Your customer Service staff is great and do their job very well!
This website was easy to use. Putting in information and vetting was easy. Good to know about this website in this day and age!
Sucks I could find out more from a damn rock you people are nothing. More than a scam it's truly pathetic that you claim all this information and don't deliver on a1/16 of it and what you do deliver is old as popcorn dust farts. Someone needs to to shut y'all down from fraud
Y'all are a damn fraud scam and I will be filing a complaint to bbb fcc and state attorney general the gov. Of the state of NC USA and the internet fraud task force until I get some answers to how the hell you get by selling this bull$#*!. It's robbery without a gun. You should be ashamed of yourself and karma will dry $#*! you with a cactus one day so enjoy your stolen money from people you know nothing about it called hard working everyday people living paycheck to pay che
Don't waste your money it's awful half $#*! info and old out dated stuff It's far from what it claims to find and after you join under the false advertisement of unlock all info. You'll have to upgrade to premium level to get that.
Because this company is like crack head run operation promise everything but never deliver rr
Most of these people are not relatives of my Edward Sutton. There were really no records at all involving the person I searched and a lot involving people with the same name that you threw up and we don't even know so this is not much of a service the $1 I paid for 5 days of unlimited reports was $1 wasted. It won't happen again
This is a bait and switch operation that offers everything for an initial fee, but actually doles out the information you think you already bought if you agree to pay more, layer by layer, for what they originally offered for a single price. I'm embarrassed that I fell for it. I will see if they honor their satisfaction guarantee. Not holding my breath.
Looked up myself just to see what was out there. Other than my age, address phone number and e mail, no information was found. Been married and divorced said I won't. Had a few minor run ins with the law, said I didn't. Got a couple business licenses, said I didn't. Go ahead and save your 30 bucks
A search of my x husband who has a felony conviction and was just recently removed from the sex offenders list in indiana did not show up. A search of myself showed possible criminal records which is untrue. This is highly disappointing and misleading. I do not want a membership and want my money back. There is no contact since I'm contacting you just minutes after our agreement, we'll within the timeframe that I am able to change my mind and get my money back.
I'm impressed at all the databases & social profiles & accounts that they search thru in order to compile a comprehensive report. It seems a bit pricey, but we shall see how it works out over the month.
I just somehow ended up on an add & here I am.
Gross inaccuracies from two wrong dates of birth, missing marriage license, two address history errors, three wrong relatives, incorrect relative's last name, wife's email addresses as opposed to mine, plus many more inaccuracies. Wasted my time and money.
I THOUGHT I might find something of value in checking my background. Unfortunately the information was littered with errors and inaccuracies.
I don't like how they require u to pay even more for a 'complete' report. It's always just more-more-more $$$! U would think that the initial fee is the only thing u need, but no...give us more! Ridiculous
Jus randomly
Your advertisements claims are not what you promote them to be. You claim that once I provide you with payment I will be able to see certain information on individuals that would help me to make wise decisions about potential roommates, relationships and potential clients. This does not even make it past a level one personal reference. Even when I went ahead and purchased the, "more in depth" reveal into a person's life it just didn't close to what you claimed it would help with. Not happy but again I learned more about false advertising.
I never leave low feedback but I have always taught my little girl that if you don't let others know of their mistakes in a kind way then they can never improve so……there a LOT of errors when I searched for my information. I'm sure your site just lists what it finds in the search but just thought you should know. Thanks
Saw it highlighted in an article I was reading on line and thought that I would take a chance.
Your advertising spoke to giving all types of information but we in fact had to pay additional money for any and all information. If you didn't already know the person's address it would have been impossible to find them. Then when I called to complain I find out that it's automatic renewal monthly. HORRIBLE!
They supposedly canceled the automatic renewal which I had no idea was implemented.
To obtain information on an individual, DUH
The app claims to have unearthed specific categories of information and implies that the report you get will include those specified categories of information but instead after you pay almost $30 you find that all they are going to show you is name and address and date of birth that sort of thing all the other myriad categories are withheld from you and now they shake you down for another $20 if you want to see what they originally advertised you would be seeing upon purchasing any report at all. It's an unnecessarily shady approach and does not do a lot for my attitude toward them it offends me that all they promised was not delivered upon payment of the first $30.
I was curious and the app promised to deliver specific categories of information that I was interested in but of course that turned out to be a false claim that you only find out about after paying the first $30
Info before agreeing showed criminal convictions for person I wanted info on. Once I paid for report there were no convictions shown. Most importantly it had an incorrect birthdate and incorrect death date. The person is still very much alive. I feel duped by your service. I want a full refund due to the misleading and wrong information. Thank you.
Answered quickly and was polite Did not verify visa credit. Just account canceled. I am requesting refund of the charge to my Visa for false and incorrect information.
Expected accuracy and current info
You got me further than any other service has, and with more accurate information. But I'm sorry to say I have to unsubscribe. My original purpose was to reconnect with my first love, but with a contrite and crushed heart, I found out she passed away this past January. I was four months late. I wish I had found your service first several years ago when I started looking. I'll bookmark you so I'll know who to go to next. Thank you so very much for your help. Sincerely, William Strength
Terrible research of information on the site! Not only was almost all the information incorrect, but in order to go deeper and get criminal, bankruptcy, lien information, you have to purchase a premium subscription which is more money. But they don't tell you that upfront. I did it on myself and it had me married to the wrong person, related to the wrong people and living in the wrong place. Don't waste your money!
Tip for consumers:
I ended up with a full refund because I called right away. I canceled my three month subscription also. Info received was just terrible terrible terrible. I didn’t end up using any other product.

This is a joke. I know about his felony and prison time, but I wanted to see if he was telling me the truth about it. Yet you show nothing. I paid to get info that I already knew. I will ask my bank to stop payment on your charge.
Frustrated! For $30, I got no real information on this man. For example, the $30 report shows no jail time, but he physically hurt me, broke my leg. Leg just below my knee. But that doesn't show. Also, he was charged with domestic physical abuse in XD f guy tree
The amount of money you charge for a lot of wrong information is terrible. What your report told me is simple things I could have found anywhere. My rating would be 0 stars if you had that category. What a rip off
You had me convinced I would be able to find someone I'm looking for. You weren't even able to find my daughter who lives 5 miles from me.
Some family members names are listed, but not all of my family. Several dates are wrong and the report erroneously provides 2 former housing locations, neither of which did I ever live. Then I'm provided with an extensive list of sex offenders but does not provide where
- not even approximately - the creeps live in relation to the addresses given at which I supposedly once lived.
Because up until the last page I thought it was free.
I found a high school classmate that I lost contact with. Have not tried the email yet to see if I get a response. Got information on the whole family. Was sadden learn of parents passing. Will let you know more after I send an email.
To look up new friends. And old ones. Never heard of it until I received a popup on my phone - seems to be legit.

What a scam—I could have easily found the info on the internet—you try to hit us up with another 19+ dollars after we paid the initial fee "for the full report." I need to speak to my credit card company about this.
Because I’m a sucker
I searched someone that I have a lot of information on as a test case. Many things that are public record are missing from your report. They do appear in other sites reports however so the information is available you are simply not picking it up.
Just saw an ad and thought I’d try it as compared to others I use
This is total bs. In all of the promo info you talk about how thorough and complete this is. Even when downloading the data, you warn that there is criminal info being found. Then when I look at the report, its very sketchy, incomplete and in some cases inaccurate. No marriage/divorce record? No professional licensing records? No social security info? Oh, but I can upgrade to a more premium account and get more info. That's not going to happen. This seems like a scam to me.
I did a search on myself. You say I lived at 821 New Hampshire Ave. Joplin Missouri. I never lived there in my life!
Am I a victim of identity theft? Also don't have an alias name, but previous marriage and divorce.
The information needs to be verified before you can count anything valid, which is time-consuming in itself. It's annoying I paid for the premium reports but still have the ad in the top right-hand screen with an option to upgrade each report.
