Paytm

I booked a hotel through the paytm site they sent me a sms and email confirmation.
When I reach the hotel to my utter surprise humiliation the hotel says they do not have my reservation.

The paytm call centre is not reachable.

The hotel does not know whom and where to reach paytm

After an hour someone calls to say that the hotel is overbooked and they trying for last 1.30hrs to get me a booking somewhere.

Very very pathetic service

We had used zoom car aap recently on 24th march, 2017 they had to refund the security of Rs. 1500 in my paytm wallet but it has not been transfered yet... I have been contacting the customer care since then nd they dont pic r calls once they did and told us to mail them the info v did but still no action has been taken. If i dont get a reaction on this in next 24 hrs i will take a strict action and see you in the court session and would never use paytm and wont allow any of my known people to use it. This is the first ever worst online site i have experienced. I orderd 1 TB hardisk and 8 GB memory card a week ago ( March 16th 2015) product is still not delivered, worst part is i got a SMS and the status of my order in Paytm website shows the part has been delivered.
I'm sending mails to the customer care on this, no response yet. They don't have Customer Care Contact number to raise your concerns.
They will never revert back for any of ur concerns / queries.
I'm so frustrated with this website. I already paid the amount online during purchasing the product. The cash back offer with a promocode which keeps popping up is also fraud.
Please don't ever use this site for any kind of purchasing. There is no assurance for your product after the purchase or before it is delivered.

Paytm was very good earlier I am using paytm frm last 2 yrs bt now I am facing problem in KYC and the customer care is also not bothered about it they don't pick the nor reply in portal.! Poor service. I wish I could give 0stars in service

I have recharged to my mobile it shown successfully but, i didn't get any recharge balance, but money is ditected from my account,,, i sent a mail to paytm help line they are not contacted,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, finally i have losed money,,,, don't use this,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, it is not good...

I have purchased Bicycle from Paytm and I want to opt for installation which is available in Bangalore as per the website but unable to find the partner who can install the cycle. Need support for the same. I am frustrated as I have sent multiple emails and have received the same standard messages which is of no help. Also IVR doesnt have option to speak to customer care executive to explain the issue.

I bought 3 casual trousers of American Bull from Paytm. I had specifically searched three different color trousers and size for all of them was 34. What they sent me were 30,38 and 36 size trousers and all of them were different in color to what I selected. I returned two of them and kept one as I gifted it to one of my friend. I ordered again two trousers hoping that it would have been a miss from Paytm but this time again I got two black color trousers with size 38, however what I ordered was size 36 and two different color trousers.

I ordered a studds helmet and after 2 weeks they delivered me a damaged kimi helmet. I asked for return and the delivery guy told me that i cannot return it because i had not filed the complain properly. What the $#*! is this..

Paytm is cheater! They duped me for 10,000. How to file a case against paytm? Plz help me. I received 10,000 from my customer Rahul Agarwal through paytm and this amount never got settled in my bank account since 19th March'2017.

I had booked flight tickets precovid lockdown but due to pandemic it was blocked with paytm as credit shell for future airticket booking. But to my surprise even after doing so many mail followups and also call followups, they are not even bothered to give a call back or reply to my mail regarding booking of ticket. Almost one month is passed but useless and illiterate staff is not at all bothered to call back or revert on mail. Nonsense Paytm team. Never use this app.

Hi all,
I had ordered a iphone 6 from paytm and i recived a stone in place of it and its been a month without a resolution for it. Paytm guys provide worst services and are very slow. Never buy anyting from paytm.

Iam college student, i had 1k paytm cash in my wallet, due to some reason my friend need 600 paytm cash so i send it to him but paytm shows add 200 more to complete payment, after this i seen in my paytm passbook i saw that payment of 600 was pending, after this i send 400 to my friend that transaction was successfully occurred but that 1st transaction is still pending from last 1 week

I ordered an item from paytm and coz of delayed delivery canceled the order. But the item was shipped so paytm asked me not to accept the delivey whenever the product reaches. Same day i wrote a mail to paytm for keeping the item so they said no problem you can keep it. Inspite of all the above events paytm credited the cash back in my wallet for the return of product though the product was not actually returned. And now after 10-15 days they are calling for the payment of the product otherwise delivery boy will suffer the consequences. Crediting cash back is paytm's responsibility as the they deal with the customer grievances but paytm is imposing their fault on the delivery boy.

Paytm customer care executive postponing the date of refund, every time I call them they said they will register my complain and take action after 7 days, again I call after 7-8 days again they reapet same.
Airline said they already transferd the refund to the paytm.
Very bakwas customer care service.

Paytm never resolves customer query and their number never connects. Inspite of updating my KYC I am not able to transfer money to my bank or on any other number.
My Money is stuck in the wallet.The worst thing is that There is no support mail id visibile. $#*! offf Portal..

Worst experience shopping clothes with paytm Order Number: MPtkt - *******. After estimated delivery time they still shows delivery in transit to Ahmedabad. After compaining 3 time to paytm and 1 time to shipping company all fail to reply. It is unacceptable by customer care and shipping company to not answer by 30 days.

Guys, We ordered refrigerator on 15th April as it was mentioned like it will be delivered in next 24 hours But today is 17th and still our Item is not yet delivered.

We discussed and escalated multiple times to Paytm support but they said they want 48 hours time to work on it and after 48 hours also they updated like our product will be delivered in between 21st to 24th April that means 24 hours is equal to 9 Days for paytm.

So kindly never buy anything if you want your product on Time, I'm also attaching images to refer for both paytm Guys n you.

I had make order of 3 items last week and the total amount of purchase was 600 rs then i selected 300 rs cash back offer, then i received two items in which one item is defective that still not change by the paytm customer care and the remaining 3rd item is cancelled today after one week and the cash back offer is also denied by said that the cash is available on the 3rd item which is cancelled by the 3rd party. Bloody cheater paytm.

Paytm is the worst service provider.The customer support service is zero. I dont get my cash back. On 20 dec 2016 i booked movie tickets on pvrcenimas using paytm. Pvrcenimas offer is 100 % cash back max 200rs. But paytm cheated. I dont get my cash back of three transactions 3 tickets means 600 rs.

There is no option at Paytm help and support to describe if the user is not able to pay to the merchant with his wallet balance. The customer care number is busy for 21 mins and after connecting the person Mr. Tosif Raza does not understand the problem and repeatedly ask to submit it on help and support where no such option is available.He cannot understand the problem at all. When asked him to let me speak to his seniors he kept me on hold for 10 mins and then said the seniors were busy and cannot talk to me. He denied that he wont be able to help me in any manner and simply wasted my 45-50 mins. Its better to make transactions from other modes so that the money does not get stuck. I have loaded 3200 INR to pay to two merchants but cannot pay them and the support do not have any option for the same. FYI I have complete my KYC few days back.

PAYTM company is like a fraud company.
They donot give what promise to customer.
They will not response to you mail and very very bad company and fraud organization.
Donot beleive and purchase anything in paytm.com.

I added 1000 rs in paytm wallet, money are debited but not added in paytm wallet. I complaint against this to *******@paytm.com and *******@paytm.com but still I didnt get money. And no any response from them.

Some money of mine as been falsely transfered to wrong paytm wallet holder ( amount has been tranfered to wrong account) on 10.06.2017. I need my money refunded. Goen through all IVR's, shooted a mail did all what ever is possible but till now on response from paytm. I need urgent help from paytm to refund my money. Paytm customer care service to the wallet holder is not at all satisfied. This is an Emergency call... Some one do help me for the same...
