Paytm

The most horrible first time experience with Paytm. I tried to recharge my TATA Sky connection & paid 5170. Since then it is over 12 hours & there is no update from Paytm to Tatasky that money has been transferred.
I will never ever use Paytm again. This is porbably the worst service experience from Paytm amonst all online ecom companies.

Its nothing more than a cheater. I purchased HTC desire 820S, and paytm had given me waaranty but HTC service center refused paytm warranty, but when i talked with paytm they even did not response me. Please trust me don't ever go with paytm. Its fraud, cheater.

Two time my balance has been debited form my account but i didn't receive balance in my wallet and not receiving any responses from Paytm customer care. That's world top cheapest company

These guys take weeks to resolve a simple issue like payment failure or transaction declined. You have to call them 10 times before they actually refund the money back to the wallet

NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM PAYTM, YOU CAN SAVE FEW BUT THEY SENT USED PRODUCTS AND WHEN YOU RETURN THOSE PRODUCT THE SELLER THROUGH WHICH PAYTM DEAL REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE PRODUCTS AND YOU MAY LOSS MONEY AND PRODUCT TOO. I HAVE MORE THAN 100 MAILS OF PAYTM FORM LAST 1 MONTH BUT THEY SENT YOU SYSTEM GENERATED MAILS IN WHICH THEY WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM WITHIN 48 TO 72 HR AND THEN YOU HAVE TO CALL AGAIN AND SAME NEXT, DEAR PLEASE BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM AMAZON OR FLIPKART AT LEAST THEY NOT DEALS WITH MEDIUM OF DIFFERENT SELLER. AND IF YOU WANT TO BUY OLD USED PRODUCT YOU CAN

Most of these big electronic companies dont give warranties on PAYTM.
BIG WASTE on PAYTM.

And CUSTOMER SERVICE hires predominantly IDIOTS. Guess thats the qualification.

It is very unfortunate that such a big company is not sharing the customer care number.
I transferred some amount of money from my bank account towards my paytm account on 25th of november. The money got debited from my bank account but still i didn't receive the payment yet. Their is nobody to listen any complaints regarding the said issue.
The given customer care number is not working.

I asked for a help from paytm. My old mobile number got shut down. I asked for help they didnt help. I tried to log in from registered email id but it was asking for an otp sent on old number. How would i get that. I asked paytm several times through mail for help but these people don't give a damm. Bloody frauds. I still have money in my paytm wallet and these people are total thiefs.

Bought ticket from paytm, cancelled it because of medical emergency and paytm is saying come for inquiry after 45 days, look like gang of thieves and does not want to refund.

Dont use paytm app aur paytm related anything its totally unsupported system customer face any problem but they cant solve it they always suggest customer do this do that but never ever try to slove problem itself they only depends on help and support and email system this the worst solution they provide you and give excusses if someone not educated they dont use mail and all what they do in this sutiation and one of the most good thing about paytm they dont inform customer for anything they dont things itself either block your account or hold your transactions after this they give you very innocent answer sry for facing problm from paytm we solve it as soon as possible whats the third level excuse they give paytm responsible itself for customer dont want use paytm app i really feel bad why i am depend on paytm for all transactions its a big mistake of my

Very Bad Service and Cheap customer Care, No Single word for Support. If you want purchase then You can buy on your own responsibility, No Paytm will Not Support after ordering. As i have orden BSA i bike 7 Speed for Men (Order No*******629) and received the Ladies Cycle and after calling on Customer Care, they completely deny for Support, they Directly told to Return Only and no Support about replacing. Means if Boy/Men order his gents cloths then Paytm will deliver Ladies Clothes. Paytm words the-wear it or return... what is this? Paytm cheating to customers.

Due to some personal issue I had send money to one of my friend but still he did not received it, this was very urgent and now due to that he is in problem... very disgusting and irritating services of PAYTM as in past also I have seen this that several times we send money and paytm keep it and after few days settlement is done but who will bear that pain which we face during that time, Do PAYTM gives interest on that or pay our loss, really I am very upset due to this and there is no way to contact to customer care also only you can chat with IVR and enjoy your pain.

I had to maintain a min balance in paytm for a taxi booking app. But after my ride, my paytm balance became zero.!
Please don't do online transaction with this site. And avoid using it!

Please do not buy any Home Appliances items through Paytm. Today i had a worst experience with paytm. I bought LG micro oven (it costs around 26 thousand Rupees), They delivered the damaged product to me and see the return policy and limitation.
It is totally waste of my money.

LG technical execute came to my home and opened the packaging seal and found that it is damaged.

They mentioned return policy: Seller will either accept returns or replace the product within a 7 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received. Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer care for assistance on returns and replacements.

And they mentioned "Please do not open the box until the demo/installation personnel is present. This shall help in the rare case of any product defect/damage claims."

Now they told that they won't take return the item that they have delivered. I have lost 26 thousand rupees unnecessarily. I do not know what should i do with the damaged item.

I spoke to the Paytm customer care executive they speak only the return policy time, that is it...

My sincere suggestion is "Please do not buy any electronic item through paytm" they tell only the rules. They do not need customer satisfaction they need only money..

Worst app from last 1year. Worst customer care service. Always give PAYTM FIRST COUPEN, this also useless. Paytm mall charges more than Amazon & Flipkart now. Dont known why this site gone down. Last 5 years I am a regular customer, now I switched to Amazon

I ordered a LED of LG 43LH547A but after a week i received some other model. Even on the bill they mention the model which one i ordered but actually it is 43LH520. When i called them they told it was mistake. Don't know how it is possible.

Paytm dont give response on the queries. The helpline numbers are not working properly. I have returned the product on 4 th march and now its 18 march. Still no refund has been given.

Very worst company they are not giving proper service. I hate it. I would request to trai kindly do insolvence to this company. I am too frusted to this company. I hate it. Paytm only gives worst product. I have ordered an aircooler and the delivery is not yet done even after week delay of promised delivery date. No customer care to help also.
