Everything worked well. The refurbished product seems fine. However, I feel that the $15 shipping fee was exorbitant (for a mouse!) and would prevent me from ordering again if similar costs were to be incurred.

Customer Service was unparalleled, which is rare these days! Small issue with wrong power cord and no questions asked, they immediately shipped it out to me! Great source for refurbished computers, though I'm starting to find that the components don't last as long as new computers... like 2 years in some cases. This is making me rethink buying refurbished. Perhaps an extended warranty program might be helpful...

Unit is better than described. It suits my indented purpose. The packaging was first rated and delivery was on time as ordered.

You have a lot of products I realize. HOWEVER you could add more info for us novice buyers. Are batteries included? Is it WiFi Capable? (Example: Some say just wireless network. Some say WI-FI Bluetooth.)
Overall the experience was very good. I like your warranty and and return (hopefully unneeded) policy.

Order a refurbished Dell SAS card to repair a site domain controller. PCLiquidations had the appropriate part although it was used it did not disappoint. Ordering was easy, delivery was on time. Back up and running in minutes. I would definitely buy from PCLiquidations again.
