Ordered a level C Cintiq for my daughter and I understood that there would be scratches and blemishes but I was not prepared for the multiple grey splotches on the screen. My daughter wants to keep it but I am just disappointed. Also, paid for the power cords and had to wait an extra week for them to arrive.

I am Very happy with my machine. I got everything i was expecting. The delivery didn't time and the laptop was in excellent conditons.

I was wanting an answering machine for my home and the product was for a busness - it required another unit to make it work in a home environment. I have returned the item and was very satisfied with the return process.

I read the product information. I ordered the product based on the information explaining that I was ordering because of the described stand in the product. The monitor met my criteria and the stand was exactly what I needed to make the monitor work. It does explain in the ordering information that products can change. But why describe a specific product then not supply it. Ran out-For me it removed the money savings I bought more expensive because I did not have to buy a different stand.

The reason I bought: I choose this product as an addition to my Lenovo computer, HP monitor. An HDMI connection is the available port. The specifications are similar to existing monitor. It has a stand that will offer the mobility to make both work on my desk in addition to my other criteria.

It was an excellent experience overall. I ordered a Thinkpad X230; they sent a X230T accidentally (actually a better fit for my needs--as a teacher, digital grading is much easier with a tablet PC), so I contacted them and notified them of the error in the listing. They very rapidly corrected the listing on their site; they were very eager to help me in case the X230T did not fit my needs (though it did). Overall, I'm very impressed with the price and service, and will bookmark this site for my future laptop+peripheral purchasing.

The laptop is very nice, much better than expected. Very few scratches, everthing works as expected. Good job!

Easy ordering. Item arrived in just a few days. Item was package excellently. Item was in excellent condition. Very pleased with the entire process. I've bookmarked the website and plan on ordering again in the future.

The refurbished Lenovo laptop was exactly as ordered with the upgrades installed. No muss, no fuss ordering. Excellent value with timely shipping.

I chose this place and paid extra for a class A screen. The class A is supposed to be defect free no scratches. The first shipment I received had a cracked screen. The replacement screen has scratches as well. I paid alot more for a class A screen. I have emailed twice after receiving the replacement, with no response.

This is a fantastic find! I am very happy with the laptop I received. As a homeschooling mother that now needs one I am so thankful to have found this place. Laptop is just perfect for being a refurb and great price too. A few scratches as they inform you of beforehand but nothing I can't deal with. I am so happy, thank you!

I purchased the monitor because it was at the right price point. I realized the equipment was used and did not expect it to be perfect. However, I did expect for the monitor to work. The monitor was DOA! Not very impressive for a first time customer. On the bright side when I contacted support about the process to return the product they were very helpful.

Easy to find the items I was looking for. Purchasing the items was easy as well. The scanners arrived in good condition but they did not come with a disk to install the driver so that we could use it. The disk wasn't promised, but I wasn't aware that we needed one to install the scanners. My IT guy was able to get it working and all is well!

Handet did not fit my model of phone. Same model has diff design so handsets did not fit my version. New handsets sent out immediately but they are same as original ones sent. So they do not fit either.

I ordered two items and only one shipped. I was surprised when I received a credit for one of the items and never received a notification that the item wasn't in stock although it said it was on their website.

I received the item that I ordered but the color could not be adjusted, the screen was very dark, I and others tried to adjust it but could not. I called your customer service and was given return instructions by e-mail with shipping labels and I returned it by UPS on 07/08/2020 and was told my funds would be refunded.

First, I requested an RMA and shipped the unit back to you. I Google searched for a PATA/IDE interface. Your site came up but I don't remember an interface being specified. Important. It turned out to be SATA which is not useful to me.
The other gripe is with shipping cost. A 2.5" SATA SSD drive takes very little space and very little weight. It was shipped in a huge box for product size and cost more for shipping than the product. Apparently Trump is trying to handicap the Internet. Postal rates have soared.

Some of the specs that were listed were a bit confusing. For example https://www.pcliquidations.com/p*******-lenovo-t410-2522-4du lists a 14 inch screen in the description line but 15 inches in the specs (should be 14.1 inches).

I have received my laptop and have no complainants. Overall I had a good experience with this company and would recommend them to others.

Excellent. My pc died and I needed a 'new' one to replace it. Come to find out the one I ordered was WAY better than my old laptop! It's essentially a PC, that is upgradeable in nearly every way a PC is! MSATA, 2 RAM dimms, WWAN, I can even replace the dvd drive for a hard drive (with the adapter). So, very happy! Well worth the money! Especially considering originally my laptop that died was 600 and the one I bought refurbished retailed for 1800! Yay! Go deals!

I'm waiting for my recent purchase, but I've used this site before and have been VERY satisfied!

I'll state again that I'm still satisfied with my purchase from this site, except this time when I tried to register my product with Windows, the site keeps saying my product is using a non-validated Windows disc...? I'm not blaming PCLiquidatations because maybe the product code on the back of my laptop is incorrect...?

I still feel as though I've received a product worth the money.

I've bought about 7 or 8 computers from PC Liq. And they come through ever time.
I'm a very satisfied customer!

3rd Class A monitor ordered... The last one had scratches on screen, It's replacement was sent Immediately. All three look NEW now.

Tried 2 Samsung 2 10.1s. Both units had problems updating, accessing playstore, etc. Etc. Costomer Service has proven there worth so far. Unit one went off couple days ago. Have RMA for second return.

Great price on apple product,we were not aware of how limited this unit was with having so little running power, we are new at this so had little knowledge about IOS 5.1.1 but we have already purchased another device to replace this one,I sure wished I could trade this gen1 in on a gen2 I would be more tag glad to swap and pay the difference?!
