I am just learning about this program. So far it is easy and appears secure. I have initially been using the redaction/ blackout feature for several PDF files that I am sending to a client and it has been very effective. I am impressed with the "save" feature in that it allows you to save the edited file in a different format, I.e. Word.
The software is very hard to manipulate. Scrolling is difficult. Rewriting a document does not work well. JUst overall filling in a form is difficult. Sometimes the lines do not match. The email system does not send documents at times. Everything, in my opinion, is burdensome and takes much longer than it should.
Initially, it was a bit confusing. However, after using the program a few times, I am delighted. I very much like the fact that I can take a printed form, scan it, and then fill it in and print it. The result is very professional looking. Still not sure how to change fonts.
Originally i was dissatisfied with paying $20 to learn how to use the system and still did not get any benefit. Then customer service reached out to me to provide assistance and work on a solution. I am still learning how to effectively use it but am happy for their willingness to help.
So far it has been frustrating ( just because I am not tech savvy) I am just trying to reprint a pay stub that I have lost from a former employer and I just keep running into problems. However after watching a video I figured it out without a problem. Customer service is A1.
I am a slow learner...give me more time.I am 68 and not internet literate. It's better for me to fill out Government Forms through PDF Filler than in my own handwriting. It look very professional and understandable. It's like I got a Secretary. I would like to learn more about faxing and emails.
When I sent items to be signed by other people on one single document, the receiver could not sign the document as planned. There must be a better way to do this. I now have to revert to going to their homes and getting signatures.
Good solid editor-- would like to see other payment choices, like a quarterly option, and even instead of relying on automatic renewal, send a reminder email prior to the renewal to ensure the user is still consistently using product
Easy to use, and very useful, but some symbols are not explained. They have a very large number of forms, but some are not the latest version. Nevertheless, it is addictive and once you get used to PDFfiller you will always come back for more.
Easy to use, easy to share document, but formatting conversion into WORD doesn't always appear to save the formatting exactly as original. Another major irritation - it doesn't appear to permit saving multiple versions of a file - for example monthly reports which differ only in small details, which I'd prefer to have one master copy and then be able to 'save as' providing a file name with monthly indexing
PDFfiller is a good value application for PDF file editing, filling and file management. My limited use of the application so far leaves a lot of its functionality to be discovered. However, it is very user friendly and simple to work with.
I found this site by using Google. I then had a few questions that were resolved by chatting with an agent. The agent gave me a 3 day free trial. I was able to do what I needed and purchased a subscription.
I was very frustrated with the support I received from one of your agents. We just seem to get on the same wave length. I had asked a question and she came back with instructions on how to cancel my subscription!? I decided to cut my losses with her and went back and made due myself. Then come to find out she cancelled my subscription! I still had active forms there. Please tell her that if and when I want to cancel my subscription I am perfectly able to do that myself! I was not impressed with her.
I loved the product itself. My problem is with how you price it. I have the need to use this but once a year so it doesn't make sense for me to sign up on an annual or month to month basis. I would have been open to a cost per document completed as a fair way to charge someone with my requirements.
I will be canceling the trial membership for that reason.
Nice product though.
Extremely convenient and fairly easy to use, but i need to find time to sit down and learn more features other than just filling out forms and signing them. I think the vvalue of a yearly subscription is very good.
I like the pdf editing capabilities but the pdf sign portion of it is seriously lacking compared to DocuSign, or even the free HelloSign. Can't have multiple signatures on one document without a business plan, and can't choose particular spots for signers to sign. Bad idea and will cause me to cancel my plan. I need the whole package for this price.
It has allowed me to "type" forms that I would have otherwise needed to hand write or type on an old fashioned typewriter (which I still have). I didn't like the way the numeric columns lined up. I didn't see a way to insure that they were all right aligned.
You are a bait-and-switch company, allowing people to put in time creating a document before informing them that they have to sign up for a recurring service in order to save their work. This is the worst-of-the-worst business practices. Up front, had you said "create a writable PDF for $9.99" I would have happily obliged. Drafting me into a contract just so I can save my work is inexcusable.
I originally downloaded Adobe Flash Player thinking I could make my own PDS I was wrong it was I'm no help. Just by doing a simple internet search. I came across your website it's amazing. It does everything I needed to do and more so happy I found it! I'm a landlord and now I can send applications online and fill out leases online so convenient.
I has made my job easier. I use numerous forms as a Clinical Manager for a Home health agency that does not utilize EMR. I am now able to fill out these forms in half the time. I don't have to look through countless paper folders to locate my forms, just locate on my desk top, complete and print!
Answer: NO! Any company that would lure veterans to use their service, then try to charge them to print or save their documents after filling them out iss a RIPOFF!
Answer: Tharun hi! Many thanks for your interest and question! No, our 30-day free trial period is entirely free, no hidden fees, no fine print. The first charge goes on the first day of the second month (and you can surely cancel prior to that, again, no charges). Hope this helps!
Answer: Many thanks for your question! There are two answers here, actually. First of all, nobody in pdfFiller Team has access to the documents you store inside your account. Our Support and Statistics can see the number of uploads and sendings, but NOT the contents of your documents. That's confidential information. Regarding your payments details: If you are paying for our services by a credit card, we see: ***********1234. That is, only the last four digits of your card, the date of transaction and the amount paid. If you are paying via PayPal, we obviously see the email linked to your PayPal account. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Susan, many thanks for your question! And yes, you can do that. Two things are important here. First, you need to register a password-protected account to make sure all your sensitive data is stored securely in our private cloud. Secondly - please, note that PDFfiller does not have any sort of official agreement with medicare, thus, your form cannot be automatically delivered to the needed office. In other words, you can surely fill the form with us, edit it later, print, save, email etc. But keep in mind that you are responsible for document delivery, this is NOT automated. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Bibek, many thanks for your question. And no, you will not, free trial is free :) But please, mind the deadline. Charging is automatic straight after these 30 days are over.
