The form that I am filling out has to be adjusted down smaller so that all of it will fit on the page when I print it. I have to add page numbers which should already be on the form. It doesn't tab to the next section...I have to click on the next section I need...otherwise it skips over certain sections. When I had it filled in and printed at the right size the form looks good.
Difficult to understand and navigate. Sometimes hard to get the document open for editing. Works well, once properly opened.
This has not changed. When I open the program, it insists that I save some totally unknown document, and it is still hard to find the document I want to open.
My only problem is the interface for picking up documents isn't easy to use. I find unless the person send me the document themselves, sometimes your emails don't come through to me or they don't come through with the signed document yet the customer sends me a copy.
I love this program! I am in an area where I do not have a land line or ability to fax and now I can! I also love the feature where I can erase and correct documents without having to recreate the entire document.

This is an excellent tool to use to complete paperwork to save and email or fax back on the fly. You can print afterward, or as soon as you complete your paperwork. Saves so much time, and paper, as you don't have to print.complete.scan and then send.
I am new to this program the search engine next to the description of the for would be great if you could see a picture of the for rather than having to click on it if it is not the one you want then back to the search engine

Such an amazing site! I love PDFfiller.com! It makes editing forms so simple and easy! I would have rated 5 stars but I have a difficult time using it on mobile devices. Other than that it is the #1 tool I go to when I have to edit or even FIND a document using the search tool! When I finish a document I can send via TEXT, eMail, Fax, WhatsApp and so many more! PDFfiller is very easy to use and the auto-save feature works reliably. One thing that I didn't like was that I had to sign up for a plan to be able to save my pdf. Had I not chosen to sign up, I believe my work would have not been saved. What compelled me to sign up was that I didn't want to lose the work that I was doing. Overall, I think PDFfiller is a great tool and worth the money; however, some users may not like the mandatory payment in order to see their documents again.
It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.
Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign
PdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. A font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

Our Support and Statistics can see the number of uploads and sendings, but NOT the contents of your documents. That's confidential information. Regarding your payments details: If you are paying for our services by a credit card, we see: ***********1234. That is, only the last four digits of your card, the date of transaction and the amount paid. If you are paying via PayPal, we obviously see the email linked to your PayPal account. Hope this helps!

First, you need to register a password-protected account to make sure all your sensitive data is stored securely in our private cloud.
