I've been using perpay for over 2 years. I've ordered a sofa, washer and many household items. I even ordered an iPhone, with no hassle. No hidden fees and everything is presented before moving forward on the purchase. I gave 4 stars because their shipping can be extremely expensive on larger items. They do give you more credit with the more you buy. It's a great alternative to credit cards.
I purchased a computer through them in December 2020, I received it and was happy, 4 days later it stopped working, then the only means of contact them for any support is through email, there is no means of speaking with a live person even through there "chat" services, which is a joke! I get the return label, I return the computer, I receive the replacement a few weeks later. Again, excited to get my new computer set up and ready to go. 4 days later yup you guessed it stopped working! Contacted them through their crappy means of communication and 2 weeks later I finally receive a return label, but they are refusing to refund my purchase, they will only give me credit back onto their site, and I now refuse to do business with them ever again!

While i understand that the service would be expected to have somewhat higher cost for having installments on items, the prices of items on most items are at least double what you would get anywhere else by paying directly to the merchants. If you're ok with this, go ahead and use it, they do deliver and fundamentally the service does what it says. Be aware there is no live customer service, and it takes at least a day via their messaging system to get back with you. The messaging system that seems to be made to look like a chat system is not. Takes the same 24 hours to get an initial response and sometimes just as long to get subsequent responses related to your questions. Customer service is very sup par for today's world. I have used perpay in the past for a few years and realized how much time and money i'm wasting by going through them.

check retail prices for items you're looking at on their site and weigh the value of the service. most product prices are inflated disproportionately.

So I applied for Prepay and was approved with a spending limit. I then went through the checkout process with an item I chose and all the was left to do was add my direct deposit information and they said they would ship my item. Before I added the DD info, I changed my mind about the item because I wanted a different one instead, so I cancelled the order. Doing so put my spending limit back to the original amount, as I expected it to. Then, I went to checkout with the item I actually DID want to purchase and they denied me? The price was the same amount as the first purchase too. This company makes no sense when it comes to their decision making process. What a joke!.

This is my first time using PerPay, but so far I'm very satisfied. I was able to make a large purchase and they broke it into 8 affordable payments that are routed into my payment account from my paycheck. It's a great idea for people who have bad credit or no credit or even if you don't want to pay outrageous interest on your credit card. You have to follow the directions carefully to set up the payment process, but if your company uses a payroll service like ADP, it's super easy. Just don't forget to stop the payments after you've paid the balance. They shipped my order after the first payment. That's why they need our SSN. What if someone doesn't finish paying for their purchase? Then they have a right to report it to the credit bureau.
They took 91 dollars out my check but never sent out the things I order then changed the price to 46 weekly I talked to someone but they ignored me they need a phone number to contact people cause this form of communication is not proper!i want a refund!

I ordered a samsung tv and two additional cameras for my blink. Perpay sent the incorrect address to bestbuy who shipped my package to a denver colorado address. I contacted perpay and they are not responding. Last time i spoke to someone they told me i need to get a policy report. I went to the prescint and they told me i can not file a police report b/c the company is in the wrong and should fulfill the order. I am yet to hear from perpay. When you call them they dont answer and the customer support at *******@perpay.com is the worst.

This is the worst site ever! It say the shipped and delivered my perfume set but I still never received and customer sucks, I did get to open up a claim with ups and the Apple Watch I ordered came but it don't work, I've even went to purchase a new charger thinking it was that and it still doesn't work! A waste of money!

I have bought a bunch of things from them and always got great service. I have been able to get items when I didn't have enough money to get them from the store. Prices are what to expect when not buying direct and on time.
