$27 a month for a report that had absolute no relevant info. The person I looked up, I know has 4 arrests and you didn't even have one listed. Super disappointed

For Patricia Gayle Jones you were correct on her address & birthdate - I need more birth information - where born? Parents?
Also you listed 2 people not at all related to her.

I just got to the report and other than nothing was ever mentioned about a having to pay for the information until you put your info in it's alright so far

You did not provide anything. I already know his name and address. He does have a criminal record and been married 3 times with multiple addresses. Can I get my money back. Don't have it to waste

My experiences have been fine except when it comes to REFRESHING an existing report. There is no tab or arrow or other directions in your entire website, that I can find, to allow one to do this after being told to do so via email messages from PW.

WORST $27 I'VE EVER SPENT (I would go back & spend another $30 on the prostitute in Mexico before before I waste my money w this scam again) All it is is a lead on to get ur last dollar from u while they spit out either no info at all, or info that's 100% wrong & can be proven wrong in 5 min. DON'T WASTE UR TIME OR $$$. Truth finder also sucks but at least they don't take forever just to say nothing was found when I for a fact know there was info they missed completely.

This led me to believe it was free until near the end of the process.
The need to cancel within 5 days or you will be billed an entire monthly continuing charge seemed rather deceptive and tricky.

Misleading. The information presented did not mention a "premium report" option with access to more info. I personally know more info than is being revealed on this service. Extremely disappointed.

Yeah, the add was misleading, paid the $27, and found out I cannot find out much information about me without paying even more money would like to have a refund

This does not give a full report of everything as advertised! I'm glad I got the limited time offer instead of wasting the whole amount it usually cost! So disappointing!
