Recently I have purchased total 20 item but all item are cheap/footpath quality chaina product. Dont shopping from them

I HAVE ORDERED AN LED SMART TV 32" AIWA TV VIDE ORDER NO *******190 ON 24 JUL. FIRSTLY ITEM NOT DELIVER ON TIME AFTER A WAIT A DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE AND WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED TO ME AND I AM COMMUNICATING TO PAYTM ON REGULAR BASIS LAST 7 DAYS BUT PAYTM NOT COME UP.
THE TV IS TOTAL LOCAL AND DAMAGED I HAVE ******* TO PAYTM.
THE WEBSITE AND SERVICE PROVIDED BY PAYTM IS COMPLETELY A WRONG PATH GUIDELINE SERVICE PROVIDER IN E CMMERCE MARKET TOTALLY CUSTOMER ARE DECEIVED...
I AM REQUESTED TO ALL ONLINE CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE PAYTM FOR ON LIME SHOPPING.

I had recharged using code FULL VALUE but not got my rs 25 cash back. It says that have have to do at least a recharge of rs 25 to get rs 25 in your wallet.

I ordered 3 product from paytm, one was Bag order id *******708, one was Fossil watch order id *******771 and last but very costly Iphone 7 of Rs. ******* order id is *******697.

My bag order was cancelled by the seller and Paytm is informed me at last movement after one week when I raised a concern.

My Fossil watch order I got a watch in paytm packaging but the watch was defected the thread stitches on the leather strap was not properly done. So I returned that watch and Paytm took almost 10days of time for return pickup.

Last My Iphone 7 again paytm provided me the defected product, I am not able to hear the voice its too low when I call from Iphone. I am buying brand new Iphone 7 paying ******* amount and getting this defected product.

So I raised a return request on 13th march and after 10days Paytm is saying go the service center and take help from there. Can anyone take the defected phone and roam around the service centers since day 1 itself.

I asked Paytm to take back the product and replace with the new one even then these idiot paytm people giving me excuses.

If not return than they have given the replacement policy so I asked for replacement. But for that they are saying product is not available at seller so we cannnot even replacement.

Is that my responsibility whether the product is available or not. Why paytm is giving such policy onn website if they don't follow.

I m having the worst experience about this app. I had some unauthorized transactions from account, and wanted to block my account immediately.

346 rs recharge fail in idea but not refunde my amount already 2 days I have been follow paytm help center but not any responsible feedback

Paytm is the best shoppin app. I didn't find it fraud. Delivery service is very quick and product are of good quality and at lower range..

I send so many mauls to customer Care but no response paytm is totally fraud & cheater

Paytm services is very bad and poor. Because after delivery of product paytm has no responsibilities.

Paytm Payments Bank of America account but I don't know if I can help with number to be a look forward for the mail but I don't know how to do it and I will be there in the shower

I bought some personal items from paytm, I paid more for the item, but whn I Rcvd it, the MRP was less, after I complained they r not giving the actual MRP price also, plz check every item MRP, whn u rcve from paytm

Paytm is a worst app to book tickets. I lost 6000 i didn't get refund. More than a month Im calling them but there is no response.

Very bad service i don't like my Civil score now very bad many times i call but miss Behave always what i do? I attached picture please check.

Beware with paytm they become almost ear less when any issue occur with your transaction, their customers care care service is worst.

Shipment took 14 days to reach and cancelled by itself and refunded in 8 days, paytm is the worst online shopping site.

In my bank account twice deducted money, but shown paytm wallet one deducted amount.be care full with paytm, it is fraud company.

Me paytm se 135 ka recharge kr rha tha recharge unsuccessful ho gya but paytm ne 135 rupees wallet m phucha diye. Jb wo rupaye back to bank kiye to wallet m balance 0 kr diya aur account m bhi nhi bheje

Don't buy products from paytm because I ordered Sony MDR-XB30EXBCIN blue headphone but paytm delivered duplicate black faulty headphone.

Very very bed services madarchod tumhari ma ka bhosda tumhari maki choot phone karo to Koi reply nahi ata he aur nahi phone ka computers opreting system sahi he itni bady company he lekin dhan ka service center nahi hw tumhari amma ki choot me land jo karna he woh kar lo

Product delivery takes around ~3 weeks, customer service only responds with template emails. Terrible service.
