Not a very accurate report. Addresses not right. No sex offenses but you have people with my same name listed. What's up with that!? Social media profiles not right. First seen record all over the place. Hopefully people who do back round checks for employment don't use this site.
Been trying to figure out why I am not being hired for jobs that are doing back round check. I gotta figure out how to expunge a lot of wrong information
You charge for report and then you give bare minimum facts which could be found at any less expensive site, and want 20 bucks per person per 'premium' report. What a rip off. Am cancelling subscription. There are other sites much better than yours
Misleading you charge one price that basically does nothing then you want additional price to continue and reports are not correct I used 3 sites yours said. No criminal background there was 6 listed on this check your just taking money and leading people to think they did due diligence I want a refund

I ran a report on myself. I'm highly upset over the fact that I paid almost $30. For complete crap. Luckily, I called and they should be refunding me within 3-4 days. We'll see if that actually happens.
This has went pretty well so far. Just waiting to see if the rest is as good. Next I got only address and date of birth. I didn't get a full report on my request. Glad I didn't spend any more money on it.

Info is outdated by 4 years. Address, criminal, social media nothin is current. We have been married 7 yrs no record we have lived in same town on point in getting upgrade. Our address is on everything we apply for it is not private. Give 1 day of ur best service free and lets see how close u get. I will buy a year if it is even 75% correct this is bull$#*! charging people anything when i googled more info than u supplied.
I'm finding little accuracy and false leads and lack of licenses I've known subject to have possessed. Will see if ANY of this results in any help at all, or simply annoying a lot of innocent people with unnecessary inquiries. Final judgement currently reserved.

Use my first report for someone I knew well. It did not show their three marriages and three divorces, the business that they owned, Or bankruptcy they had completed 10 years ago. I would not recommend this site to search people you don't know.

The advertisement said it could deliver a lot of information. It did not.
Your basic reports are laughable. I can find more information than that using free search engines from various sources. AND your "upgrade" charges are way too expensive for the very basic service you provide. This customer will not be repeating any business with you.

Well so far you have been wrong on how many times I've been married and to whom same with my husband profile wrong on criminal record because he's currently in jail for four years this is not the first time he has done time

It's pretty much just like every other site out there. Went with the 5 day trial for $1. Didn't really have anything unique that made it stand out from the rest. Some info was correct but there was a lot of incorrect info. Had my own report plus a few close friends done.
Never used them before. Felt like they presented as being something new and different
I haven't been able to find anyone I'm looking for on this site. You need to add more boxes for narrowing down prospects. Like birthdate. Other places they lived. In the military? What colleague did they attend. Etc

Does not have complete or accurate info. Done of the pop up notifications were misleading. It inferred i had a criminal record encouraging me to pay for a subscription. It was completely false. Not impressed at all

Absolutely incorrect marriage information given—totally different info than "this" Joan Murray Webster where much of your info was applicable. Also, knowing I have no criminal records, I was "taunted" at the onset to sign up for your 1-month rate. The opening info on your site indicated that "for my name," in RED, I had criminal records. I don't see how it is worthwhile to go any farther, with other inquiries, when I see incorrect info given in my own basic "report."

I like the thoroughness of your findings; you often do better than some of the other search engines. It's sometimes difficult to determine which is the most recent and active address among those listed for an individual.
I wanted to pay my bill which the credit card company earlier denied, but I can't find how to do that online in spite of following directions from one of your agents and your text windows. Clicking on "reactivate" when that does not exist is very difficult (although I am not actually reactivating).
I know you dig through a lot of information, but I want to select which information I would like to access rather than get every last data bit.

I correctly entered a credit card number 3 times and you rejected it. I want address, phone and email information and have to wait forever for all the incidental information you generate. Their ought to be a way to specify what I want instead of assuming I want everything.

Disappointed. Just wondering how someone who died in 2005 was last seen at the Main Street address in Pine City this past July 2022. I also expected to see his 3 divorce records for which I paid extra. I also would have liked to have found where he is buried. Truth Finder was more accurate and informative.

So far, I'm getting accurate information about myself and a few "so called" relatives who are NOT related so we need to get those errors cleared up quickly. Otherwise, we will have inaccurate information attached to my personal "profile". The searches went pretty well, seemed to be very thorough & detailed. I'm holding back my final review until I have read the complete report. I may have someone close to me check the report to see if they disagree with it or noticed some info missing. We will get it all straightened out & return to give you our final review of your service & resulting report. Until then...

Was married for 40+ years, My husband was listed under relatives--states correct date of death-but list age as 82, which he would be if still living. 4) First of home address listed starting before we bought the property and did not include the one we lived in for over 25 years. How can I believe any information I need to gather on others if I can see mistakes on my own file? Yes, I am upset!

I need to see my " criminal records", Seemed not only these neighbors or whoever has been stealing my personal documents have already stolen my identity and as I saw in another website, made a house loan in my name in Kentucky...
Also, I enrolled in your website and paid $27+ 19 so I should be able to full detailed report but I can't go beyond voting. I have never voted as I am not yet a US citizen; permanent residents can't vote. I have to check on this. DMV personnel required me to fill up voting form when I changed my driver's license upon moving to Dallas to teach there.
I had been to truth finder and other sites like you and I have discovered false info on me that may be preventing me from getting housing, apt rental and jobs where private employers use sites like you instead of legit FBI or police records.
About 50% was or could be correct. Your site suggested the women I'm with got married twice within 3 months during the time we first started dating. We were inseparable at that time and it is impossible for to have gotten married twice in those days. Why would I trust your information

Your search provided me with incorrect and I hate to say it, but useless information about the person I searched. This was a waste of $27. I know more correct, accurate info on my own, and would like a refund. He's had the same # for 15 years and your site didn't even get that right.
Missing 2 of 4 marriages. No accurate divorce records. Criminal record incomplete. Social media totally inaccurate. Death record not on file - the died almost 2 years ago. None of his relatives show up, siblings or children.
All you get is addresses and phone numbers and maybe 1 or 2 relatives... if you are looking for what they say the report will give you. You need to pay more money. Its a sham, scam, b. S. don't use it
