Dont book a Bus tickets through Paytm,

If service is cancelled due to bus breakdown, they wont refunded the money and you have to followup to paytm support team (calling *******123) they wont pick up the call you will be on hold for long time... if they respond you are Lucky... wah wah what a support Team they having...

I ordered a pair of shoes online. The product was never delivered, but on the app it was showing delivered. I made a complaint about it on the same day. It has been two months they didn't resolve complaint or put any efforts to look into it.

Don't purchase anything from Paytm. It's online fraud.

The service at its worst is being offered by the Paytm.
They are very to take money from you and don't know how to return it back. Please be careful and don't keep too much money in Paytm. If anybody want to enjoy service at its worst don't forget to use Paytm. Rediculus piece of $#*! service. Third grade items are being sold with pictures showing something and the end customer gets something else.

Worst experience with this app. I have ordered Fruits Or Vegetables Reusable Toy Set they shown display 20-25 fruits & vegetables after getting in courier only 04 fruits i recd. They are simply doing froud to people. Very disaster shopping site. Never ever waste your time exploring products on this site.

I'm a user of paytm. But 25 days ago my paytm a/c blocked without my knowledge. I didn't get any msg or mail from paytm side. Till today I'm struggling for my a/c update. 5 times I called customer care as well as more than 12 time i mail but no response. My money are stuck.

Wrost app for booking travel tickets. The team is not ready to take the responsibility of anything. I booked the flight tickets through paytm, but my flights got cancelled via airlines itself. So i raised a request to arrange an alternative flights. But the team is very irresponsible, they dont even call you back to make confirmation for new flight tickets and whenever you try to call them, then the call is answered to BPO people and they only say that "Mam/sir i have raised your concern with high priority please keep patience you should soon expect a call from our team" but no one ever bothers you to call back.

Very very worst site for recharging, many times i generate ticket but no one work on this,,
Last two times they continuously deduct my payment but not providing services.
I never use this site in future and also suggest to my friends.

Whatever may be the service, once your money get stuck against any failed transaction, you will be fu**ed up. They promise to resolve the issue in 2 days but it's keep taking time. Unlike other portals, for any failed transaction, the amount will never be reverted to your wallet. You just keep sending the email to customer care. You need to have patience and just forget about the failed transaction. When payTM will wake up, they might revert your transaction so you will get your amount back to payTM wallet.

Customer care is very poor, they only have mail communication and they don't understand the customers issues simply provide some irrelevant replies. When trying to call on their customer care number(Customer service: *******244) they very cleverly avoid the customer communication by their IVR system. You feel very prompted that finally there will be an option to speak to their paytme representative and make them understand the issue, but ironically it will ask you to send a mail to their support address. When for everything they have a support email, then what's the need for having a customer care number. I am losing hope in them now.

I have ordered aquafresh RO water purifier. Low quality Motor and Sediment filter are given. Aquafresh customer care is worst, they never lift the call for installation and if they pick up the call, immediately cuts the call without any proper response.
I have given money to outsider to fit the filter and TDS level is almost same with normal bore water.
Don't buy any products from paytm site. They never take care of quality.

I have used the services of Paytm in India since a very long time. Earlier, to recharge my cellphones and later for a seamless, competitive priced online experience. I have used the site to order food, pizzas, shop for clothes, cellphone, mobile accessories & even purchased a Treadmill. Their Wallet system & Cashback is unique & adds a lots of value to the shopping experience. I would strongly recommend Paytm for their services!

Paytm is nothing just the fraud, selling defective products to their loyal customers.
I bought many products from paytm but this time I got the lesson. Please don't buy anything from paytm. They will sell the defective products and will never replace it. I bought a phone (order no *******223 on Jan 8 2017) and it was defective. The phone was overheating when put on charge. I emailed the team for replacement. The very next day again I charged the phone. But when I tried to switch it ON, i wasn't able to do that. I tried contacting and replacing the item. But these fraudsters don't have time even to reply or call me.
The quality of the products and customer service is really bad. I really made a mistake by buying unlimited products from them. I bought around 100 products for me and my family. I will never buy from paytm. Please don't buy it. It's a genuine review.

Worst experience... first time I use this site for shoppoing and they are not sincere about the business. They deliver product 3 days late and the big joke is that I have ordered 5 cushions and they deliver only one and when I called they said sorry we do not have product... paytm is just playing online-online. Need to grow up.

Paytm is a big fraud i booked my flight ticket from paytm nd 3 days before the flight departure my ticket was automaticaly cancelled nd they refund only 166 rupees.no one listen nd solved my problem... so avoid using paytm..

I requested for my fastag closure 3 months back. After several follow-up and fake promises by paytm, the tag is still not closed. Paytm customer service is the worst in the world. Even their senior persons are not reliable and are super dumb.

Paytm is fully fraud site to but online.
I don't blame it blindly. I have the evidence.
I purchased it for 299, They sent me a wrong product. When returning they sent a mail with Rs 99 price.
They dont have voice support. They dont have review comments on their site like flipkart. Because all are bloody cheaters frauds there in paytm. They dont responde to the email also.

My first and last experience. I have tried to deposit my amount for postpaid bill. But two times transfer of money showed failed but both the times money has been deducted. What a fake promise the that i will receive the money back within 7 days.

Don't buy any product from paytm mall. This is full fraud company. I placed my order. And I want return this product according to policy. But they said to me this product not retuned. Wow. What a service paytm mall. Bad service..

I booked an item from Patm but it was not delivered and order cancelled by Paytm. I have contacted Paytm customer care, none of the executives were able to answer that how an item which is out for deliver gets cancelled, inspite of the fact that delivery boy acknowledged that he has understood the location.

It appears item was never shipped. The whole incident can be interpreted in this way.
Paytm has a "promotional" offer of discount on purchase of an item through "promo" code The offer says that on purchase of an article, Rs. X will be credited to your wallet.
You didn't had need to fill paytm wallet but since it was a promotional offer you never mind.
Then after 10 days paytm cancels your item sighting reason as unable to find address. (In these 10 days you waited, put time and effort to follow up with delivery boy and courier company. And might have consumed the promotional amount of Rs. X) Paytm refunds after deducting Rs X and thus increases its sales.

I recharged here many times. A few times it was successful and my request was processed immediately. But a few times it used to take hours and even a day to process.

Can't wait for a long time to recharge just to get cash back.

Instead we can do it in company website quickly.

I have bought a boat earphone from my brothers paytm app... which is not compatible with my handset... i asked for replacement first they accepted then after 3 days they rejected. While on there site they have mentioned 7 days free return policy. Such a hypocrite. Make fool of the customers... now they are not accepting the return and blaming the seller only... no other site do like this they are respossible for their policies mentioned... this is such a online site where no customer executive is available for call. Only they give the link for message where u get unsatisfactory reply... pathetic... disgusting they are... never recommend anyone to buy from paytm mall. They make fool of the customers only and have unauthentic policy system... if there is 0 star i will given them 0 star not even 1... such a waste..

Dont buy from paytm. Worst ever after sales service.

I have bought rocket shuttle they gave me damaged one so I am requesting them since 5 days no reply from them not attending the calls too.
Irritating service from them its entirely fraud from them. No guarntee that u will get good service. Response from them

Paytm is the worst, advice you all who reads this to never download or use paytm. One of the worst call center executives, irresponsible, no credibility and commitment
