Paytm is fraud in terms of mobile shopping. Zero customer service. I've lost my ******* INR. Do not stuck in their cash back program. It's all distraction.

Beware of PATHETIC service, fake offers of PAYTM they are cheating with false promises. I ordered a Samsung washing machine online on 30/06/17 and paid online INR *******. My order was confirmed and expected and expected date of delivery was 06/07/17. I was expecting that they will deliver on time but it got delayed on part of Paytm and on 07th July I got mail that I returned that Washing machine and they have refunded my online payment. However I have NOT requested for any return neither the order came to my address. I kept on calling and sending massage since then to Paytm and their service provider but they are very arrogant and pathetic to reply. Not even bothered to reply my query that why they have returned the order without request or any communication prior to that. And now refunding me INR ******* is it my fault? Why should customer suffer.

Pls call@ *******733 - my 5K issue not resolved since a week. We have been endlessly trying to reach you everyday for almost an hour. Is there any way you can be proactive in resolving our issues?

I have ordered almost 15 to 16 products and what I have ordered and what I have recieved are completely different... Waste of money purchasing at PAYTM and the few products which I had recieved are costly from outside market.The images which displays on the wall are just to attract us and In real the products which I recieved are of worst. I have ordered adidas sandals for 420 which shows branded in paytm wall and I recieved a duplicate or immitation one.

Application is okay. Simple and easy to use.
The after sales services /Help team is trash. Have been after them for almost 2 weeks now and these Useless people are just...

I purchased from paytm lots of items - mobile, saree, tops bedcover, parker pen, numbers of t shirt, shirt, pair of jeans, ornaments, kids branded shirt and many more things mainly during festive season.
Change items many times, it was totaly hassle free. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME IS THAT ANY TIME RECHARGE OF MOBILE BY PAYTM WALLET WITH OFFER. ITS REALLY VERY GOOD SIDE.

I purchased Desire Dry Fruits Premium Quality Raisin 1500 Gm from Paytm worth Rs 1080/-, Damaged product was sent to me, I raised a Ticket# ******* with customer care, I sent picture of product also, they assured on 8th July that amount will be refunded with 24 hours, no refund is taken even after umpteen emails, I am paytm customer for a long time and it was a bitter experience.

Please refund my money ASAP

I was played more games before paytm app use in first games. After my friend show how cheat paytm first games.no rank, no points table, who win don't know, all my friend said last he show how cheat everyone after I uninstall save my money. Paytm is big fraud one but everyone easy adopt some small bonus give. I know all then uninstall paytm first games. Now I safe I show my secreenshots who read r show my screenshots understand easy. I play same game dream11 and paytm first games. Same players but dream11 I won 5000rs but paytm first games out of range. I know this fraud sysyem. See my secreenshots after decide which one fake. So Indian people's only like this sentence sound packaging is silent salesman this one follow paytm and cheat every users. Went this fraud app close no one know bcoz big fraud service

I am unable to login my app from 14th Jan 2017. I hv written them atleast 10times with token no. Generated but they are unable to resolve the issue and now even they hv stopped replying. They are not even refunding my paytm balance.
They are thieves. Modern robbers...

Worst customer service I have ever seen. There is one offer showing in paytm order anything on TINYOWL and pay through PAYTM wallet, and will get 100% cash back. Guys I have order the same but still I haven't receive any thing(almost 24 hours over)

And the biggest problem is there is no customer care no, where you can atleast ask for the same. They are not even giving reply for our feedback

Hi Frnds, don't trust the Paytm. I did recharge 195rs on 11-Oct-2015 in paytm site. Order No is *******196, Rechare was unsuccess but amount deducted from my account, at the same day i raised 2 tickets & i called to customer care center my balance is deducted but no one is pick up the call, after 2 days amount added in paytm wallet. And again i did recharge 195rs in paytm site on 21-Oct-2015, now also iam facing the same issue. Frnds dont trust the paytm.
Even one star is also waste for this site.

Paytm bht bara madarchod hai. They sell only duplicate products. We the customer see that paytm is giving us 50% cashback on this and that itmes but not only the selected products, all their products are duplicate. Giving them star is also a sin.

I request to paytm to refund or exchange my product they said No.

I order a pen drive on 16th of June and and pay the money online. They were supposed to deliver my product within 24th June but the cancel my product and dont even bother to inform me and when i came to know. I asked to refund me. They claimed the have already refunded... but... i have not still refunded such e irresponsible and horrible website for shopping My order no *******654. I donot recieved my product and my money has gone... i suggest all my friends and relatives not to shop in this site...

Worst app. No customer support. My 2000 rs deduct my bank account but didn't receive my paytm wallet. What is the solution. Where I do complaint. Pls I want my money back asap.

I hate paytm because no offers or cashback available for old users... what does it mean? It is also offers low quality products and cheat the customers.

I ordered nova trimmer on 04 dec 14, I have been your loyal customer from last 6 months I have adviced my friends to buy products from paytm, But this time you broked he trust by cancelling the product after 5 days, I was suppose to gift this to sumone, and I dint buy anything on flipkart app day beause I trusted you guys and you have taken payment i advance, Now I will have to buy same product from other place for 450 who is responsible for my extra money loss? It's not at all good aap if there is problem where to complain and it's like net bank and I am very much disappointed no customer care executive takes call. Very bad.

9th Aug I order Small item that product is really not working very bad I tried to call costmare care but that edeat put me 40 minutes an que then all so I don't get that beggar pls don't by any thing with paytm it's west off money pls share it all your friends

As per your email dated 17.03.2017 the electricity voucher should be received to the undersigned on competition of 20 days from delivery date and the same period has already completed but still I have not received the electricity voucher of Rs 1200/- on my registered email ID vide order no. *******815 dated 20. 2. 2017 and I have repeatedly follow up with your customer care team via trail complaints but each and every time they told me that the problem will be resolved by the end of the day/24 hours/48 hours and 72 hours and presently I have received a e-mail 22.03.2017 that your complaint has been resolved.

In this connection, it may be stated that still I have not received the electricity voucher of Rs 1200/- on my registered email ID and now it is very critical situation created by Paytm for me and now am feeling totally astonish by the this version of Paytm customer care team.

Hence, you are requested to sort out the matter and send me the promo code if you have already forwarded the promo code than kindly provide the evidence/proof for the same as I still not get the same and status shows that the same code will be forwarded to me after completion of 20 days from order date i. E. is 20.02.2017. Further, I also attaching current order status with this e-mail.
