Paytm

I bought a samsung galaxy phone from paytm about a month ago and it was delivered without charger, earphones,
Manual. The phone looked used and even the sticker on the phone was missing. I tried calling their customer care
And they redirected me to their website. After that they asked me to send pictures of the phone, packaging etc.
Then they asked me to send pics of the imei code. That was not clear enough so they asked me to resend
The pics. I was two three days late so they immediately closed the request! Apparently according to them delivering
Anything is fine. Worst shopping experience of my life, paytm sucks bigtime. Avoid like hell.

I have booed one ticket from paytm and i asked to cancel it and refund my money i got the confirmation mail for the same then they are not refunding my money.
They are saying i am not eligible for refund but i have check terms and condition before asking for the refund.

I purchased a TV, it got delivered after 15 days. And after delivery no one came to install for next 3 days. When I asked this to Paytm they gave me a new number to call for the installation and when i tried that number 3 times it was coming busy. I have made the complain to Paytm not sure when my TV will get installed.

Please dont do online shopping with Paytm try out Flipkart, Aamzon, Snapdeal any thing but paytm. It is onle good for mobile recharge etc.

I did a transaction to my frnd. Becoz of there tech. Issue transaction was not done. The same amount got deducted from my account and its been one month i did not that money. They people are making fool. Not replying on time.

I am the user of paytm since more than four years & more than lakhs rupees of shopping I have done but this time I ordered gold coin & they send me silver coin instead of gold coin and now they are denying I Wil also post it to Facebook & will also tweet let the whole world knows about your fraudness. Fraud website will also tell my family members & friends that never to shop with your website. My order#

I will one payment on paytm service February 17th. That payment is failed but till now i am not received money more time i will call paytm customer service but not responded.

There no proper channel to share our concerns. No customer care executive is available to respond to users' queries.

I am not able to add money to my paytm wallet. But there is no proper response form Paytm

The support i got from the paytm customer care was bad. I had to wait for a week and half to get through with the return process. Assistance i got from the paytm customer support tested my full patience level!

On 26 the of oct 2016 I was send money from my paytm account to my own bank account at SBBJ. However, Money still not credited to my bank account. But in paytm showing success. After third help mail to paytm still i am not getting any satisfactory help from paytm. They just send a default mail to every query on money send/transfer issue. Thank you!

Paytm is a fraud online shopping website, I bought apple I phone online through Paytm within 8 months. Paytm is a fraud. Fraud. Fraud, dont buy anything from Paytm.
I already complained to paytm, waiting of their reply, otherwise I will go to consumer forum.

Received a message for recharge and cashback offer of 150. And was given a promo code to recharge DTH again. End up rs 150 extra to use this cheap app. Suggestions please do not use this they are ceaters. And chet people by offering something and giving something. That's the only reason I don't like this app. Fraudulent guys this Paytm. I have added my message click in the picture please have a look as a proof.

I was using paytm credit card Machine for my business, unfortunately I had to close down my business and since then Nov2021 i am asking paytm to cancel the services and take the machine back but I still have the machine and getting service charge every month. I have called the customer care number and sent emails several times but nothing is been done. I am fed-up and don't know what to do with this service charge. So guys be careful dealing with paytm as they will not deactivate your services once you take their services..

I requested for an early delivery on 11'th April and customer care told me that they will deliver this order within next 72 hours. But till now I have not received my order. I even contacted the delivery and asked to give me their office address in my location so that I can collect the order by myself but they aren't even giving me that. I have been calling paytm from last 6 days and I haven't received any help from Paytm as well as the delhivery side. This is very disappointing and I don't expect this kind of service from Paytm.

I ordered a Bluetooth watch but they given used product and not given label in that and I make return but they didn't accept because they want label rate of the product but they didn't given the label at the time of delivered this too worst company

Do not buy anything online from paytm...
1. All defective product is sold in paytm. I ordered arount 12 product. Out of that 10 was defective.
2. Customer care will not reply properly for your mails.
3. For the name sake return policy is there, but there is no return option for the product in paytm website.

I'm trying call paytm customer care center I have no guidelines from my paytm app. After finding customer care number and I dialed to talk with customer care. Recording of voices only responding and not it is nor understanding my queries. How can I convey to machine. No human interaction machines only lead peoples to unsubscribe paytm.

Every time it is showing the payment is in the process,
If the balance is deducted from the bank, then why they don't add it into the paytm wallet. It is showing it takes 12 hours to add it to your account.
Then what is the use of this app if you have to wait for 12 hours for the simple process(recharge your phone).
It is easy to go to the nearest retailer to recharge your phone instead of waiting for 12 hours.

They blocked My credit card which I use to fill my mobile wallet. They mentioned that it is their internal policy without explaining any.

There are many instances with softaare, money refund etc but i stuck with Paytm. But thank god with their policy of not allowing money recharge through my credit card, I stopped using paytm

But i am never getting any coupon offer form your side.
While I am applying any coupon provide form your coupon side that never applicable on my login.
And you did not describe that this coupon applicable on optional users.
And Why always all coupons are not applicable on my user id.

You disgusting people given no rewards and just making fools to people! If i m not belong from good city what i will do with your fuking couples! Tell me! Atleast you have to give some money rewards na so that i m interested in using your app! U r just sending couples how can i use them i m in very small village and cant do that! And getting nothing! Try to put that policy which u have given earlier plz

I had booked 6 ticket from paytm on 15/12/2022 from Manali to Delhi. I am trying to contact with the driver, but he is not picking up my call. The bus was royal travels they had changed my bus type, and also they sold my ticket to another person and bus was not on time. I had booked semi sleeper Volvo. I had a very bad experience with royal travels even I didn't received my full refund. I would suggest you don't book any tickets from paytm. Red bus is better than paytm.

I purchased a otg cable. They delivered me a without seal otg cable, which was old and broken inside. After that i returned that product but till now i didnt get new one and they are not responding at all. This is my second experience with paytm. I will give minus rating for paytm.

The paytm is not that much good
Yesterday i made a recharge, i got the recharge but the amount was deducted from my account for 2 recharge and i just got 1 recharge benefits.
Paytm need to improve and also takes care of the costumers satisfaction and if someone tells me to gave marks out of 10 then i just gave 3 to paytm.
