Contacted this company, A rep called Joe Green came round, Measured up, Took my deposit and gave us a date for fitting 11/11/21, We have paid 6 instalments of £10 a week up until fitting date! The day of fitting came and no carpet was fitted! Rang time and time again to be fobbed off! Kept getting told next day, next day! Still no carpet! I contacted the sales team via email, no response, I contacted my rep Joe for him to block me after reading my complaint! Spoke to the fitter Alex who also fobbed us off and kept saying he was attending he never did!
Don't use this company they take your money and fail to give you the goods! They remove bad reviews from their Facebook page! They are a scam company
