Paytm in now days really a fake and fraud company, they offered me lifetime sound box for per month charges but after 15-15 days without any notification they deducted 80,80 rs...many times I called to customer care but they only generating fake tickets and when I said send me written mail for my query,never they send if Paytm not fraud then why they are not providing me written mail,and not refunding my money and not closing sound box tooo...i humble request to all user never use Paytm offered fake services,many shopkeeper also suffering with money deduction by Paytm while they are not using sound box
Never user this site for shopping. I promise you will get hurt every transaction.
I'm complaining almost 57 days but my issue not resolved very poor service...
