Cheater, Why are you not refunding my money? 4 days has been gone but I did not get back my money.

Under the order section, we have had seen that need to help option. And I have clicked on this and complain 8 to 10 times but I did not get the response from your side. When I was tired then I have decided to complain your Facebook page. Finally I got the response from your side. Can you resolve this issue. I want to refund my money immediate.

I think you are cheating me? It is my first experience and I think It is so bad for newly customers. I think when I get back my money then I will uninstall PayTm App. I was using Freecharge app for the transaction. I think this is the perfect app for me. No one can beat this app beacuse it is awesome.

The worst experience using paytm, i have deteled the app from my mobile, i was transfering just rs 100 into my bank ac through my debit card, i paid rs 5.10 extra for the same, thats a hell lot of a interest. NEVER USE PAYTM

I have bought a TV LG40lf6300@*******. They have mentioned 12% cashback on the site but have not provided the promocode. So i have tried applying other codes but in vain. I have moved forward and purchased the product and asked the customer care about the cash back. They said it will be updated in 7 days as i bought on EMI mode. Now after 7 days they came back and are telling me that i wont get the cash back as i have not applied the promo code. I have sent them the screen shots of the offer and screen shot where i could not apply the promo code but of no use. There is no response. Really frustating and awful!

I bought an Acer laptop & got a defective piece. Paytm is not returning it for last 10 days after requesting for return. It seems very unprofessional. It feels like a LALA SHOP. Very bad

I did payment. My balance is debited but not successful in merchant account. I complained also no response anybody... Paytm is very slow service and not helpful

I have received a defective item and instead of replacement the $#*!ing $#*!s were asking asking me to get it rectified from the store, I made a purchase from PAYTM not from the store, so its better to improve your services if you want business from INDIANS.

I open account on paytm with 500 Rs its debited from bank successfully but in paytm wallet is showing 0 Rs now when i call paytm they said your transaction was fail and now bank is saying u ask paytm and paytm is saying u ask ur bank

They are selling second hand products, and they are not giving proper response.
For customer care it will take 10 mints and after connecting to customer care they are not giving proper response.

Never do any exchange deal with Paytm. It's totally fraud. They will never pickup the exchange device. Which is a total failure deal in terms of profitability. It's a scam to get ur attention.

I made a recharge for Rs. 3000/-
But they took the money, not done the recharge process. Saying the amount will refunded to ur wallet.

While Booking you Showing the Date of Delivery is Next Two Days,
But After Payments Done Expected Date of Delivery is INCREASED Twice a Day.
I had Done the Payment in the (Morning) May 26,2015 Then Why you Shipping my item on 30th May 2015, While Shipping Address is is the Heart of Delhi pin *******.

Other Vendors are Delivering all item in Just NEXT Day of Purchasing item.

I made a order from PAYTM (ORDER NO. *******604) on 16th july, i waited for almost a month in a hope that i will receive the product, even i keep on tracking the safexpress courier on daily basis waybill: *******, and one day i receive the mail from paytm that item is delivered, i crosschecked the same with courier they said the package is lost, but paytm is not listening to me, they are claiming that product is delivered without showing any proof to me. This is straight away a case of cheat and fraud from paytm. Even they are not giving me any compensation and refund for the same. I lost 1130 INR on this. Please do not use this service as its a waste.

HI i am karthik from Hyderabad and my mobile no*******555 and i transferred 2000rs on my friend mobile no on nov 1st 2016 till not yet reflected in his paytm wallet and i raised complaint in paytm from both sides in complaint they paytm care reverted me like provide your credit/debit card details so that they cheat hyderabad customers after 9 days also amonunt not reflected incustomer i sended mail them please provide ccare no so i want speak they revert me to write only mail and we have options in our website two much cheating paytm customers in hyderabad

Pathetic company, even the higher management sucks, every one from company be it CEO to lowest post there, every one is coward. Have sent lot of emails to CEO's email and customer relations team. Non of them respond. BUNCH OF LIERS. I RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES PLEASE. ONE DAY THEY WILL ROB YOU. THEY THEMSELF HELP SCAMMERS TO RUN THE SCAM I GUESS! I ordered one rechargeable flameless cigarette lighter order no #*******922 and today I got the shipment which contains one PLASTIC OK STAND FOR SMARTPHONES. I have lodged a complain no ******* but still not sure what will happen. My previous experience was similar. The product quality is extremely poor.
So I suggest all buyers to stay away from this fake mall which is better to called a cheating house.

Customer support of Paytm is very very poor. Dont solve problem carefully, i got cash voucher from nivea product. Adding that cash voucher showing successful. But that cash didnt come to my account. I have given all proofs to customer support but they are just repeat things and wasting time of others. I RECOMMEND NEVER USE Paytm. U CAN BE VICTIM ANY TIME.

A few days a ago there was an offer on paytm regarding koutons jeans worth INR 4,999.00 just of INR 999.00 with INR 399.00 cash back after delivery.the shipment was dispatch against order number *******‏, a power bank was offered free along with it.

I received the delivery& to my shock it was not koutons, it was a bloody ordinary road side hawker brand sent to me along with a stupid powder bank which does not work either.

The combo jeans offer is not what was actually offered.it was a complete fraud, waste of time & their customer service is all S**t. They just keep sending standard formatted messages which never speak of the rubbish brand they have sent, neither do they give any reason for the power bank not working.

May the curse be on paytm, who cheat with people and their hard earned money, may all involved face the toughest of situations in their lives & this INR 999.00 teaches them a lesson.

I want to take this to consumer court & even ahead, don't mind spending a fortune if i have to, but this order will for sure be treated as one of the worst that paytm has ever dealt with.

It is very difficult to refund if once transaction cancelled.
There is no customer support overall.

I took one mobile from paytm last month, number of times I requested them for cash back, they are not adding in to my wallet, my sincere request is do not go for cash back offers.

Team is highly insensitive on CSAT. No delivery update, I didn't get the delivery for 13days and at last I had to cancel my order.
