I thought I was getting a lot more information. I paid for basic general information you can get from Google. The person I looked up has been arrested twice in the last 2 year and it shows nothing recent. Waste of time and money. I consider paying for the upgrade if it was worth it but doesn't seem like money well spent. Very unhappy.

Been looking for a site to do regular searches for tenant screening for my Nana but still haven't found what I'm looking for. I only did the one dollar search (didn't want to spend $ until I knew what I was getting for it) and was not impressed. Some of the information was completely wrong (looked up someone who has been convicted of a felony twice and it said no criminal record, even if I paid more) I can get more information on Google from the results page. This was a VERY long and drawn out experience full of disappointment. Thank you for the material for my review. I enjoy giving reviews to those who deserve it. I prefer good ones and hope that is what I can give this company should I ever give this site a second chance.

In order to get above a minimal amount of information AFTER paying they want you to pay even MORE! They didn't even have my marriage or divorce records even though they listed me as my ex-husband's only relative. Not our son or any of his 4 brothers or many extended relatives. I can find more information on a basic Google search. I feel cheated.

Well in the beginning it sounded good but now most of the information is incorrect. What little there is. I paid for the membership and to see a report that may have more information than this joke of a report you require more money!?! Do you really need to scam people that bad? What a sad world we live in people should help each other not take whatever you can get.

On Sunday, October 31 I signed up for this side and paid 19.95. Today on November 2 I received an email to refresh to find out more information about a specific individual and I paid 27.95. I was led to believe that if i refreshed the information on this person, it would give me different information than previously. Frankly I feel like I've been misled and I want my money back.

Have no information on some things.I was married and divorced from him. Know about sexual things that he did that you never put down and I will tell no people never to use your site. You are a scam. I wasted my money and cancelled the last 2 payments. How can you do this to people?

Impersonal. Did not email respond with what was needed. I only purchased a month and it is charging this month as well. It doesn't matter whether I received the report, which quickly prompted me to this survey. On the phone as well, long wait to deter any cancellation. Should be reported to the better business bureau.

I would give zero stars. But not an option. Reached out to cancel my subscription through email and then over the phone. Email was useless as it was automated and not what I requested assistance with. Long wait on the phone. This system is designed to deter cancellation although I only ordered one month.

I was trying to find information about my child. I have not been in touch with him for the last couple of months. But,he is active on social media. The report did not pull any information from any of his social media accounts. No email or phone numbers were provided. I expected a more comprehensive report.

These records are incorrect, i looked up my husband whose been married before and it says that he has no marriage or divorce records! A lot of things were not accurate on anyone i looked up and i am charge even more if i want to look up anything else!

You're asking me to rate my experience! I haven't received my report yet... so far all that has happened is that I have paid $27+ and I don't even know if it contains the info. I want! Or any information? I wanted to give it 1 star, but you would not let me...!

I started by having a look at the person i know best: me. You have conflated several people who share the same name and missed finding information that I know is in the public domain such as marriage and divorce records. I'd have to say your site is somewhere between useless and dangerous.

It is out of date on most things and as far as criminal history it stated no history but then on another page list out names including the one searched and that was it possible activities, I am really disappointed in this site, made claims it didn't come to being able to do

Get nothing then you want to CHARGE more.
Either get my account
And add family info
Or refund my money.
I have No criminal backgrounds.
When I was 20 I was arrested for under age in a bar…and that was expunged!

Not all information is correct / possible ID theft. Plus your unlimited reports is false advertising. You make people pay almost 30 dollars thinking they have access to all information which is not true at all. The information that is crucial you then have to pay an additional almost 20.00. Misleading consumers which is false advertising. All companies should be held accountable and stop ripping off people! Also, try to have the right info if you're going to share it with the public. You could be sewed for slander/defamation of character/enabling criminals/ Breaking Privacy laws/ etc. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!

I ran a search on myself. They don't tell you any of the costs up front.
To get a one month membership it is $27.99. That report does not contain any of the juicy information. You need to upgrade to a Premium account for $19.95 for that information. I'm not sure if that covers just the report or the whole month. I'm not throwing good money after bad.
Some of their info was suspect-a phone number I don't recognize and a relative I've never heard of.
I need to make sure they aren't going to continue my subscription without my permission.

I was very disappointed with the results of this search. I obtained more information on this person through Google and Circuit Court Access sites. I feel $27.99 is an outrageous price not to mention having to pay and they would charge an additional $19.99 if I wanted a premium report. All the information should have been included in the $27.99. I do not recommend this site.

You give a free 5 day trial for only a $1.00 but all you get is name, address, phone # etc. don't get see anything else. So no I will cancel this before my 5 days is up. This is supposed to be good on finding out who you might go out with, that's a lie. Will not recommend to anybody.

I read about this before trying it out for 6 months for 16.00. It's not worth 1.00, gives me no information that they said it would give me, a big waste of my money. I got the same information off google. I can't believe they got me like this. Definitely disappointed and I will be reporting other places for false advertising!

Honestly I am very disappointed. The reports, even what is public information, are incomplete or erroneous. I got a lot more information from another website. I am seriously mad at myself for having spent money to get information I would find on the internet. Now I am waiting to see how easy (or hard) it will be to cancel my subscription.

You contacted me saying Chris Owen had additional criminal report just added. When I payed to view it it is stated there is no criminal records. I know he has multiple criminal records not to mention the new record that your company said was added in order to get me to sign up & pay. This is a total rip off.

I wasn't able to see any pertinent information that concerned him or his records that didn't appear on the internet. Missing information as recent as his death a year and a half ago. I actually thought you would have that kind of basic information. I can understand an additional fee for intricate information, if you had it, but from what I received, I was displeased.

He was honest with me for what was contained in our conversation.

Paying $29 for verification of a person's name, then told I must pay another $19 for any other information is a total rip-off!
I can find that information through other sources that don't charge for the information. The entire sign up procedure indicates or implies that after signing in and paying $29+ I would receive more information than just any possible aliases that person may have used. Again, this is a total rip-off. Because now this bogus site has my money and I have no more information on the person I am inquiring about than I would or can get free of charge from other sites, like Ancestry.com!

You state before the report is generated and paid for that there are multiple arrest records yet your report shows none. Actually none of the information I got from your report was worth while. I would really like to get a credit back.
