Very Poor service no proper update and Team is highly insensitive on CSAT. No delivery update, I didn't get the delivery for 15days and the strange thing is that even PAYTM tean do not know the order status.

People saying PAYTM is competition Amazon which was not real fact and please don not compare with Amazon,, I can bet PAYTM never or ever give service like Amazon.

PAYTM Stands top the table in worst service in-proper info, poor delivery.

I bought a htc desire 526 on 7th aug 2015 from PAYTM ONLINE, i got a camera problem SHOWS BLACK DOTS IN THE PICS, in the handset in hardly a thirteen days when i went to the htc service centre they deny me for the warranty on that product they said its a online buy product so we cant gave the warranty when i was approached to paytm they said go again & get written thing from them for not given warranty, the service centre people told me call to customer care. These things going around with me frm last one week but no exchange no warranty from paytm either htc, so its my suggestion all(india). Pls do not buy online electronics products these companies are fake & their warranty manufacturer are not ready to gave warranty on their products. I have booked a bus to Hyd to Bangalore.
I did get the sit I booked and a big fight with bus guys KALESAWARI travel, I didn't get the right contact numbers when I booked which I got were land line numbers which toning as busy for long time.

Bakwas company hai. Sabse bada IPO sabki vat lagane vala. No one will trust on paytm in future. Paytm Karo aise bolne ki bagair Paytm Jalao Aisa kahana chahiye. Veru huge loss of shareholders. Sharma sir ye massage padhe to accha hoga, I don't know the meaning of sharma sir Dance while stock listing.

Customer care service very poor.
They tell same thing that chat with Paytm but there are so many problems which is not mention in chat section

Yes. I totally agree with the previous feedback. I'm feeling cheated too as i paid for my MacBook charger and they deleivered DEFECTIVE product without any invoice and contact details. And when I tried contacting the customer care I realised that there is no such option given where you can talk to customer care or write a email regarding your product related issue. And also the product what was sent to me was of very poor quality and just not worth the price. Even if you dial their head office no it goes on auto answearing machine and it says enter your order no and when you enter your order no it says it's incorrect... n gets disconnected. You write any mail on the website. You get a response that their system is not yet updated so soon they will get back and no timeline is defined for the same. First time I'm seeing that such a popular company has designed their system in such a manner where no customer can reach up with their problems. There is no escalation process given anywhere. Only selfcreated company policy is given with all their history geography which is of no when u r cheating people like this. Extremely bad shopping experience on paytm. I wish I would have bought it from a store only. I don't recommend any one to shop on paytm.

Everytime u call, get a message that call volume high, hence cannot connect. Have been waiting for my refund since then

I have placed an order of one bean bag on 16. 6. 15. On 25. 6. 15 they change the status of my order as Delivered. On complaining they told me that you will get your order soon. On checking the site of shipping company i came to know that they have delivered my order in P une instead of Delhi. On calling again and again and after so many mails i am just getting time of 72 hours. Twenty days passes but yeh 72 hours time nahi finish hua.

I have never seen such a bad customer service. We have to beg for our own money.

Why they have established a big ecommerce platform if they are not able to handle it. My other friends are also comlaining about its service

Worst experience with paytm. Just looted the customer doing forgery with customer... u place a order for jeans. They give you a trunk at the cost of jeans. After file a complaint against paytm. They gave a sympothy and want back their product once they get back their product they just give "THULLLLLLIII"" to the customer... ONE MORE THING NEVER PURCHASE ANY THING FROM PAYTM... MOST CHUTIYA CUSTOMER CARE DEPT.

We cannot contact customer care directly for any issues. We have to opt for the call, they will call us if they think and as per there convenience.

I ordered sony headphones from Paytm on 22 Sep 2015, but it has been 6th Oct 2015 now not received my product yet. I have mailed so many times regarding the issue but there was no resolution even after 14 days.

I have not received my product.

This was the product available with higher discount that's why paytm didn't deliver the product to me. (check the photos)

They cancelled my order after 14 days and returned my money after so much follow up only on email. (no customer care service)

Paytm collecting shipping charges 300/- for 39/-rs if i purchased 10 above item's, outside in the market it costs 50 rs so waste to purchase in paytm

Only computer will attend u, that to with repeated messages(same messages), it's better to avoid Paytm for huge transactions

Not delet account option if i want to delet my account of some resons... customer care want so many formality to delet permanently account information... the want id proof with selfy... but cant feel safe becase of i m girl... then socond think if i want logout other number and the start paytm with another number again id proof isshue they told me your id link with other number n i cant get kyc easly

What happened to me

I bought Yonex Muscle Power 29 Light Badminton Racquet from Paytm. MRP of my bat was 3850 but Paytm was giving it for 3300 plus 50% off. Max offer was for 1500 rs. Hence I paid 1800 for this bat.

After some time my friend came and told that he got Yonex Muscle Power 29 Light Badminton Racquet from Paytm for 1500. I was shocked. When I saw they have listed the same bat with MRP 4450 and paytm was giving it for 2210 plus 30% off. Which eventually is 1500.

I emailed paytm and its been 2 days no action and reply
I also got an email saying the seller has shipped the item
I called paytm. They are saying dont know what to do and they are asking to return the bat if you dont like it.
They are also saying that they will reply back to the email.

What I think is, paytm trying to sell both genuine and duplicate parts as they dont have any restriction in listing as sellers can list anything they want and how many times they want.

I am so frustrated for not getting proper support from paytm and I would say lets stick to flipkart/snapdeal/amazon. Thats the reason paytm is giving so many offers so that they can sell all these duplicate products along with genuine ones.
