Hi there is lots of complicated to contact customer care communication for new user as well as current user and if we call him other number (not registered on paytm) they only ask enter your lost phone number.

Third class customer care services.

I had recharged a mobile. The site showed SYSTEM ERROR without success. Therefore thinking that the transaction is a failure I repeated the process twice over as it showed again ERROR. After sometime i found that all transaction have gone through and money has been debited. I approached customer care by email, they don't have any telephone to call for urgent requirements. The great customer care took 3 complete days to respond with a default cut and paste reply. Further correspondence also yielded the similar response. After recent growth they seem to ignore customers, hence pl avoid this service as ther is nobody to help, when required.

After 15 days from placing order they say order is returned ( without delivery) and half refund is approved. So during offer season don't go for PayTM otherwise you will miss better option at amazon or flipkart. Also cant talk to executive, no direct no. And nobody listen to you and no body calls back.

Their customer service is worst. They don't have any return & replacement policy. When customer request for return then they simply reject it without any reason.
Don't waste your time and money in product of paytm mall. It's a cheap e-commerce portal.

Do u know Why Paytm is bad? Because paytm don't care about what seller is sending to customer it is an open platform for sellers/dealers/suppliers where they supply their defective items because there is no penalty or no reviews system for sellers on website. If the same seller dispatches wrong item on amazon.in or zoprix.com then they will be excluded from website by quality team, so why the product quality depends on action of eCommerce service providers over sellers in case of bad service.

Earlier i tried to update my kyc documents but it did not get resolved now while payment for post paid is debited twice from my bank and there is no way to contact paytm customer services. All they do is playing with chat box which is not $#*!ing helpful! What should i do

Its Waste of time and money, I have paid my mobile bill, amount taken from my credit card, but its not reflect on my service provider, I sent two more mail to Paytm but no response. There is no one to pick the given telephone number.

I request everybody please avoid Paytm for their further transaction

Once u buy the product if u want to return if in case of damage or any technical issue there is no easy way.
We don't have any easy customer support.

I have done recharge through paytm of amount 350/- on 13 Nov 2015 but amount not received in tata sky account ( Subscriber Id *******816).

They are doing fraud with customers. I just want to suggest all people please don't use this (paytm) for any reason like shopping, recharge etc they just deduct amount but not deliver.

It's been 15 Days and I still haven't get my refund for a product.
There is no customer care number where you can call. There only one email Id. When you mail on that email ID you will never get a solution but you will get different people assigned to you every time you execute a complaint. I don't understand how a new person can tackle your problem when he don't know what's the issue.
Worst ever service providers.

Last one year I just called them for refund of my flight ticket. Customer care executive not even have manners to talk with customer. If you are not able to provide the service properly then you are loosing your customers day by day. Dont even deserve single Star

"I have ordered a 10 self activation fastag for 4500/-but i received a fake product that is completely useless And there is no return policy for that product.so i will not recommend paytm for shopping." moreover no local language customer care executives!

Worst company I have ever seen and m damn sure one day this company will be in big problem they have robbed my 1700/- rupees which my customer had transferred and not ready to help me in reverting back, customer care executive are the rudest staff I have ever talked to... they don't we even bother to ask u ur problem and cut the call they to after trying so many numbers... come on be professional... one day u will suffer for it sure n m surely going to go in consumer Court if I don't get money in my account seriously

Our Pm all have brought the digital and fast technique of transactions...

But here in pay tm once every thing is ok it works well...

If return or refund the the entire working team skill is insufficient and very poor and

An Anti-Hindu system of network functioning in the country makes all of us wonder if they are really Indian behind the curtains or if they are being funded by a foreign country? It seems very likely because this kind of Anti-Hindu-Policy is not new at all. The very survival of Hinduism has been threatened. If this is the case, it wont take much time for those who dont support Hindus to wipe out the entire country of them.

Paytm transactions system is worst. It don't reflect correct status of the transaction. They process failed transaction and somehow mend money. I had recharged (special offer where no money will be credited) using paytm and status shown is transaction failed. So I had manually recharged. After sometime transaction shown success in paytm and money got debuted. Finally its waste of money. How can they process failed transaction it's not fair. My money was taken by those idiots paytm guys. They don't have proper customer care number. They don't care to reply for mails. I wrote email asking to provide them contact number many times but no reply. Don't use their services.

Bought a couple of bus tickets - under dire circumstances - had the worst experiences. They have the worst bus vendors in Delhi listed under them. One almost had me killed by rash driving and one never returned my money after their bus did not leave the bus stop, and i had to stand there waiting to book a new bus... bad bad experience.

Junk site. Stay off it. Customer care never responds.

Do not trust these guys they are FRAUDS and CHEATS. They write some false promises in the website, say something else and never do anything. No quality of service at all. Please do not waste your time, money and energy in transacting and calling and following up with them. It will never give you any result. They do not follow any rules/processes for faster delivery and quality service, but strictly follow the refund policy. Please do shopping with them at your own risk, I have already alerted you guys, now its your choice, Do not get into their trap by getting attracted to their false offers. You are the best judge.

I have ordered one electric kettle paytm and that is not working properly.
After that when I raise a call for the return of that then what they people are saying that:
I would like to inform you that as I have checked and what I see, product has 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty. So, I request you to kindly visit the service center once.
Please don't buy anything from paytm.

Paytm delivered used and damage product to the paytm buyer and no action taken regarding seller his representative have one word Sorry i can't do anything about it. This is our policy we deliver damage and user product only.

First thing their worst customer support service might break world record or maybe they are at top position for providing worst customer support in the whole galaxy. They don't provide phone support and don't bother responding our emails. But they are good at stealing money.

They blocked my account for no apparent reason ( according to their " terms '' accounts blocked after doing some fraud). I only use paytm crap occasionally and still got banned.
Plus they are not even replying to my any mails. I still have money some left in their magical wallet.

I suggest you to please stay away from paytm unless you want to lose some money. Don't even make recharge of Rs. 10. There are tons of recharge website available and they offer fast customer support and don't block account with huge amount of money left.

Vary bad site I ordered My thing and by overall result is that they send cheap quality products. There customer services is not customer friendly.

They play game of cash-back.

Before 1 month I am having 5000 Rs in my Paytm wallet when I received the faulty product I decide not to by from Paytm and transfer money to my bank with 4% transfer charges.

It's my personal experience that Paytm is worst App in the world. After 36 hours payment showing pending and no body responded regarding my problem. They are saying that after 48 hours we will tell you reason. If you make a urgent fund transfer through this App. It means you are using worst app. I personally suggest that never use this App in future.
