No issues once I contacted the support department who answered my questions. I understand that you are in business to make money on a service. I just felt it was costly for a piece of paper or two that would cost me 10. Cents at a FedEx or Office Max type business.
Invaluable! I use this every workday! I am continuously learning more ways to utilize the features PDFfiller offers. Sometimes I have found my answer before customer service can but we are all learning. Thanks
Still getting used the program but like it a lot!
I love it -- it helped me fill in some VA medical forms and made them look very professional, plus I could go back and edit as needed. It also allows me to save, print, and email. There are many other features too!
User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Now neither of the websites supports filling out any forms. I was extremely frustrated with this change. PDFfiller has made my life so much easier. Thank you
Saved me a great deal of stress trying to return a document for business...Thank you! I just mentioned to my wife today how many headaches have been averted by using this system compared to the frustration I had previously.
The pricing is great, but not mobile friendly at all for clients. Was informed they would need to download an app to properly utilize e-signature feature properly, which is asking a bit much. Also, would prefer to use newer interface that includes agency logo when sending emails, and also email template. However, the send-to-sign feature does not provide the option to send one doc to multiple people.
I have used this 4 times. The first time was over a month ago. The rest of the times were just today. Today, it took me about an hour to find this account. Is there a good way to locate one's account? My computer automatically goes to Adobe. It seems there should be a way to let it go to your program. Next, I filled out one form and pressed DONE. Now I cannot find it. Then, I filled it out again and it got hung up "Please Wait" for at least 5 min. Fourth time, all worked. However, I am a bit frustrated.
I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! Now, we just work with this weeks form and it doesn't matter if they change the layout! Perfect- no more time wasting with forms!
New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.
It is very misleading to allow users to spend hours completing a form, only to find out after-the-fact that you have to pay to be able to print, email, save, etc. the document. That should definitely be made transparent up front. By the end of the day, I had no time to re-do the entire document elsewhere. (We already had the software to perform the same function, just not at the desk I was sitting at. We also had the downloaded PDF file already.) Trickery to say the least. That's a very high cost to pay for only one document. I am cancelling my account now so that we do not end up being charged for an additional month at an unexpected time. (Seems like something that PDFfiller would do considering the facts.) Customers should be asked to create an account and decide if the paid software is a valuable/necessary option for themselves or their company prior to completing any forms. Such a waste of time and money!
Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. Best value for this type of service hands-down. As a small business, the price-point is phenomenal! Highly recommend PDFfiller!
My work directly depends on tons of contracts I send and sign. This tool helps save a lot of time, papers and even money. Strongly recommend it.
Don't do it this program is about $$$$$$$$$. They will hold your documents hostage for more and more money.
The erase function was updated several days ago and it is not working correctly. The erase marks go vertices sometimes and are almost always larger than they need to be. Also, after erasing has taken place and everything looks good (this happened before and after the update) once the file is downloaded into a PDF erase marks expand and form letters and lines are erased. This makes our forms look amateurish and cheap. Please fix this problem as it is a major one.
Thanks.
Hi. The functionality around changing pdf docs is comprehensive and probably has everything most users could need. The main areas of friction is around how to share and save your changed docs both on the browser version and the mobile app. Sharing on the mobile app will make the receiver go through all sorts of hoops that are about getting them as a pdffiller customer, rather than making the overall app work well. As a customer you fill like you are being turned into a sales channel for pdffiller, if you share anything with anyone else. The saving of docs anywhere on your computer or on your phone is too complicated and restricted. I would recommend trying for some time before you buy, it may do exactly what you want, and their customer support is 5 stars.
I have used other PDF form fillers, but this is definitely nicer and easier to use. I am jumping through the VA hoops to try to get a pension for my brother. PDF filler just made it so much easier. I downloaded all of the forms that needed filled and had them all done in no time. I really like this app.
I discovered PDFfiller.com during a Google search. I wanted to fill in a job application professionally instead of hand written. How very nice of them to let me try it for free. I've tried other free services in this same manner and they were just too difficult to work with when I'm in a hurry. With this program, I clicked on the application, it downloaded, and I started filling in my info! No learning curve AT ALL.
The interface could be more friendly, easier to fill and modify, I ended up opening an account for my wife instead of one for me. Also used an option to send files that made me repeat the process all over again to end up with a fully signed document.
Its good so far however I ordered it because it said it was $10.00 a month and it turned out to be $30.00, I guess that's only if you pay for the year it would've been nice had that been made clear before I put in my cc info
It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. The email, sign, fax, and all the other features make it actually fun.
Answer: NO! Any company that would lure veterans to use their service, then try to charge them to print or save their documents after filling them out iss a RIPOFF!
Answer: Tharun hi! Many thanks for your interest and question! No, our 30-day free trial period is entirely free, no hidden fees, no fine print. The first charge goes on the first day of the second month (and you can surely cancel prior to that, again, no charges). Hope this helps!
Answer: Many thanks for your question! There are two answers here, actually. First of all, nobody in pdfFiller Team has access to the documents you store inside your account. Our Support and Statistics can see the number of uploads and sendings, but NOT the contents of your documents. That's confidential information. Regarding your payments details: If you are paying for our services by a credit card, we see: ***********1234. That is, only the last four digits of your card, the date of transaction and the amount paid. If you are paying via PayPal, we obviously see the email linked to your PayPal account. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Susan, many thanks for your question! And yes, you can do that. Two things are important here. First, you need to register a password-protected account to make sure all your sensitive data is stored securely in our private cloud. Secondly - please, note that PDFfiller does not have any sort of official agreement with medicare, thus, your form cannot be automatically delivered to the needed office. In other words, you can surely fill the form with us, edit it later, print, save, email etc. But keep in mind that you are responsible for document delivery, this is NOT automated. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Bibek, many thanks for your question. And no, you will not, free trial is free :) But please, mind the deadline. Charging is automatic straight after these 30 days are over.
