Very bad company. Horrible customer service. I just paid 2800 to get out of this contract. Returned their machine early because it broke and didnt work so often. I opted to just get a 30$ postage meter off amazon. When My previouse contract was about to expire they called and emailed me multiple times and pressured me to sign a new 3 year contract. That was the only time I was able to talk to an actually american. Was when they were pounding me to sugn a new contract. Slimey company - dont do business with them.
I just, stopped buying from America due to them, why on earth would I pay some Gangster style *3rd Party* operation, that should have no involvement in my 2 Party transaction, especially as they cause me & many others more problems along the way, they add absolutely no value to my transactions, for a hefty 'added' price!? (straight up Gangster practices, in fact, just check the names of the CEO'S for confirmation, because *It's ALWAYS In The Names!*)
Do not do business with this company. Horrible customer service. When you call to cancel they will act like the phone line isn't working, put you on hold multiple times and then hang up on you.
I ordered two bras from this company. Took 2 months to get here. The bras are the worst. Nothing like the commercials. No return info. Don't order anything off line anymore. Unless it's a known company like Amazon
I got a strange email from Pitney Bowes claiming that I was late with a payment on the lease of my postage machine. I just spent half an hour trying to find out what that was about (I confirmed that my payment was made on time). It seems that they are billing me for insurance, that I opted out of when I got their machine. Now they say that they don't have the information. Only way I was able to find that out was to go to their Chat, and finally got their chatbot to allow me to speak to a real person (I think). They sent out an email to where I need to send my insurance information (which was previously provided to them). I hate the fact that there is no one else I can use for postage (all of the other companies out there SUCK EVEN MORE)! This country has gone way downhill - We are limited to very few companies and they do not care about anything at all.
This company has the worst phone number to reach customer service. A temporary employee signed the renewal for this machine for 5 years and it has cost us $6,000. You cannot cancel early and if you want to you can't reach their customer service, it hung up on me 5 times but if you want to renew your contract there are several links and ways to do this. This is a SCAM company that needs to get shut down and removed from ripping people off. DON'T sign up! Read Better Business Bureau reports and do yourself and your company a favor and don't even talk to this company.

Every time I order something and the company uses "Pitney Bowes" i already know its going to take longer than the date the actual company gave. Like if you order something and it says its going to get there on May 10th be prepared to wait til next month. Terrible service. I dont know why companies use them as a carrier. Horrible decision ever made.
The late fees ($41.00 currently) and then FINANCE CHARGES (23.25% currently) are almost a monthly issue no matter when you mail your check because your payments go to a P.O. BOX! We have seen deposits in as soon as 8 days but as late as 21 days then we get hit with those fees! And if you don't pay the fees, they continue to charge finance charges!
Trying to call is useless (unless you're buying/leasing a meter). The prerecorded voice tells you to go to the website and you have to jump through hoops to get anyone. The chat is just as annoying. They negotiate with you to pay 1/2 the late fee! SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF $$$ AND GO ELSEWHERE! As soon as our lease expires, we are NOT STAYING WITH PITNEY BOWES!
Briefly, many of the remarks being made against Pitney Bowes would simply not be accurate. For one, its relationship with the USPS does not guarantee a smoother operation for either Pitney Bowes or for any location where post office services are offered (authorized shippers). Any issues with the USPS are a shared responsibility with the customer, the carrier, and the authorized shipper or service.
Also, the new Pitney Bowes "Amazon" QR system has put Pitney Bowes on the map in a rapid way. This transition too makes it a more efficient company and to offer such a critical system for returns is absolutely noteworthy.
Last october they made a mistake. They asked me to go to bank hundreds times. The bank phones them. Wrote a letter, print our the statement for them. But they kept saying that the did not receive my payment. After about 2 months they said that they found the payment. But they did not refund me in full. I asked again and again, now 2 months later they still owe me 84.00.GBP. Terrible experience. I lost a lot business. There is no compensation. Now i only want my money back.
This company is really not worth a penny. Horrible customer service they don't know how to provide you with a straight answer and enjoy putting customers on long wait times. Each customer service person you speak to is rude and can't understand English.
Save your money and go with a better company that won't lie to you.
Whenever I get tracking with Pitney Bowes I get ready for complications. They have no customer service number for package tracking, they do not provide tracking numbers for the carrier they are completing a delivery through, and you better hope to god an international shipment is not going through them. Complete nightmare. They should get -5 stars.
Ordered some valentines items and clothing for my children. Items shipped on Jan 31. Said it would arrive between Feb 6 and 13. Today is Feb 13, no package at all. They rarely update the tracking so you have no idea where you packages are. Extremely disappointed in this company because thanks to their crappy service my children will not have their valentines outfits for tomorrow. This place should be shut down. Completely and utterly useless company.
I ordered a dress and shoes on temu. Which I've made multiple orders before and they shipped through UPS. This time they used pitney bowes. I received my package and there was a slit along the side and instead of my dress and shoes there was a USB charger and screws. Extremely unhappy and don't understand why company's use them.
Stay away from Pitney Bowes. There customer service is atrocious and that is only when you are able to actually get a hold of someone.
They claim to lock you into a contract and pricing is outrageous. Find another postal company and stay away from Pitney Bowes!

I've just started an online business and I have already had several items I can not track down. One of my biggest orders was never updated after personally delivering it to the carrier. And since the tracking number is not part of the carriers tracking system, i can't file a proper lost claim. It is infuriating and an unreliable service
