Don't Buy anything in Paytm. Because they are Taking our money and don't give the Actual product They Gives Worest product. So Please don't buy and book the tickets what ever it may be in Paytm. Please consider this because already i faced somany troubles with paytm.

I have order Acer laptop Es1 131 but I recieved acer Es1 132 produced also software problem its was damage laptop. I am install windows 7 its was also not working in this laptop. I'm waste my 500 rupees to install. I thought paytm is a good giving service. But its very very bad service... i am unsatisfy with ur paytm service... thank you

From last 8 days I am continually sending the mail and all msg but there is no any reply from your company, what is these going on man is thses $#*! srry for abuse but please understand my feeling, i have been contact to customer care of Motorola they told that they are not providing the service to Motorola what's the $#*! man, please don't do that sir, And please reply mi I am waiting from 8 days.
Please replace the mobile that you have given to me is in 10 days replacement policy please sir, the sim slot is not working please provide the tracking ID of my new mobile in emergency case please solve the issue please it's humble request.and your help line no. I made a payment to pay one of my credit card bills that is due on July 9th 2018, it was marked as successful on the app, it was for $3800 which came out of my direct bank account, that was supposed to be fulfilled on july 3rd, it's july 7th and the money still has not gone to pay off my credit card! I emailed the customer care and they said they froze the transaction without an acceptable explanation. Now my bank has show that they have taken my 3800 which is alot of money and my credit card still hasn't been paid! They won't return my money! Fraud do not use this app or deal with this company!

Not satisfied. Asking for a refund status but nobody is responding to mails... also don't know why they have given that helpline number. U can never reach in that number. So pathetic

This is one of the worst online shopping site. I use to wonder how come paytm sells the products at such a low cost, i have ordered a quite a number of products later i found out that most of them are either faulty and refurbished if product works it works other wise it wont, you should be lucky enough for it. More over customer care is so pathetic first of all they dont understand your problem and their replies are as if they are doing favors on us. when ever a product is ordered they take long time to deliver almost 2 to 3 weeks some times months in few cases they may even cancel the product at last moment and refunded is made to paytm cash which you cannot transfer to ur bank account unless you end up spending some additional charges. This is how paytm is blocking peoples money...

After having quite a long bad experiences with paytm services i have decided to stop using it and i also request people not to shop on paytm. Its better you spend a bit more but go for the best, finally its your hard earned money.

Come to the rating i don't want to give paytm even a single star but stay way please...

Was paying money on 16 feb 2018 for amount 5000 rs. It shows failure and i tried three times hence ******* rs amount got stuck in paytm. They are not even giving response for the same.

I can recharge, bills, flight booking with my paytm A/C. If any one has no paytm in their mobile, don't worry I solve ur problem but you have to pay the commission fee extra.

I want to add money to paytm wallet and unknowingly it got added to paytm gift voucher. Then i called so called 24*7 customer care(wallet department) where i waited almost for an hour to get a response. Finally they picked my call and i explained in detail the above scenario. He(customer care executive listened to me) and was saying only one word i. E we can't transfer it back to your account once payment has been made to wallet through credit card. So i asked him few questions were he doesn't have an answer.
1)Why do you allow to transfer to wallet through credit card?(you should have a pop-up saying you cant make this transfer in red). He say's that my paytm app is not updated. So is the previous version of paytm app released without testing?
2)Why does the money directly go into paytm gift voucher?(you should have blocked the transfer instead). I know this is the way to increase your paytm sales and usage of app)
3) When i was waiting for customer care to answer my call, I was just checking ways to get back my money. I just selected two seats(Movie tickets) and clicked on proceed. It automatically deducted amount from paytm gift voucher(Paytm strategy).
Finally when you talk to customer care representative by wasting almost two hours of your time and 1000 rs. They will only say: 'Sorry sir, You have to use 1000 rs of your gift voucher'.

I'm taking time to write such a big review so that it can be helpful to someone like me.

Hi do any purchase on paytm but please do not look for movie tickets on Paytm it has just started as they have no payment gateway if you are a paytm user and you have paytm cash avaiable as soon as you select your seats your cash shall debited and tickets will be done. Without going to a payment gateway & even without giving you a chance to understand what has happened... Hottible experince & no customer care available.

Guys I would request you not to use this PayTM app because it gives error multiple time after entering otp. For which multiple times my balance got deducted and when I say them to refund me they tell that according to their policy they can't refund money if the recharge is successful. I got the balance deduction and recharge SMS after 20mins so I never knew that recharge got successful till tthen, I simply lost my money which is really waste. Don't ever try to recharge once again once you get any error, I would rather suggest you guys to use different apps or online recharge.

Please dont buy any product in Paytm. I buyed Ritz Wall Clockand the warranty period is just 1 week. Excatly after 1 week, the wall clock stopped working and when I raised request they says that it does not come under warranty period. Request you not to buy any product which is having the warranty period of 1 week.

I have booked train ticket on jan 13' nd i have filed TDR and also talked with their paytm customer executive(anurag & usullah). They have wrong information about IRCTC policy and Paytm policy. Wrong thing they committed. Because of it i dint get back my money. Dont trust on paytm executives. All they have wrong information about their refund policy.

I have purchased shoes thru paytm, since it was to big for me i requested for reverse picup, but Delivery boys will never call or wait for you more than 5 mins, if you contact them after 5 mins they will not respond, and they will consider has a cancelled reverse picup, since one month im tried them but atlast one delivery boy called me and said he has come for reverse picup, i told him it will take 25 to 30 mins to meet him since i was in meeting he said he cant wait and disconnected the call, so please guyz avoid shopping thru Paytm, you not only lose money but peace of your life also..

I have full kyc account fuuly verified and today they stopped 4 incoming payments of 5000 each for no reason, without any message or information. After trying to complain, no mail ids are provided in any site for complaint. On call they said will try and resolve in 3 days?... is it 3 days easy go?, then i explained that i have only handful of senders and recievers all repeated contacts, they explained that their cybercell has bolcked the account, there is no reason can imagine, my simple private account with all known senders, no proper reply, no reply at all, can't explain how long, how much and how is my account is imposed a limit for what reason god knows? Paytm hire third party agencies to collect their money. The third party agencies call your parents inlaws and tell them that you owe money to Paytm. They also call your finance. When you tell them you do not require post paid money. They forcebly offer you and them harras you by calling you multiple times in a day. Third parties hired by Paytm get your family info from an app that is restricted to use. It's like they have hired bounty hunters to hunt you. It is a night mare to by a customer of paytm

I try to contact customer executive for many times they did not respond. And money is not refunded. I an very disappointed. Worst management system. Waste app

Had an issue with over charge of 260. Even after over 10 complaints and over 3 months, there is no resolution. Worst ever. Never go to these guys. There are better service providers.
