Paytm in now days really a fake and fraud company, they offered me lifetime sound box for per month charges but after 15-15 days without any notification they deducted 80,80 rs...many times I called to customer care but they only generating fake tickets and when I said send me written mail for my query,never they send if Paytm not fraud then why they are not providing me written mail,and not refunding my money and not closing sound box tooo...i humble request to all user never use Paytm offered fake services,many shopkeeper also suffering with money deduction by Paytm while they are not using sound box
Paytm is worst, evry transaction fails... if i cancel the order also. I did not get any mail that whether the cancelation process started or not. Customer care is not lifting phone. Although the cost cost for not lifting the phone also too much... they dont have responsibility of intimation about anything. My suggestion is please just just intimate the status of money refund process.other wise just lift the phone and say something.or else close the company.
Last week i have bought a tempered glass for my i phone from Paytm site. When i opened it i found that it is not up to the mark. I have pay rs 400 for the glass but quality of the glass is very low to sumup i said its a total wastage of my money.its a fake site they are making fools of their buyers.the product they display on site are diffrent from reality.its a fake site.

I have ordered choli in paytm but my transaction was fail and my money will deduct in my account. This is my Paytm order number *******569.
When I have requested to many times in paytm care but not sufficient response to me and still not refund my money. I tired to paytm.
This is not proper way of paytm. Paytm is not success to online shopping website, this is fake website.
I never expect this from paytm app i recharged for rs 150 on 28/11/2017 for my metro card and that got failed infect i cancelled that becoz there was server was down and still i didnt get my refund in my paytm wallet its being almost 2 days for refund also i texted them this is pathetic

Cause of this i am unable to pay my paytm postpaid bill and after nov 2023 580 rs. Extra charges charges of late payment. I tried to connect paytm team on help saction and telephonic they not give any solution for payment of paytm postpaid bill before 7 nov 2023.

Paytm is the worst site ever, I took samsung A5 from relience digital last week, number of times I requested them for cash back, they are not adding in to my wallet, my sincere request is do not go for cash back offers.
I ordered one mobile from paytm with cashback offer of Rs.334.As said on paytm site i refund was going to add in my wallet 24 hours after delivery. But it wasnt added automatically. But paytm clear instruction was there if cash is not refunded within 2 hours mail us on *******@paytm.com. I did so and next day i received cashback.
Yes you have to claim that refund then only you will get it.
Regarding delivery, ya its take about week to deliver.So better to go for another site or buy directly from shop as waiting is really annoying.
After ordering i read so much negative reviews and was regreting for my decision. But thankfully i received it well. Ecom deliver partner was ok. Also packaging was not good enough as my bill has crushed due to poor handling.

Worst product delivered to me nd when I wanted to return it they denied it by saying that in return policy the seller has written that this product will not get returned. Worst product with worst stuff nd it was lebeled of 999rs nd they we giving it in 199 I can get better stuff the it, in the market in 50 rs... I booked a bus last month 24th from bangalore to vijayawada with Komitla. My seat was booked, but after one hour i got message from operator the bus was cancelled amount should be intiated within 7 working days, Still now i didn't get any money refund to my account. So, please refund my money, and bus order number is *******831 amount is 642.

The pickup guy claims that he came at my door step and was asked for a reattempt the next day, I am not even aware of the guy coming at my door step?
I call at delivery.com as notified in a text, and ask them to add an additional instruction, that the delivery guy should make me a call before he comes.
I don't get a call or any notification what so ever, and when I call back at delivery.com they say that I have cancelled the return?
I mean what the hell is wrong with these guys, Do they have any limits?

I placed a request to merge my two paytm accounts into one and have final account which is Kyc approved. They don't respond to mails... it takes you forever to reach to customer care (apparently they always have heavy traffic going on) and I finally somehow gets connected after trying for a week the person says I can't tell u when your request will be resolved.
I was expecting a cash back of 1200rs. They ate that and they are not even syncing up my account. And our dear government promotes this company for cashless transaction... This is the worst and most disgusting company and customer care ever..

I have no problem in using the Paytm App but my concern is with their WORST customer service. I don't know why Paytm is not concerned about its customer service team and spoiling its reputation in the market with its poor service. I have not written a single review till now but I took time to write this review because I had worst experience with Paytm customer team multiple times. What I observed in customer team is. Lack of patience to listen to the customer problem, rude replies, doesn't go through ticket properly, no deadline/tentative time to resolve an issue(but displayed deadlines in website), unable to understand Email sent by Paytm itself, calls at Odd times(9:52PM) and the list goes on.
After 7 days registering my query in their site, today at 11AM, 27-08-2019 the issue is still unresolved.
I had done the bill payment via paytm, i got message that transaction got cancelled and i have paid full amount in cash, i am following all of there executive, either varun or gaurav, all the time they have same answer that this will be refunded within 24-48 hours, this mail i am getting from last 2 months and still they haven't resolve the issue,
Now even they don't bother to reply such a idiotic staff it seems they have recruited 10 pass people who are just to copy and paste mail and reply same to everybody, don't use this you may get benefit out of it but once if your transaction got failed all of your money will be gone and you won't get it back.

Paytm will not bother to give u service 1CO product is delivered. Ordered a home theatre. Got delivery 6days after booking. Warranty started from invoice date, which means ur warranty is on even if u don't hv the product. Didn't even send a proper invoice copy. Got delivery 6 days after mailing paytm each day.

I bought a new iphone 6 s plus and it was mentioned like 8000 cash back and after the mobile got delivered my cash back of 8000 was shown in my account.
All of sudden my order history and cash back disappeared from account and now this $#*!ing people say that i have not brought any phone.
Thank god atleast my phone got delivered and after i show my statement of my order on my bak history, they have blocked my email id and when i email them delivery failed.
This is real $#*! and i have will sue those $#*!ing guys.

Its a totally pathetic service from PayTM. I have waisted so much time in placing the order during the false 50% cash back promise. Now that the order is placed they are saying they can not deliver it and cancelled my ofder. Now I am left with Rs 5000 in my payTM wallet. I can not take it out. If sent to any bank an amount of Rs 4% will be deducted. This is a complete bull$#*!.
And one more thing I have now checked the item and it is still available at your website. If the item is still available for sell why the hell on earth it can not deliver it for my order. Now I feel that the 50% cash back is the thing PayTM is not willing to bear.

I tried to call paytm callcenter, they couod not able to connect with executive. I registered many query but they never bother to call back. I was surprised while i was found wrong product at the time or delivery.
