Some family members names are listed, but not all of my family. Several dates are wrong and the report erroneously provides 2 former housing locations, neither of which did I ever live. Then I'm provided with an extensive list of sex offenders but does not provide where
- not even approximately - the creeps live in relation to the addresses given at which I supposedly once lived.

Information is minimal, in many cases wrong or out of date. You have to pay more to get more info, very misleading. Also, I keep getting emails saying they have updates, but I go into reports and there are no updates. This is a terrible service

The information needs to be verified before you can count anything valid, which is time-consuming in itself. It's annoying I paid for the premium reports but still have the ad in the top right-hand screen with an option to upgrade each report.

I didn't revive any more information than his address. It cost me 14.99 for an address!
That's crazy I would of never done this for 15.00. Maybe I just don't know how to access. If you think I'll pay more well no!

The report is wrong it states last spotted was in 2006 when she died in 1984, shows no marriage or divorce I request a refund since most info was incorrect and the picture included was a different woman. Very bad information gathering

A lot of the information is very old and incorrect.
Relatives listed are actually spouses relatives and none of my own. Not even my parents names. So if I'm using this to back ground check someone I. Can't really rely on information.

Took awhile to see how much this service costs. 2. inaccurate info, though 3. If we'd just pay more we'd get more?
I did it out of curiosity and though it was expensive, not that worried about what info they have on people. Definitely a waste of money except to satisfy my curiosity.

I am REALLY disappointed and plan to cancel this service immediately. I see now how you played on the words "may have" which most people would think if it's there then it will show up. Not if you pay a monthly fee for an unlimited month you have to pay another fee for "premium". Actually considering disputing the charges. Shame on you.

Didn't have half the information I know on the search of a person close to me. Why would I get ripped off any further for some other report when a service did not provide what was actually promised.

Hate getting ripped off. There will definitely more to coming to this service as far as awareness to others.

It does not give any real information, I emailed them for a cancellation the day after I searched my self and then again a month later when I was charged $30, and now a month later they are continuing to charge me! They said we have to email with our account information and there is none available except my name and email and I have sent that and still have not heard from anyone. The search engine does not work! It doesn't even have legal name so apparently it's getting their information of another disaster if a site!

This is by far the absolute worst background checking site I have ever subscribed to. They provided zero information, charged me $28.00 and after spending 10 minutes on their site to realize it was a waste of time, they refused to refund more than $20.00 of the amount. How do I know it's a scam? I did a research on someone with a felony and they stated this individual had no criminal history! They are a scam! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. Don't worry about the info they may have on you; they don't do any research at all. They came up with names of known relatives and that was it. They wanted more money for any further information. Do not waste your time. They say that they have an easy way to cancel if you're not happy. However, they don't offer a refund. For 75% of the refund, I had to insist! This is a complete scam!

This is by far the worst pay-site for searching people. I've never experienced a business that charges you $27.99 only to send you to another pay-site to get information that should have been contained in the original report. I want my money back - this is terrible! Information is not even accurate; you may as well do the report yourself so it would at least contain legitimate records.

So far like every other look up site. Have to pay before you see anything. And asked you if your happy with the site. Deserves a one star but gave them the benefit of the doubt. We'll see if they are close to being accurate or wasted 30 bucks.

This place is a joke! I used their system one time for 1.00 and they charged me 29.99 a month later because I forgot to cancel which is a rip off, It doesn't even tell the truth! Lies! Save your money! This place doesn't deserve any stars! Total waste!

Good work that you're doing outstanding job and you're honest about what you find and let people know before they get involved with people that's the best thing about it if they're a thief or something else

Missing Facebook, Instagram, also other social media apps that are not on the report you provided. I usually use a different app. Should have stayed with that one. Didn't have to pay extra for a complete report

Information is complete junk. You are thieves. Not info about me it is about others with my same name. Different ages, addresses, phone numbers, social media sites, etc. No info on several things you declared to uncover.

I've been dating someone who I met online and I decided it was time to do a background check before the relationship gets any more serious. There were no surprises and I was pleased with your service.

I searched myself... and a close personal friend to test the validity of your reports. You have HUGE gaps in even basic information, your report shows minimal information most of which is available thru the phone company.

Found many discrepancies in many of the areas. Phone numbers, social media accounts, addresses particularly. Also gender and age. Not sure how helpful this would be if others have the same discrepancies.

I know more about his life then you do! You have no records of his 3 marriages and no records of his 2 divorces. There's other things as well and I truly would love to get my money back! Also, you're misleading on the cost of your service! Now you want me to pay more money to get more information? If I paid it and then found out you truly don't have any more information than I already do then I really would be not only mad but stupid! This is pretty much a scam and I'm none too happy!

I put my own name in and came up with almost nothing. I have used other apps that came up with quite a good bit of information about me. Your site was a total disappointment. Please cancel my subscription. Today is Thursday.
