“Pitney Bowes Does It Again!”

Briefly, many of the remarks being made against Pitney Bowes would simply not be accurate. For one, its relationship with the USPS does not guarantee a smoother operation for either Pitney Bowes or for any location where post office services are offered (authorized shippers). Any issues with the USPS are a shared responsibility with the customer, the carrier, and the authorized shipper or service. Also, the new Pitney Bowes "Amazon" QR system has put Pitney Bowes on the map in a rapid way. This transition too makes it a more efficient company and to offer such a critical system for returns is absolutely noteworthy.

Every time I order something and the company uses "Pitney Bowes" i already know its going to take longer than the date the actual company gave. Like if you order something and it says its going to get there on May 10th be prepared to wait til next month. Terrible service. I dont know why companies use them as a carrier. Horrible decision ever made.

The online tracking says a package I was expecting via Pitney Bowes arrived, but it never did. PB does not deliver to my small town. I wanted to find out who they had sub contracted to - nowhere is there a customer help on the website so called and again NO place where you can get info about a missing package. This is APPALLING service in this day and age.

Nothing. I didn't recieve the package - a Telephone for my sight impaired mother.

I no longer buy from any individual or business that uses these fraids unless it's absolutely unavailable elsewhere: i.e. Historic car parts.
Often in the past I've sent screenshots of the charges to businesses & they had no idea it was so high.
Tracking is useless, parcel get "repacked" with bits missing and the cistoms charges are just theft. Don't get me started on the extra 2 weeks it takes for parcels to be "processessed" through their system.

I would not recommend making any deal with this company for any product. I had canceled my leasing on Nov and waiting for a return label and had not received it. Every day, I had called waiting a one hour on the phone to asking for it and they said will email right away. But I never received a single email from them, but they told me that they had sent out already. What kind of service when you ask them and they have no clue!

I called this pitiful, disgusting excuse of a company to try to get an update about a package that I was tracking daily because it was a very important package that I needed by a certain date. After 3 whole weeks went by without the package moving ONCE from Pitney Bowes, needless to say my patience was wearing thin. I finally decided to call for a status update or to try to get any information regarding this issue. Not only were their "customer service reps" incredibly unwilling to answer any questions or help in ANY way, I can honestly say that the two customer service reps I talked to, could NOT have been more rude, disrespectful and deliberately awful in general, if they tried. Not one person I spoke to would answer my very basic questions; nor were they willing to help me in ANY way. I've never dealt with such absolutely awful, unpleasant, disrespectful customer service reps in my life.

Tip for consumers:
Do not expect anything more than the worst customer service experience you'll probably ever have.

I don't have enough words to say HORRIBLE this company is. Some of the stores I shop with online have started using Pitney Bowes for shipping, its been over a month and I still have not received any of my items. The tracking is a joke. Items started in CA, then were in NJ, then went back to California... Im in NY. Now they say my local post office has had my items for a couple weeks yet my post office says the never received the package.

Pitney Bowes is the worst about overcharging and always marking payments late. They charge excessive late fees and interest charges and we are set up on auto pay. They DO NOT autodraft our payments on time and then charge us late fees plus interest/finance charges!

If you strapped a package to a methed out mongoose it would get to it's destination/arrive faster then using this service. Absolute joke of a company. I get things faster via China post then I do from this failure of a delivery service.

If you want your packages consistently and smoothly moving through the system … do not use Pitney Bowes!
Your package will sit for days if not weeks in Pitney Bowes's care. Progression of your package ceases.

If you want proper service use INTELCOM or any other service available including the Post office. At least with them your package moves consistently throughout the system.

I am a longtime customer of Pitney Bowes Postage machine Model DM400C. Over the years we have had several glitches that got worked out... but currently, I cannot talk to anyone at PB that will assist us in downloading more postage into our meter which we have done numerous times over the years. For three days I have been trying to talk with service, to no avail, asked for a service call to be turned down etc. I am ready fo PB to come to a take out their postage meter and I will go elsewhere. Worst Service I have ever been exposed to.

Well bought someting on amazone tells me its gonna arrive on the fifth of april now we are the tenth(still not arrived at this time) and when i look at the location of my package it seems to not have been shipped yet and on the 13 i can ask for a refund so the feeling i have right now is that they get money without sending me my items so it feel like a big **** you to me, there is NO way to send them emails only a phone number, what a awsome company (sarcasm). So im gonna talk to amazon about this maybe they will do something about this and remove the seller from their sites so do not ask for them to ship anything they are a waiste of your time!

If you want your parcels delayed or lost, then by means use this company. All my parcels got delayed, and some cost a few thousand dollars didn't even get to me. One of the worst company to exist!

Has to be the worst shipping company ever. I have two packages that have been siting in Dallas, TX for 20 Days. Dallas is only an 8 hour drive from me. There's no way to contact anyone to find out where my packages really are. The package came from the other side of the world in 7 days, including passing through custom, but stopped in Dallas for vacation I guess. STAY AWAY FOM PITNEY BOWES!

Stay away from Pitney Bowes.

Motorcycle parts but never received them. Still lost at Pitney Bowes in Dallas, TX since November 25, 2021. As of today December 15,2021, my packages still have not moved.

So I ordered from shein and I just got refunded today due to Me not receiving my order I ordered this around Christmas time and it never came, this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with the shipping company, and it always said that it was scheduled to be delivered next delivery day but UPS said they never got a package. These guys are liars and thieves please I don't recommend using this shipping company.

We had an employee who went ahead and signed a lease with PB without any authorization. PB simply accepted it and never checked the validity of her position at my company. We had been renting from them. I spent more than a month and multiple requests for a copy of my rental agreement. Then I finally receive a 3 year lease! I immediately explain the lease was invalid and the situation withe employee. By then I had stopped using the machine and was paid in full. Their response was, "Lessee is best able to police their own employees." I called called and emailed, opened multiple cases, for more than a year. They just kept jerking me around from one CSR to another. Claiming the 'Back Office" made the decisions. But NO ONE can actually talk to a person in the "back office" or a supervisor or manager. I kept getting the run around over and over. Then after a year they tell me they have waived the charges and closed my account. They even sent me a credit invoice showing $0 due. Finally! Oh no, they didn't do that at all! They sent me to collections!

They have clearly created a business culture of getting any signature and then holding anyone they can to fulfill it. Their team are experts at handling this situation. It's as if they all read from the same script. They knew the lease was invalid but that didn't matter to them. They'll steal any penny they can get.

They have had my package since the November 24th and it was supposed to handled over to usps. I tried to get ahold of the company regarding the issue and the response I got from the rep is I got limited resource. I asked if he had a manger I can speak to he says yes and I ask to be transferred he says I can't do that I have limited resource. Horrible customer service

I ordered a crankshaft postion sensor for a 1998 Toyota corolla 1,8 liter. Which I never got Last posted location Oct 26 cleared customs Toronto,CA. Got my money back from Amazon.I found it strange as I'm a prime Amazon member and I would give Amazon an easy 10star rating if I could for their exceptional service and who they use for delivery as well as Canada post. When it comes to Pitney Bowes. Something is not right. I will never order anything from Amazon if it's being delivered by this company again With all the bad reviews pitney bowes has Amazon and Canada post should break ties with this shady company Its a bad apple and we all know 1 bad apple can spoil the whole barrel.

I realize they don't do the "actual" shipping just logistics but they are straight up terrible. They'll leave packages sitting for weeks. No customer service. Pretty much useless.

Checked 2 orders. Both said: Arrived at facility. Label created. After that, nothing. Just sitting there.
Any on line facility should stop using Pitney Bowes immediately.
They are awful.

These guys are criminal. Bad service, lies in their reports, provide less convenience then a stamp. Never ever use this company if getting anything more than a headache is needed. Losers.

Could not track my package and gave me the run around about the tracking of my delivery
Would not recommend at all
Was hung up on me
Hopefully when I order again, it doesn't go thru this horrible shipping facility
My shipping date was moved again to a farther date even though I paid $15 for shipping

My packages has been sitting for Several Weeks in PB Norton Ma. Facility! Why are ANY businesses using them! This is merchandise I NEED FOR Christmas sales! USPS SAID I NEED TO CONTACT PB THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET! PB won't talk to me! They said call company that sent me package! I just did waiting to hear back and tell them to FIND ANOTHER METHOID OF SHIPPING! This is hardly the first time! Packages ALWAYS SOT FOR WEEKS AT THEIR NORTON MA FACILITY! Wait until CHRISTMAS ITS NOT EVEN BUSY SEASON YET. I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY THAT USES Pitney Bowes! DONE!

My company has been using Pitney Bowes for more than five years. In that time, these guys have not been able to get anything right. There are often fees that were not clearly explained and we were unable to get clear answers to our questions about these fees, sometimes getting totally conflicting and sometimes outright misinformation given to us by agents. The communication is dreadful, and if you have a technical issue or billing question you can expect to spend two hours or more trying to get someone on the phone who can help you, and once you do get through to a real person they will misunderstand your question, constantly make you repeat yourself, ask you the same questions over and over while obviously disregarding or not understanding your answers... It is absolutely MADDENING. They have been unable to get and keep straight that invoices go to one person and technical things go to another, getting them backward at times, or sending all communications to one or the other of us. It has taken four or five hour+ calls to straighten that out, and now I am receiving technical emails, except they are for a machine with a totally different serial number than our machine. After spending more than an hour in text chat with a tech person, I have been told to just ignore the emails, though I have repeatedly said that we need the serial number on our account corrected and have been ignored. If I could give this company a negative review I really would.

Purchased a Motorola phone on Ebay US in July. PB was the international delivery agent. I paid them import duty and taxes on the price of item to be delivered to Canda. The tracking status initially showed that the item is sitting at PB Erlanger KY. It is over a month now and the tracking status remains unchanged. Cancellation is equally difficult since it will be divided into two parts. One with the seller and the other with PB. Ebay will just watch the drama at my expense. Please do not go international with Ebay. It is not worth the pain.

Just an unpdate. At last, I received the parcel on the 3rd of September.
