When doing the search, I was apprised that there were issues and convictions that I needed to be aware of; none came up in the report, just a request to purchase the Premium option. I will definitely cancel my subscription! Don't waste your money!

No real information appears unless you sign up Premium upgrade—the $1.00 5-day trial shows no record for marriages and divorces, and I have had both. Why would I expect the premium to show much more? Not willing to invest another $19.95 to be disappointed.

Thus leads people to believe we would get total access as I was looking for. Person looking for has been missing for 2 years (ex husband,) and his family has had deaths and babies ND weddings he has missed. This Is aggravating! Cancel immediately

This sight is so out of date and inaccurate. I looked myself up and I have all kinds of criminal history in my past yet it nothing at all. I didn't even show my wife's Facebook that has had for over a decade. Trash

Your website is classic "bait and switch". You initially give the impression that the subscriber can expect a comprehensive report, but what we are getting after paying your initial subscription fee is severely lacking in detail and the detail that is given is incomplete and very often incorrect. Then,you imply that only after paying an additional $19.95 can we see the "premium report" which supposedly fills in the many gaps and provides the deep dive we were led to believe we would get initially. I'm cancelling,

Put in my name. Said that had sensitive info on me. Didn't show anything. Been Verified showed more. So I upgrade. Absolutely nothing more showed. Call with in minutes. Didn't get the upgrade money back. Only got the part of the original payment. So no are not a good company.

Told the man that I wasn't happy with this service. So I wanted my money back. He said that I wouldn't get my upgrade money back? Also didn't receive all of the first payment. That's not how you run a company?

People Whiz offered me 5 day free trial for $1. I was immediately charged $27.99.
And the person I was inquiring about had a lot of incorrect info & I never got a full report. Could only access general info.

This was a joke! The report didn't show any thing but basic free information and I must pay another. Premium fee to get more information why a waste of $28.00. Then to try to cancel the service, is near impossible

I needed to do a criminal check on a possible co-worker so I used this site. The information provided was incomplete as far as reason for arrest and dates of arrest. General information. I gather more detailed information by doing a city court search. I am sorry to say I did not check reviews first. I also cannot find a way to leave a review on their site, which should have been a red flag to me that they are not competent.

Better than most but limited info about myself. Didn't find places that I worked, my handgun license, date of divorce, Facebook account, Pinterest account, commercial properties, vehicles that I own, etc

Very deceiving as to what information that you have access to. Asked me if I wanted to pay an extra $19.99 for something that it said i would her from the first $27.99. Very tricky and not cool.

I look up myself. Found a large number of errors. Did not have my current address that I have lived at for the last 2.5 years. Way too many criminal listings that where clearly not me. Overall, I was disappointed

I know the person I'm searching has a criminal background and while it was loading it said, found several criminal history. Once it loaded, however, it said 0. It gives you like 20 possibilities of different people on the search page and that's where the info they said they "found" came from. Not worth it. Don't waste your money. Click bait!

Nothing but an incorrect report! Only the basic info is partially right! I want a refund for your false advertising of retrieval of records.
Address- only 1 was correct
Divorces- stated no divorces, I was 2 times
Relatives- only some were right! Doesn't even list my children
The beginning states all kinds of info will be available and everything is what anybody could find out!

My 14 year old accidently signed up for this while playing in my home. She thought it was a game app. When she realized it she told me and I called them and they would not refund my PayPal account. So I decided to search myself since they would not refund. There was nothing there but basic info like phone and address. Don't waste your money. It's a scam.

I got reports on several people to see the quality of the info. In some cases, it was excellent, but in others it was spotty or just plain not correct. But then my name is Taylor, so I got lots of Maybe info, but my daughter and I are in your data bases, but lots of excess criminal info on other Taylor. Also my marriage in Marin County in 2010 doesn't show up and my husband is missing entirely.

Still, you have a good service well done.

Very little correct, lot of places lived not included, much of report totally false, much is other peoples information. Shows me with drug charge never had, traffic problems in states never lived etc. was not accurate and lots of wife's emails and information attributed to me. We are still happily married. Would not recommend your service, too much misinformation.

You misrepresented, I want refund. Getting me to pay only to discover that i would have to pay for a premium report to get anything besides what is easily available is in my opinion very unprofessional and deceptive. I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge as not delivering services promised and or as advertised.

Barely any information. Things I could find out easily in other ways or already knew. Paid 22 bucks to find out nothing in detail about a non-sex offender - Only listed one of his offenses and didn't give any court documents or any comprehensive information which was helpful.

Think this is bad business when you don't state that you give very little details and in order to get more information more has to be paid. I know that Andrea has a Facebook account but did not mention in the report. Would like a refund return

Only saw my birthday (wrong) & address. Don't want to subscribe this after all as don't want to pay for more information on everyone I need to look up. Thought it was more info than that for the price & you said unlimited amount! Unsubscribe me please

As far as I can tell, this is a useful site. I can't judge all that much at this point. It would be nice if we didn't get have to pay for it, especially when a person only has one acquaintance that they want to inquire about.

I got information on myself nothing showed up. I have had a different name and other things that should be on report. You mis led me into thinking this was a one time one month not a subscription. I want my money back and off your list
