I have been having heart palpitations while waiting being 89 years old and never in jail or any major happening in my life wondering what I am going to find.
Ok I guess I found it on the internet ad prefer not to have an ads but then I got interested in it I haven't reviewed the report yet because it wants me to fill out a survey or whatever the hell is this
Just wasted a buck... scam... have to upgrade to premium to get info... but don't know that when you sign up for free trial.

I search myself and found very little accurate info! Waste of money seem you just want up sell your premium level and why would when thus level was so bad
This feels like a bait & switch. Lots of results are promised but not all of them are shared unless you want to put more money into it. Very disappointed
Some info is very lengthy, such as criminals. Would be much better if the option for a middle name or initial were required.
Otherwise, this is a really great site.

Well all my info isn't even correct and I didn't read anywhere that I have to pay an upgrade to see what you told me I would be seeing at the initial cost so that was a trick because you know if someone's come this far, they'll most likely pay the extra $20 it's BS!
Another rip-off. Returned common accessible information, unless I pay for premium information. Much of data was either inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete.
You give no real information oh unless you want to pay even more money! This is a rip off it even said the person I looked up had no birth record waste of time and $$
Your searches are not complete or deep enough. 2 people I ask to get info on showed no info where they should have been able to find the information in the local archive without a problem
You charge 28.00 just to find out if my employee has CDL license, or license to drive at all, and then dont even show that information, he also has multiple criminal offenses and none are listed on here either. I AM ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK, PLEASE.
When I joined you make it sound like you get all the premium information for the basic price... but NO... it's a trap... reel the people in... then take more of their money... TOTAL RIP OFF!
She has not been at that address for over a year. I am her father and your service is useless. Maybe you can at least give me an up to date phone number so that my money is not totally wasted
On my profile it showed no marriage history and I've been married for 40 years. Also it showed an address in CO that I never lived at. Worthless sire!
Repeat problem. With email password matching. Finally got through it Couple times confused on what next step for me to handle was. Plugged through with trial and error steps.
I received notices informing me you've found something I should be aware of and to "refresh my file" yet I'm not finding a refresh tab anywhere… though I've sent an e-mail to Support, + resent today asking how to go about "refreshing" my file, so that I Can get this alleged updated info. Also I have discovered the info on others to be old/dated, and or missing completely when it came to arrest records that I know exist…If I don't get a response from Support, I shall unsubscribe from this company.
On first search, report had "Twitter (20)" and showed 3 other men by same name, yet, I wasn't able to see the other "20" that may've been connected.
This is absolutely totally completely utterly ridiculous! Making people pay damn near $30 to view reports that's not even accurate by hardly any means PERIOD. IM DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK THANKS. GO AHEAD AND REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO MY CARD
Bait and switch for "premium report" which was not disclosed until you pay the initial fee, sleazy. Basic report is not providing important data.and has numerous errors and omissions.
The reports are not accurate. My own information was not accurate.
I've been on hold for over 20 minutes to cancel this service and I'm still holding.
