Having to wait a week to get the phone and than it is the wrong one... says use amazon next time. Not a good experience

Overall, I had a great experience buying from PCLiquidations. Bought an item marked as "C" stock, but arrived looking more like B or A (thoroughly cleaned and incredibly well packed)! Only knocked 1 star because they only ship through UPS which, while fast and reliable, can be a bit expensive sometimes.

The keyboard does not work. After setting up, and troubleshooting I found the wired apple keyboard to not type, or work, on other devices either. I need one.

Please add the definitions of GRADES, A,B,C on website if not already. Thanks! Other than all the above; service is outstanding.

Decent order process. Took a while to get items ordered because I had to manually confirm my order after placing the order due to them being "legacy." This was an inconvenience, but I would order from them again.

Awesome! Has both DVI and VGA.
I just wish the menu wasn't locked out by default, but a tech like me figures it out fine. Just concerned that the next person that buys an IBM and gets a Lenovo monitor with lockout might be frustrated.

The laptop I got doesn't charge. The only way I can keep the laptop on is by keeping the charger plugged in, otherwise the laptop will shut off which is extremely inconvenient because I need a working laptop to carry around for college that won't need a power outlet to get work done. I thought the charger was the problem which is why I bought a new one but the same thing still happened. Not satisfied.

The rep was very nice to me and sent out another adapter because the first order got lost in shipping. He said the 2nd one would arrive later in the same week I called but it arrived sooner which was great and I just plugged it into my headset base and my computer and it worked immediately. Great product.

Very good experience so far. I had questions and the phone number was right there so that i wouldn't have to search through the whole website to find a number. The monitors that I bought are like brand new. I will use PC Liquidations for all my computer needs.

Unfortunately the part (DTI-40) appears to be defective. When installed in a working system I could not get calls to ring in. I had to leave the old PCB in place.

Unit was very clean and works as expected. Needed a backup for an identical unit. Arrived in a timely manner.

It was easy to order. The computer arrived before the estimated arrival date. When I had an issue with setup, they offered to send me a brand new computer. However, I was able to fix the issue on my own.

Quick turn-around of order. Tried the unit at my house and it worked perfectly.
Took it to my sister's apartment for her FAX where there is no phone outlet and experience a lot of electrical noise in her line. When I dialed out of her FAX to my cell, I could still hear the tones clearly over the noise.
She will get back to me when she puts it to use.

I love my new laptop that I can work immediately. But the adapter is not from Dell and become extremely hot so I change the adapter. I feel it not safe to use the adapter.

The shipping is very fast.

I will buy again in the future.

Received the product and it works great. However when I start it up is says I might be the victim of software counterfeit and that the version I have is not genuine. So Not real sure there.

Everything went fine - I received my order in a short time. We tested everything and they worked properly even if they aren't new.

Entered coupon for cyberweek to get 10% off. Page gave me the price of the extra 10% off, but at checkout the 10% no longer showed. Purchased anyway and will send email for resolution.
