I was on FedEx asking them questions about an order when this site popped in and started to try to answer them. I told them that they were not going to be able to answer them and to leave me alone. The next day I find out that they had charged me twice for a total of 35 dollars, it cost me to have my debit card frozen, I was buying groceries and was forced to use my credit card which it was overdrawn because of this, and now I have additional charges for being overdrawn on my credit line, and I have no access to my checking account or my money which is over 1000.00 dollars. I now have to wait for 10 to 14 business days, business days, that's working days not including weekends or up to 3 weeks for my new card to arrive. How do you live without access to your accounts? Food, fuel, and bills are now unable to be paid. This company should be shutdown and fined. My life is going to be a living hell because of this. If you were put in this situation what would you do? They owe me big time and I should be compensated for everything that I am being forced to endure. They did this without my consent and they need to be subjected to extremely harsh punishment. Don't ever make a mistake and ask them anything and report them to any entity that will prosecute them. They have no business doing what they did to me while I was talking to FedEx and they jumped in and destroyed my life.
