In general, when choosing a hard drive during the PC customization in time of placing an order, would be nice if the HDDs' properties (rotation speed, cache size) were shown.

The machine was like new but after several days of setting it up I discovered that the USB 3 receptacles were a bit out of tolerance causing devices plugged in to be a bit loose. This in particular effected my USB 2 webcam which would not stay logged into the system. PCL offered a replacement and it does not seem to have the issue. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

I bought a laptop and when it arrived, what q and w keys didn't work. It was returned in a pretty easy manner but a replacement hasn't been offered. I guess I will have to make another order once I receive my refund.
Pleased with results after placing phone call a week after order to find out when would be shipped was not shipped at that time so ask when and was told had to notify someone else to get shipped
