using this card... with my extreme paranoia of identity theft and the likes I feel like I can safely buy things online again. All anyone needs is to get a code (go to the local gas station or whatever - give the guy €50 and he gives you a pin code), then you can go from there. All major gaming sites accept the card as well as amazon and itunes. And if, by chance, other online shopping needs should be met, the HP offers a great variety of other sites and services that accept the card! It is really a great idea and so very easy to use.

0/5 ratings if I could. I almost never write bad reviews, but this bad review goes to the lucky Paysafecard. I am writing this with a sane mind after a few weeks of giving them a chance to make it right. (which they have agreed to send the money to my bank account but never follow through). I have an account with them to use for Skrill. I have deposited an amount of $1000 to Paysafecard, however since Skrill can receive only $400, it makes sense to receive the $600 back. Later that month, the amount of $200 got hacked and then the other $400 was never returned. They locked me out of my profile and has 0 follow ups since 15th June. Is Paysafecard a scam? As of this moment these are the stat: 11 days since our exchanged emails (asking nonsense back to zero) on 22/06. 18 days since my initial instructions which they have disregarded and no further follow ups on money transfers 15/6 - 16/6. 38 days since my initial report about the incident on 25/5. I have used paysafecard a few times many years ago when they were still a reputable business, however that is no longer the case in this day and age.

It has been a whole month since I have purchased 120$ worth of paysafecard and have been painstakingly trying to access it via their terrible customer service. When I attempted to use my pin to make a purchase, I got a message saying something along the lines of, "your paysafecard has been frozen for security reasons". And yes I did double check that it was the official website.

The only method of communicating with them is through email, and most of the time you will get an automated response telling you to wait longer for a proper answer. The answer almost never comes. So you have to message them again and again until you can actually reach a real human being, that will not be helpful at all.

Every month there is a fee deduced from your paysafecard, therefore the longer they keep you from using your money, the less and less will be left on your paysafecard. This does not seem to be a coincidence, but their entire business model!

These types of scams are common with all types of prepaid cards and similar services, and it will keep happening if we do nothing about it as customers. If this has happened to you, report it to the appropriate authorities. Most people do not report it because they feel ashamed, or think it is not worth the hassle. Those greedy scam businesses are counting on that passiveness to keep profiting off of you, and collecting your hard earned money. Do your part as an individual, and help bring these shady businesses to be exposed.

I signed up in Aug. With Paysafe to run my credit cards though. I didn't have a problem until Dec. 18th when I ran my Gas station company for 16,962.00. The transaction went through on my end and on my customers end. I then received an email stating that I needed to provide my bank statements and all the details of the transaction with contact information for my customer.

Paysafe then called the customer and confirmed that this in fact was exactly what they wanted. Then called me and said that they can't continue with the transaction. I asked why? They said it was outside the amount I was approved for.

I explained that when I signed up the agent on the phone told me that I would be fine running these transactions. I sent all of my bank statements over to him at that time as well proving I make these types of transactions about every 4 months. They said I still need to do a refund to the customer.

I then ask if they could wave the Fee for the refund as well as the transaction fee because I was mislead by the salesmen when I was signed up. They said that I would need to talk to a manager for that was on 1/14/22. No call

I called back on the jan 26th to see where we stood and I was told I need to make the return and I would need to talk to a manager. I asked again for the manager to please call me. No call

I called again on the 27th and I was told to make the refund and I would need to talk to a manager. I made the refund on the 1/27/22.

I still haven't received a call from a manager nor has my customer received the refund. As well as Paysafe is still holding the $16,962.00. Its now 2/12/22

Happy to take your money, no questions asked. Try and get access to it. Paysafecard ask for identity evidence but never accept it.

I'm still waiting when I get my money back. Are real scammers, no card received twice. Am afraid I will not see my money back either.

They will take 3 euros per month off your balance rendering their service absolutely useless. Never go to paysafe

Am transferat 200 euro(1000 RON) in contul meu REVOLUT in data de 18.01 si abia dupa transfer mi-au trimis mail ca nu se poate efectua plata catre un card virtual. Banii din contul paysafe card au disparut si de cateva zile nu mai raspund la mail. TEPARILOR... WHERE IS MY MONEY?
