My computer has a dvd player which doesn't open properly! Refurbished, yet that should have been taken care of before shipping! Instead got a refurbished computer with problems, Don't appreciate that I probably won't order from this company again

I found this shop while browsing for refurbished laptops for my home business. I found a VERY affordable option on PCLiquidations, it arrived ahead of the promised delivery date, and thus far it's been a tremendous addition to our tech mix. This is how you build trust, by saying what you will do (preferably at a great price), then doing it.
I ordered a well-priced refurbished HP Z27 from this company. We had some hiccups when the monitor got damaged during shipping twice, but Customer Services was quick to provide a return label for the broken monitor and ship out a new one on both occasions.
The monitor is setup, and you couldn't tell it's refurbished due to being in "Grade A" condition.
