Incomplete basic info. Errors of fact. When I called with this problem I was told that a 25% charge would be applied. A scam. Any legitimate company after initial use would have fully credited my account.
I could look on the yellow pages for this information. I already know where my boyfriend lives, but that's all this report shows even after it tricks you into saying there were several criminal reports found for the person. Waste of money!
There is a lot of missing information about people. I checked my own name and I've been married 4 times, but it showed no marriage or divorce records for me. This site is sub-par by other search sites. Get on the ball! I paid over $50 in order to get the records before I could see the reports. I'm a fool for falling for your crap.
I wanted to uncover some details about my husband and me. There is a lot of data missing. My husband and I filed for bankruptcy, and it didn't show up. I've very disappointed.
I know for a fact the person I searched has arrest records in several states. You list none, but then maybe that information is only available if you upgrade to a premium report for another fee! Total rip off! Waste of money!
Missing 2 of 4 marriages. No accurate divorce records. Criminal record incomplete. Social media totally inaccurate. Death record not on file - the died almost 2 years ago. None of his relatives show up, siblings or children.
You lead us to believe we're getting this reviewing report about our spouse and all I got for over 20 something dollars was her name and address and date of birth. Then you want another $20 for the rest of the information. That my friend is a scam.

Was very easy to use, quite a variety of docs, and actually found the right person. Gives great info on Personal Data (i. E. birthday, addresses, phone numbers) but did not give any data that I know for a fact should be there (i. E. divorce records, criminal history). So if you're looking just for the basics then this might be for you.
I got report on myself and I see this is a money pit. I will protest this charge to my credit card. Apparently you just screw over people no information I can't get for free. You offer plans that don't have anything of value in them. Scammers
Your system continuously kept rejecting my credit card. It took 3 cards before the transaction went through.
I got a Fraud Alert from American Express! I input two of my cards numerous times and was rejected.

Your site claims to access all records, including phone address, email, criminal, civil, divorce, etc. I know the person well and no there should be at least two divorces and two criminal cases along with several phone numbers none of which appeared

Your ad was VERY misleading and the only info I received was minimal. You basically gave me address and phone numbers I already know about myself!

You need to give ppl the full report… even if all they are paying is the 1$… not everyone is rich! But NEEDS to find out certain things about someone, which I know he has a ton more social media pages than twitter! Infact, he don't even have twitter! Not too happy with this service!

Very little information is correct. Most information that I know should have pulled did not. I'm doing research for my company and believe we will pass on this site. I will likely be requesting a refund

I am not sure your search went back that far. The marriage to beth in Florida is truly off and Larry has 4 Facebook accounts Instagram ect. Not too happy thought you were the best. I almost bought the premium report. Whew
I searched myself. The report was completed AFTER I signed up for 6 months. There is a problem here: your service sucks. You did not manage to dig up the most obvious stuff on me (no marriages, no divorces, when I've been married 3 times and divorced twice). Refund my money. I trust you not.
Obviously I drank the Koolaid — your testamonials. If I were an ax murderer (I’m not) you would mostlikely have missed that too.
Attempted a number of searches, all returned only very basic info. Criminal records, licenses, social networks, and many other items should have provided some info, as I know they exist. Also when I paid for your service, nowhere was it said the information disclosed would be in two parts, basic and a extra report costing extra dollars. The info your basic is worthless. I would like a full refund, and at the end of my 30 days no renewal. Please respond by email.

Info not correct, address is off. He's my brother and hasn't lived in pasadena in months, he lives in Huntington Beach now with an illegal immigrants and her son. Also I didn't expect to have to pay more for the information it showed I would receive by paying the "Recommended" subscription method which I assumed would give me all the things you said to have in your advertisement, there was not anything about extra fees for what you are advertising.

Also there is nobody named Craig Bon-Holtzer as you listed under father, his name is Craig Bonholtzer., you might want to look into that. So you are giving out false information.
Nothing of relevance, supposed criminal records might, might appear if you pay another $20 after paying your initial payment in the supposed premium report. Nonetheless they continually flash criminal records available on this person, not true. Don't waste your time, google gave much more interesting information.

Basic report has very little info. While compiling info all kinds of things popped up like multiple arrests, yet it appears that I must spend an additional $19.95 to see what I thought I could see for $27.99. Classic bait & switch.

None of the pics are of me, I don't use a shortened version of my first name, spelling is wrong or non existing. Not worth the almost $30. My father was an identical twin and got his brothers birthday right, dads wrong. Said I lived in places I've never lived. If someone was running a background check and didn't know me, who knows what they would think lol!

Very bad - your report was lacking in a lot of information, still had my mother listed as being alive though she died 9 years ago, and told me absolutely nothing that I did not all ready know. What a waste of time and money - please do the right customer service thing to do and refund me my money.
To find out information about myself that might be out there. I discovered nothing new or old.
Rip off. Can't save report… they hook you in like your getting everything… then they say pay another 20 bucks for the premium report. I paid via PayPal so I'm going to try to get a refund due to deception…

Nothing no available in public records, I know for a fact a great deal is missing. Asking for more $ to get full report, when you advertised everything upfront is called click bait and false advertising. I want my money back
