Really; Paytm is one of the single gateway where we can trust for secure payment,
I was facing payment issue with Paytm but Paytm resolved my issue shortly,
I m really too much happy with ur Services greatest service provider of payment gateway...
I don't have words to explain how I m impress to use it...

I have registered for the refund of my 4300 from paytm wallet to my bank account. I got a message regarding successful refund of 4300 to my bank account. But no money has been transferred back yet. There is no money in my walket and in bank account as well. Where did the money vanish? This is extreme fraud and a complaint needs to be registered against them. What can someone do in case of an emergency? And there is no additional customer care support. This is the worst ive faced till now.

I had purchased new vivo v5 from paytm and it was delivered on 6th may on the very day i checked and i was unable to charge the battery due to some temperature low of the phone showing message like that. I have sent the complaint to the paytm site and they replied the person will collect the phone and the new phone will be reached u soon. But till today that phone is with me even they didn't message me about my query. When i again tried to call them they are saying go to the service centre and ask for job sheet. How fraud the paytm site is. How can they sit so quite to take my money for the defected phone which is not able to on. I will definitely not going to buy anything from paytm. This site is hoax.

Since i do not remember the password, i am trying to reset my account password. But now the only way to reset password is by calling the customer care number *******388. But i have been trying and the customer care number is always engaged. I have been trying to reach out *******@paytm.com but got a automatic reply that any issues sent to that mail id are not monitored any more. It would have been very comfortable if Paytm also would provide the option to reset the password through a password recovery email.

Paytm is the worst online site ever. Whether it is for shopping, recharge, Ticket bookings anything. They are worst at providing customer support. Paytm is terribly worst at refunding your amount. Never go for this site. Special for booking any tickets or shopping.

Product which is shown in picture and which is receiving is quite different... Quality is not good. My first experience in paytm was bad. I consoles myself. Check the reviews first after that do the payment

PayTM has a irritated bunch of customer service folks who are not ready to answer your quriy. I had order for an electronic item and that was delayed indefinitely even after the promised delivery date by PayTM. You can track your order directly on Xpressbees and they said due to a technical problem they could not deliver. PayTM customer service is even worst he said that you give me 48 hours to solve your case or cancel your order. This is the worst service that I have had from any ecommerce portal.

Worst service i calling from last 3 to 4 days on every paytm customers care no. But no one pickup my call. How can we deal with this type of worst service provider company. The main part of the company is a service but paytm doesn't be a good service provider.

I don't think it is worth to give even one star to paytm, but any way we can not give less than that. Yesterday I did a recharge and my balance is deducted. I thought My recharge has done I used the net pack and I got heavy charges for that. I did complaint thrice on the mail but no reply from there side and no action has been done. My money for recharge as well as for extra net charges got wasted.

I made a payment for buying a domain, payment got successful to paytm but the host website didnt receive it. I call up CC at paytm and they put some uneducated customer care who can't respond to any query. I have ask for refund several times but never responded to my msg. This is a real fraud. Will never trust again for making payment or in any other way. Fook this paytm

This is 5th time i am facing problem with paytm jean i bought doest have any price tag or brand tag(levis) and its seem to be defective or used. I have complient about this but no response from customer service...

Mentioned No charges will be deducted for transferring amount from paytm walled to bank account. But in the last mentioned as 4% will be deducted from the amount transfer. What service is the providing, even tried calling their help-desk but No response.

Paytm sucks. They blocked my paytm account without any reason, i still have a huge amount as wallet balance there. Ut they blocked my account and i am not able to get that amount. And i am trying to cal customer care also they don't answer any calls...

I purchased a mens wallet from paytm, due to inside damage of the wallet, I have returned the wallet, I got refund also, but with in a hour they have deducted that amount from my paytm wallet, many time I tried to contact them, but it is always comes engage, I message also many times, but I got reply that I have spent that money somewhere else, still not result, being regular customer, it was very bad experience with paytm, they have eaten my money... I recently got a laptop from paytm and reading add these horrible reviews I was scared at first.

BUT!

Paytm' service and dilevery time just amazed me. For me they performed better than the names of Amazon and flipkrat above it the product was even priced low and then the cash back!

They delivered my product 4 days before the expected date.

Please aware of this site. I booked movies ticket but due to heavy rain the shows was cancelled but paytm.com is not give me refund also have no customer support.not sowing ticket in any of paytm app or web. Total frouded also i contact to customer support but there no response. Please aware of this site and save money

I have added my email and i lost my wallet money and all transactions. I sent mail a week ago but didn't get any response. Only a single mail abiut thanks for contacting paytm. They have not refunded my money. Either they should call or mail regularly to inform to user.
I'm not going to use in future and never suggest anyone to use it.

Very bad experience its asking mobile to send the opt and after entering its not accepting it.
