I ordered a a pair of AirPods. I cancelled a oculus, they were still charging me 88.27 for the AirPods even though the payments were only 33.47. They actually owe me at this point. Can't reach anyone to cancel my account and take my information out their system. I have paid these AirPods off, at this point I don't even want the credit you owe me just cancel my account and delete and burn my information from your system.

The customer service never there, they never email you back, they never answer the phone. I'm just disgusted at how bad this has been.

I asked my store manager, HR, supervisors to try and submit my payroll deduction (work for a large corporation) they basically just told me no, they cannot do it. So, I asked PerPay to see if they'd work with me since my work wouldn't do it. Basically I was just told "NO, but thanks!" Yeah, what if you have trouble or forgetting to take off the payroll deduction? I'm sure they plan on it I've seen complaints about it. I wouldn't use this service. They don't give a $#*! about customer service

I am currently waiting for my first payment to go thru to receive my items a xbox s and some beats for Xmas for my husband and I already see from what I have read review wise I may need to not go this route I'm so nervous now almost every review is awful and this Xmas was to be special for my family because past couple been awful... This is awful news

Great concept and idea, and even great rollout of the website, how it works, etc. but OUTRAGEOUS markups on many high price items, regularly 25% to 50% markups from the exact same items from manufacturers websites. Implement a price match guarantee, or I will not use or recommend this company at all, for the greed.

I places an order and canceled it and it credited my account so I put in a new order and it took my credit as payment but now it's saying waiting on payment. They already took a payment from my pay for the order I cancel I applied it to my new order but now it's still waiting for another payment this crazy. I have been using Prepay for over 1 year now and they are the best. Sam is awesome and what I like the most is that they are so personal with everything. Communication is awesome. For those whom complain about being overpriced its a business they are here to make money and make customers happy by being able to supply us with monthly payments on items that WE want but can not afford right away... I LOVE PERPAY...

This feels like a very big scam to me, they told me I was approved for their credit card, had me set up a direct deposit for $200 then charged me a $9 fee to open the card without 1st disclosing the fee. I was under the impression that once I got the credit card I could use it to purchase things! Wrong! When I went to buy an item it says set up direct deposit for $130 then we release the item for shipping. SO WHAT HAPPENED TO MY $200?! You can never get anyone to answer any questions and nothing is clear or transparent! They are a scam! I will cancel my account and they need REFUND ME!

I took the papers to my employer to have it deducted from my pay and my paystub and my HR says they've received 2 payments now and they're telling me they received no money and they have. I've showed my paystub and still they said they haven't received payment. Something seriously wrong with their accounting department. So they've received 2 payments and I've received nothing.

I was about to order from Prepay, but something told me to check their reviews, all these bad reviews everyone is not lying! I personally want to thank everyone for going through hell with this company so i dont have to, and taking the time to tell us about the hell and criminal acts this company has put each of you through. I pray you guys get things right, but its ashame companies like this take advantage of good people! If you guys get together there is enough of you to start a class action LAWSUIT, which will bankrupt this company and hold them accountable for there criminal actions, now is the time because the way the economy is, the court system at this time is not playing NO games with criminal companies like this one... Stand up and come together and take control with a lawsuit, you guys WILL WIN!

I don't think I will ever deal with these people again right after I placed my order I went to chat and asked for it to be cancelled because I wanted to check out the company which I should have done from the beginning it's 5 days later and I still have not gotten a response I guess they will take the first payment then respond so that way it would be too late to cancel seems hmmm …. Fishy to me and it's been saying being prepared for shipment expected to ship in 3-5 day, been saying that for the last 3 days but yet nobody can respond to my chat on top of all that now I see where it says my apple series 7 watch bundle will be shipped in different orders ITS A BUNDLE FOR CHRIST SAKES I hope I don't get ripped off

Great in every way, easy to work with, great products, great people to do business with - my only negative that keeps me from five stars is the delays in approval, which I was not expecting when I ordered items to give as gifts which means there's a window of urgency that I needed on my very order so far but unfortunately these delays are not ideal. Nonetheless, they will not hamper my desire to get this current order finalized or any future orders I surely will be placing. I might suggest not telling us anything about having an approved credit limit until the order is submitted, or maybe make the potential for delays for approval and shipping more visible prior to the moment you e get ready to submit an order. It would not change my desire to place orders through you guys either way, but it's my thoughts on the matter and it's my reasoning for the 4 star review. But anyway, I am still satisfied to say the least. Thank you for the hard work and time spent making it all happen. Great job and keep up the good work and thank you for hearing what I have to comment about.

Very user friendly just know ahead of time that the checkout is not a click and it’s on the way next day… maybe for some people it may be that way, but I have experienced the same on all my orders …. Click submit order (not over my credit limit, btw) and then the order pending review is the next step (1-2 days), then the ship date will be whenever the first payment clears their system… THEN the item ships to your location at the normal rate of time as any other company I’ve ordered from. thanks

I started my Christmas shopping early by applying with prepay in order to get Christmas for my family it's been 2 weeks now payroll has deducted the money from my account but my order is still pending you can't get a hold of a live agent you have to go to a cheesy $#*! website to talk to a bot and this is the most horrible thing that I have experienced with shooping

I had ordered a fitbit 5. The next day without my knowledge my husband had bought me 1. I contacted the company requesting to cancel my order. I was told it was to far into processing & couldn't be canceled. No payments had be taken from my paychecks yet. Fast forward 2 1/2 more weeks. The have taken 2 payments so far & nothing sent yet. I once again got ahold of the company & was told my order in fact had been canceled. Why are payments being taken from my paychecks if it has been canceled? Scam as far as I can see. Wish I would have known before hand what I was getting into.

The 1st order I placed with Per Pay I didn't have any issues. The 2nd order placed customer service is non responsive! I have paid almost $200 on my $400 order and have yet to receive any type of shipping information other than the generic check back in 3-5 business days and that has not changed in 3 weeks. Stay AWAY from PER PAY!

I have been a customer for years the prices have gotten outrageous! The Gucci bracelet I bought was too small I can't return it and the perfume I ordered came from Fragrancenet. Com so I screwed my self I paid double for it through Perpay when I could have save money by ordering it directly from Fragrencenet. Com

So I placed an order on 9/28/2023 and on 10/2/2023 I told my check stub was not valid that I needed to resubmit it. So i resubmit it the exact same way and it was accepted. Then i get an email on 10/3/2023 that my address is a shared address with someone who has an outstanding balance. The problem with this my address has an Apt A after the street number, so 16A. The address they said that matches it is 16 and the street name. None of this is correct. If the processing and review take 1-2 business days, why was not all of this figured out on day 1 of the review? It is almost a week later and still no response from the robot help center. I was supposed to respond by clarifying my address, which I did yesterday, and it's been 12hrs, and still no response. I like the buy here and pay here but Perpay is not going to be a recommended company for me because poor customer service drops the credibility of the company.

I'm missing 2 monitors which are $200 a piece and a keyboard/mouse combo which was $50. I've tried reaching out multiple times with no response. I've called, chatted, and emailed. Nothing. If someone does not respond in 24 hours I'm getting my lawyer involved. I'm missing $450 of equipment. You are taking money out of my paycheck for items I never received. This is called stealing. Your chat is active and your customer service rep Jarrod still has not responded. Once again IF I HEAR NOTHING BY AUGUST 25TH 2022 I WILL BE REMOVING THE DIRECT DEPOSIT AND CALLING MY LAWYER. I WILL BE SUING YOUR COMPANY.

I ordered an item and they made a label with FedEx, it has been 4 days since the label was created and they have still not given the item to FedEx. The support team says it's a delay on FedExs part and that they will have to wait 2 weeks before they can assist me. The item I ordered said it would ship in 1-3 days, and when I contacted FedEx they confirmed the company hasn't given them the package to start the delivery and that they have seen this happen with Perpay multiple times.

Customer Service SUCKS!, I wrote in for support almost FOUR times before receiving a response. My order has STILL YET be shipped after receiving my first payment almost THREE WEEKS AGO! WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN from them! They definitely need to fix their process before their company flops!

Ordered for Christmas in 11/29. Item said it would ship within 5 days after first payment ( which they got 2 of since a payment came out my bonus also) then got an email saying it's preparing to ship however underneath it says shipping time is 3 to 5 weeks. Totally passed me off but I was hoping it was an error. NOW I just checked again and it has changed to 6 to 8 weeks! I HAVE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL IT SAYS 3 to 5 days. This is unacceptable. Be more honest. Had I known this I wouldn't have ordered it.

It looks like the replacement order was marked as delivered by UPS, but you informed us that you did not receive the order.

This company will not allow you to close your account. In the process of reporting them for fraud as they have my social. Listen to the reviews! And report as fraud

These mfs changed my bank account information for my VA DISABILITY DIRECT DEPOSIT. I went to check and they changed it to their account and routing number, I called chase and the account doesn't even exist. Now there is an investigation because not only is this a fraud but they just messed up taking from the government.
