The main issue I found with Perpay is everything is twice the cost of the item's value. I understand a markup is required to maintain their overhead, but a 100% markup is considered bad practice and downright taking advantage of your customers. I have learned a valuable lesson to be patient and make an account and have money deposited like you would be Perpay. You won't get the item immediately, but you won't be the sucker that bought something over price. Avoid the credit card; by all means, they charge you 28 percent and maybe more on the balance owed at the end of the month, per their website. After reading majority of the reviews on here I could tell you that it is user error and not Perpay for some of these issues. Use Afterpay, and you only pay what the items are worth in multiple payments

Customer service sucks! They apparently don't have a phone. They never answer and if you leave a message they never call. They will not talk to you by the telephone. I do not know where these people are and they will not communicate. They have my account so screwed up I can't even place an order. And they leave it that way. These people apparently don't care about customer service!
I was approved for 825.00 and I ordered 400 and was ordering the rest for and they came out n said I had to make more payments before they could give me credit then why do they approve on a limit when they don't go buy they want to come and buy but ho by what they send to people...

Been using Perpay for about a year now and haven't had problems up until this point. Somebody hacked into my account and placed orders under my active shipping amount making the orders ship instantly without having to change direct deposit info. When questioned about it I get sent to a succes team where I'm still waiting for a response and the orders the scammer placed have already shipped

The 1st item I received from perpay it wasn't a smooth transaction but I've made 3 purchases after that and have not had a problem since. My only issue is the non existing customer service department. Every communication is through email and that to me is not a good thing.

Im annoyed I've used this company a lot the last 2 years. So I was excited when they had the Playstion 5. That I can't seem to get anywhere. So I ordered it back in October and they told me it would be 6-8 weeks before its ship to me. Which I'm kinda ok with. Im getting a Playstion 5 digital. The thing I don't get is. That I got a email telling me. That since I'm waiting so long. Im getting a upgrade to the Playstion 5 disc version. I really don't like the disc version. Im thankful for the upgrade but it's not what I ordered. When I emailed them and told them I rather have the digital. I was told that they're sold out of the digital and that's why I upgraded. So telling me it's for my patience was a lie. Also why approve and let me make two payments to turn around and say they're sold out of what I ordered. At this point I think it's a scam and they will tell me soon they don't have the disc version. I'm not please and this needs to be taken care of!

Can't get any info on my tv shipping! I've made 4 payments and was sent an order tracking number on the 11th of aug today is the 26th and it still hasn't shipped and they don't know or won't tell me anything. I have sent multiple emails and they tell me nothing but they are waiting to hear back from their distribution partner! Signed up. Placed order. I believed that they would only deduct from my paycheck once. Turns out the onlly payment method they accept is garnishing your wages. I cancelled the order 5 minutes after placing the order. Only they didn't cancel and just changed the order number. I received a package from Best Buy. What a night mare. Customer service does not exist. No response from customer service. No phone number to call.

Yes, they are nice to give me a line of credit. But never did I know that the stuff they selling are either refurbished or counterfeit. I had 2 purchases.1st one was a robot vacuum, I didn't say anything but got it replaced through warranty. 2nd time was 2 bottles of perfume which I later found was fake. How did I found out, it was very obvious, packaging seems sketchy and UPC code wasn't recognize. And yet, I was being charged for double the price of the items. Help support refused to send return label and I was told there's nothing they can do. They report to credit bureau saying I was late. There is no resolution to this issue so far. I will never purchase from Perpay again.

There was an issue with one of my payments with my payroll, because you have to use payroll not a bank account, and because i missed ONE payment, they revoked my WHOLE payment history stating "It was over 30 days past due" When it hadnt even been 14. So they reported it to the credit company early even though i paid them the same day. Customer service is always a week late or never at all as well. Dont trust this company

It's so crazy to me that you make your payments but you have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for your stuff. I ordered a ps5 and now I have to wait 2 mounts to get it. So they are going to have 8 payments from me before I would even get a chance to enjoy the product. I definitely would not recommend this site to anyone. Business is when you make money same time providing your customers a good product.
Perpay business is based on ripping off people who is already in a situation with money or debts. Example of the deal of the week on perpay, 1 box of Bandages with 40 assorted pcs in the box. Price is $2.20 plus shipping. Looks good? NOT really $2.20 will needs to be paid x20 times because the final product price is $37.99 plus $5.99 shipping fee. They dont care about amazon who sells same product but with 80 assorted pcs for $3.17 one time payment. Feels like the owner paid a lot of money for his/her education because you can't come up with such brilliant business plan otherwise.

Over priced. And won't return anything. Told me because I broke the seal to a hairdryer I couldn't get a refund. And if they do they will only give you credit. The hairdryer is $25 at Walmart they charged me $71.

Everything is at least 75% higher than average & after I paid them off they won't stop taking my direct deposit & have not returned my money. They come up with excuses about why WHEN or IF they respond & customer service is bad. AVOID!

I return the play station I got through perpay and this company has refused to refund me or credit my account I have reached out to them several times through Visa chat and text message and this company has refused to reply back to me. They did one time with a reply saying that they will get back with me in 3 to 5:00 business days and it's been over 7 days now and this company has refuses to comply. At this point legal action will be taken.

I was approved for 600 dollars a few months ago.I never took the the credit that was given.Recently I applied agin for credit and was approved for 1000 dollars and they wouldn't accept that offer they still insist I take the the 600 dollars. I told them that's not right I should be able to take the new offer of credit.so the customer service was exceptionally rude and not empathetic at all. I've been waiting on my package for weeks, PerPay provided the wrong Tracking number and I still haven't received my package. The customer support is terrible and I'm paying for something that they don't even have the tracking to. What is going on. The tracking that was provided to me was for someone else, I went to UPS who stated that the package weighed about 0.30 ounces and wasn't a TV the also stated that the shipment had a completely different name and address and was shipped from Amazon.com. I need answers as to why I can't get support from y'all in finding out where the TV is and when it will be shipped. I would appreciate if y'all can express ship it as it's been way too long.
