Avoid, avoid AVOID. Pretends to be a UK business and uses a British Monomarks London address to perpetrate the scam. I wanted a simple pair of coloured frames - they offered a set that fit the bill at a supposed 50% discount, so cost me 'only' £23.

On receipt, it transpired that they were made of cheap polycarbonate that crack (not optical quality at all) even the hinges were plastic. They replaced the first two after I hassled them, and then offered me a store credit for the cost of the frames, but the £18 I spent returning the goods twice - which they promised to refund, was a lie.

EU consumer law does not apply, although their misrepresentation is fraudulent there is little chance I will get the months wasted in corresponding with them or the money spent in total.

There is nothing 'perfect' about their service or glasses, and your best bet is to avoid the glitz and avoid them at all costs - it will be cheaper for you in the long run, believe me.

Terrible company - one of the worst i've come across. One of the lenses of my glasses just split into 3 pieces while sitting on my sofa and for no reason. Reported it to trading standards on grounds of safety who are now investigating.
Ovbiously a serious lens manufacturing issue (what would have happened if it had gone in my eye).

Company (some one supposedly called Nancy but with an accent) just didn't want to know when I complained they just hung up the phone on me!

The glasses are very good and I got them in a reasonable time. It would have been a 5 stars had I not been telephone prior to the glasses being sent out with suggestion about upgrading my order. I would have preferred being contacted only once not by phone n email.

Definately recommended Perfectglasses. They have a good range and choice of glasses and sunglasses. The website ordering process is simple and straightforward. The regular text and email messages arrived regularly and delivery was quick. I have used perfectglasses several times in the past and have never been disappointed. It has been an excellent service and a pleasurable experience.

A very easy to use website, quick to navigate and easy to find what you need. My order arrived within a few days via a courier service. I found the colours of my glasses to be very true to what was seen on screen and the helpful sizing meant they fitted well.

Poor quality lens.

I order prescription glasses with my current prescription that I completed my another glasses (and it no problem), but the problem occurred from their poor quality process and materials.

They claim that they have 100% guaranty on all products. But when problems happen, they just said not their fault and cannot give any refund.

This is the first time I have purchased glasses online. I followed the instructions, selected my glasses and waited for them to arrive.

They arrived very quickly and fitted perfectly.

My new glasses lasted just two wearings, second time a plastic clip departed from arm. Contacted PG's told to return, I did. Email from them saying broken to fair wear and tear but would replace for a further £40. Declined and asked for return of glasses and stated that I was a little disappointed in their response as it was just a plastic clip that had popped out. Return email from them saying that I should get them repaired by my local optician and glasses would be sent within the next 1-2 days. After 2 weeks phoned them as to ask where my glasses were, told will be sent tomorrow. Today, nearly a month later glasses returned... not repaired of course.
Steer well clear of this company, unless of course you have money to throw away.

Nice website, easy to navigate. I was able to find my pair with the right measurements for my small face. I'm very happy with my new pair and with the overall experience. Fast shipping and good customer service.

11. 04. 19 finally received my refund. Chad tried to offer me free glasses instead of a refund! Told him I had gone elsewhere (Specs by Post)). I had to insist - more than once - that I just wanted my refund. PG*******. Cancelled my order 20. 03. 19. Problem with my prescription. Sent several emails to Chad with regard to my refund - no reply. Tried phoning just now - rings a couple of times - then I was cut off. Really upset. I cannot afford to lose £100+. What abysmal customer service. Shame on you.

Was very reticent about ordering glasses/spectacles on line, for the price vs quality and the overall usability.
Well... needn't have worried! They are as stated, good fit, perfect vision, excellent quality of both prescription lenses and choice of frame. Will use again... and again!

The site was easy to use and the range of glasses is fab. I was pleased that they arrived wrapped in foam, as well as a hard glasses case, to keep them extra safe during transit. The prescription was spot on too.

On the 13th November i was promised by Desmond i would receive a refund, it is now 11 days later and still no refund, ignores emails and live chat, i have had to escalate to PayPal dispute to get my money back... Very disappointed

Took payment twice. Then tried to charge me more by email while refusing to send the order. In the end I paid for nothing as they never sent the order. Skum company who lie about been based in the UK and will rob you.

Perfect Glasses offer a fantastic range of glasses from the basic, cheaper pairs to the slightly more expensive, designer pairs. Whether you go designer or basic, the glasses are all fantastic value for money - and much cheaper than you'd pay in stores! The website was easy to navigate, too - from browsing the glasses to ordering. Even choosing the lenses you wanted in the glasses was easy. The glasses arrived quickly, and were packaged well in a solid glasses case, with a cleaning cloth. I love their online mirror; where you can upload your photo and try on the glasses to see if they suit your face. It can be hard picking glasses online, but this option really helps you decide. Overall, a fantastic service and I'll be ordering my glasses from here in the future!

I needed 2 pair of new glasses and chose Perfect Glasses where there was a great selection of frames. Chose 2 different frames with different lenses and waited... but not for long. 2 complete sets arrived before the due date and l am very happy with the quality and of course the price. Will certainly use them for my next purchase.

I like the experience and convenience of shopping with perfectglasses. The frame arrived looking exactly as pictured on the website. The prescription was sharper than I expected... but the best part of all was the price. I paid so little but received so much value for my money. Great product at a great price, I did receive emails telling me what was happening with my order. The only problem I had was the frames don't sit on my nose perfectly - a little high but that is my problem and will adjust the nose grips accordingly. Other than that very happy.

Love my sunglasses. They turned up well packaged and the delivery was very speedy, with text updates and the option to track your parcel.
Loads of choice for both glasses and sunglasses and reasonably priced.

This company claimed ultimately that my order was lost in dispatch after weeks of trying to get sense out of them. A nightmare scenario. My advice is to avoid them completely.
They eventually refunded my money, though I had to mention my willingness to take legal action to get my money back.

I had planned to order my glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses, you had a deal on buy one and get one free, so I bought glasses for my husband as well. They are wonderful and everyone loves them! We are very happy and the pricing is phenomenal! I tell everyone I talk to about your site. You prove that the big name companies are taking advantage of us. I will never get glasses anywhere else.

Pleased with my purchase. Had to wait a few weeks for them to arrive but this didn't effect me much - wouldn't purchase if you need within the week. Frames and lenses are of decent quality but they clearly reflect the price (they're not as sturdy as the frames I typically bought for double the price.) I bought a pair of glasses for £34 and I still use them 9 months later. Very good alternative to the expensive frames at Boots and Specsavers.
