Paytm in now days really a fake and fraud company, they offered me lifetime sound box for per month charges but after 15-15 days without any notification they deducted 80,80 rs...many times I called to customer care but they only generating fake tickets and when I said send me written mail for my query,never they send if Paytm not fraud then why they are not providing me written mail,and not refunding my money and not closing sound box tooo...i humble request to all user never use Paytm offered fake services,many shopkeeper also suffering with money deduction by Paytm while they are not using sound box

I have purchased one micromax mobile through paytm from ICE tree collection in July, 2015.
I got some problem with that mobile recently, so went to nearest Micromax care, there I got surprised to know that the IMEI of the mobile which I'm using has been activated in November, 2014 i. E almost 9 months before the purchase of the mobile, since its been more than one year of activation of IMEI micromax care said that the mobile
Is not covered under warranty, but it is only five(5) months from date of purchase.
I contacted paytm, they requested some letter from micromax care and images of invoice and mobile. I have sent all what they requested they took 3-4 days time and replied that I need to contact the seller and asked me to refer the invoice for seller details.
When I refered the seller details on invoice, I found one address referring delhi and one contact number. As it will take more time for going to delhi or sending complaint letter to delhi, I telephoned to the contact number, to my surprise it is Paytm's customer care number.
Isn't it the responsibility of Paytm to check the vendors/sellers before displaying their products online through paytm website?
For sometime lets think that unfortunately the seller/vendor which paytm trusted has cheated the customer

Place order for mobile top up Airtel mobile No: *******215 for Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One thousand) vide paytm order No: *******926 through paytm account of my son Naveesh Ambro from mobile No: *******317. They have received the sum of Rs. 1,000/- from my bank through the aforesaid paytm order. But have not initiated for the top up of the airtel no, for which they have taken the payment. I tried to contact through the numbers provided in their website. But to my utter dismay the following numbers are not functional- *******770, *******0197 and +91 44 *******. Seems paytm is a company created for cheating the public, otherwise they would not have given an array of false numbers. I have given the payment for a specific purpose for which they have agreed, but you have not given me the said service after taking money from my account. I am to state here that I have logged into their account and made the payment on the sole belief that Paytm is a reputed firm, but now I clearly understand that they are a run by night company created only to cheat the customers, otherwise they would have given the real contact numbers in the website. An amount of 3185 was paid to *******333. It also gave a message that the transaction was successful. THe number belongs to one of my vendors who then called me and told me that the number mentioned above DOES NOT HAVE PAYTM.
HE CAME TO MY BUSINESS TO VERIFY THE SAME. He has a paytm on a different number. IF the person does not have a paytm downloaded on his phone, how can a transaction go through. Moreover it gave a message of successful transaction.
I contacted paytm atleat 26 times to resolve this matter and every time they gave me a different answer. The problem is still unresolved and I continue to follow up. Most probably planning to take legal action.
The worst part even when you write to the corporate office, nobody reverts back.
Now you can imagine that paytm might look easy to you but the moment there is a problem, you will regret why did you download this trash.
Now Immagine if someone steals money from your wallet. Do you honestly think that anyone will help you?

So… Someone, somewhere screwed up and Paytm ended up delivering a laptop for 30k instead of the originally ordered wifi router. Oopsie!
There's good stuff and there's bad stuff.
The bad: the original product wasn't delivered, the customer's actual requirement wasn't met.
The good: The customer is nice. He decided to inform Paytm rather than keep it. Paytm is nice. The customer was nice to them.
The result: Paytm might just decide to let him keep the laptop. Call it reward for honesty or token of thanks for the perceived negative PR which actually turned out positive!
Additionally, they might even send him the originally requested wifi router for free!
Someone on Twitter just called Paytm a ‘nice' company yesterday.
Here's why:
Took them less than 24 hours to create a huge buzz on twitter for Nepal relief. Pretty sure they would've managed to amass a ginormous amount of money to contribute to the relief fund. Needless to remind that they're also contributing an equivalent amount.
Like every other company trying to create a dent in the universe, they screw up too. The good bit: they admit it. They apologise. Then make up for it, turning haters into fans.
Apart from having a cool social marketing team (*******@Paytm on twitter), they seem to have a polite, smart customer support team.
And above all, the product - Paytm - the services: they're bloody good! I mean, how many other products / services do you know of that offer so much, (bill payments, recharge, wallet, shopping) all under one roof?
P. S: So the man decided to be honest about it. Do we really live in such a depraved world that a small act of honesty (which 'honestly' speaking, should be a given anyway, as its the 'right thing' to do), became headlines for online blogs and news dailys?
