$#*! on paytm... I am using this app from last 3 years and i spend atleast 20k but this app giving zero offer..

I am having a very terrible experience with paytm they lie and they dont have a proper costumer care helpline, for small orders thi is ok but be very carfull when u order something big they will cheat u and will never deliver what they promise recently i bought optimum nutrition gold standard whey protein suppliment, i paid 1000 rupees more than other sites but coz they had this offer of 2500 cash back and i did as advised, i selected the offer even before paying i cross checked the offer which indictead tht i will get a 2500 cash back i placed the order i got the suppliment but no cash back when i send a email to their support they lied and stated tht i had not selected the order this is the game this cheaters are playing and when ever i send a mail they dont reply so, to all customers please dont fall for their trap and dont use this stupid website, they dont even have aproper customer care department who will solve the query my suggestina is tht dint buy from this website instead gonfor other online platform life flipkart and snapdeal which are more genuine and having a v very good costomercare

On the dawn of 20/9/2015, I was alone waiting on Ernakulam bus boarding point. The bus which I had booked through #paytm. I really did get a reward from #paytm. I was in a way really satisfied with their "service". My bus ticket was not being accepted by any of the bus operators or any travel agents.
Wait wait wait... The ticket never had the name of any bus operator or a travel agent (thats really funny). There were two contact numbers provided to me in a msg from #paytm after my booking. One of them was of the boarding point and another of #paytm helpline. None of them answered my distress call on the former number whereas #paytm help line was busy giving me machined answers which were of no help to me (do any humans work in #paytm? Or is it just the machines?).
I, hail from a different state and Malayalam is something like an alien language to me (no offence to the Malayalis but yes, I dont understand). I was stranded there, looking for some alternative. Being a girl, in a place where u dont understand the vernacular language and no place to stay back or none to contact there, I was worried abt my safety. So were my parents staying far away from me. Since it was a weekend along with serial vacations due to some festivals, all the means of transportation were full. Therefore, I had to pay the fare thrice the usual fair. Just like a cherry on the top of a cake, i did not have sufficient money in my account (I trusted #paytm you see...)
Thanks to my trusted friends in my native, who immediately transferred a sufficient sum of money to my account to make sure that I reached my home safely, irrespective of the cost incurred.
So, Dear #paytm, what should I do? Or,
My dear users of #paytm, what should i do?
How would anyone feel if their daughter/son is stranded in a far away place in a situation which I had to face all because of my trust in #paytm (as #paytm flaunts their logo as "seal of trust - #paytm - we care).
Now, dear #paytm, the seal of trust, for me, is broken.

PS: May be the safety of women in India is compromised due to such fraudulent services extended by such online platforms.

I purchase Sparx black sendal from paytm. It will be delivered damaged than I want to return this item but paytm will be canceled return request.

Nowdays Patym recharge services or becoming to worst. This not trusted site for online shopping, Recharge or for any transactions

Paytm backend and technical team is unable to resolve this issue. I talk to senior person from24*7 help and support she is also not giving any proper reply for this issue. Everyone is just playing passing the parcel game. Why Paytm is unsafe to use? Why your backend technical team or senior person can't handle this issue or help the person. I asked them I want to take refund from some company how can I do without my name as my name is changed by unknown person.
No proper reply from them. Then I asked if this issue was happened to you as a Paytm worker how would u have resolved?

As a customer I am asking how can anybody change my name on Paytm app it is very very unsafe to use. I am really unhappy and feeling deceived.

ORDER # *******456: On 25th April i have booked the product (Symphony Storm 70i 70 L Tower Air Cooler With Remote) from paytm site, after a very long time i got my product delivered on Wednesday 4th May 2016, When i open the box found my product physically damage, i called upi to the customer care and reported the same, they promised to replace the product but they have set an condition that i have to courier them back the porduct spending my pocket money, this is seriously not acceptable i have spent RS 16,586 for this product and now they are asking me to courier them back spending my own money, i have escalated this to the concerns but till now i havnt get any response from paytm team for the pick up of my product and refund of my money. This was the first experience with the paytm but hencforth will never ever use this site and not even suggest any of my family members or friends. ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA. THIS SITE IS FAKING CUSTOMERS IN INDIA AND LOOTING THEIR MONEY. This is in reference to our Order Number *******162 for 4 Eveready LED Tubelights 20 W.

This product we have received is completely defective as only yesterday we have called electrician to install all 4 tubelights and three of them are not working and for the fourth one, the light is flickering.

The Paytm App is not allowing return of the product.It was delivered on 5th October 2017 to us. I would like to bring to your note sir, that we have been a regular buyer from Paytm with over Rs ******* per month of shopping. And as a part of justice, I request you that this defective product be returned immediately. We are dependent on electrician for installation of the electrical items and the period of just 7 days is not justified for return.

All the tublights are defective means the supplier either did it intentionally or THE EVEREADY BRAND IS VERY BAD. IN ANY CASE YOUR FAST REVERT IS REQUESTED. ALSO THIS PRODUCT IS IN TWO YEAR WARRANTY GET THE PRODUCT REPLACED FAST PLEASE.

As a genuine buyer, we duly expect Paytm to resolve this issue to the soonest.
