Got an email saying I qualified for 1k loan so I went on there and saw what they had and the prices are 3x/6x higher than what they are anywhere else. It is NOT worth it. Theres barely any products for sale and what is there, is waaaaay more than the actual cost. If the prices on the items were 20$ more than the actual price, I would consider using it...however, the prices on electronics are at least 200$ more that buying them from the store flat out. I would NEVER make 4 payments of 19$ for a basic plastic 10$ baby doll yall KNOW yall need to stop

I have never had any issues with PerPay which I have been using for almost a year. I've made large orders and paid them off my limit is higher as well!
I have been a customer of perpay for 2-3yrs, i had no issue until recently when they dropped my limit from 2800 to 800 because they said my paychecks decreased, i told them that was due to covid, mind you i was only late once since covid and hrs got cut. They did not take that into consideraton, very dissapointed
Going on 3 years as a customer. They are prompt and take care of any issues in a timely manner I have had 13 purchases with them and only 1 issue and they took good care of me. Highly recommend.
Update* still have yet to speak with me, & still haven't taken the money. This is hurting you guys more than me, trust me. I have my proof to show I pay my stuff, & that no one responds

So I had no choice to delete there account from my paycom n I told my boss to collect those money back n I also reported to bbb n they going to help me... don't let perpay take u for your money... perpay take your money n u won't see nothing

I made an order and all was well. I decided to do a second order a few days later and they kept reaching out for additional information like paystubs - which made no sense, but okay. I sent it in in a timely manner and they continued asking for it. By this point, I no longer wanted the second item as I missed the payroll cut off and it would not be here in time.
I've repeatedly asked them to cancel the order yet that amount has not been returned to my available balance. I then went in and cancelled the order myself and still, nothing. They STILL continue asking for paystubs - despite not wanting the order and cancelling it.
When I reach out with very direct questions, they do EVERYTHING except answer the question but consistently remind me that I need to update my payroll allotment - update it for what? I cancelled the second item.
They're delusional if they think I am paying for an item I canceled, they didn't ship, and I didn't receive.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired and their responses are so canned and automatic it's suspect.

Read reviews. Scared the hell out of me. I read the robot replies and seems like there is no accountability for accepting or resolving the many complaints. Clearly these customers trusted this company with their income and account information and the results were failure on the part of the company taking their money under false pretenses and poor,dishonest business dealings. Hope those people took legal action against them and filed complaints with the Federal Trades Commission. AKA, FTC. I will not trust them or do any business with them after reading all these complaints.

Was approved for $950 credit limit I put a order in for $930 and when I got ready to check they wouldn't let me submit my order so they didn't think I could work with per pay I was ready to submit a payment and everything my first two payments actually so

Yeah this company marks up their products, I'm confused as to what any were to expect from a company who doesn't do credit checks. Usually giving most customers some credit value to shop with as long as you pay your first payment, then the item will ship. My item took a few weeks which I expected because, unlike 90% of these other reviewers, I read the details dealing with their shipping process and length. It literally says under every item I've just looked at, their shipping procedure and possible waiting time for arrival. It's kinda hilarious how most of these others reviews were just horrified and so inconvenienced by how long some products took to arrive, although most I read here literally said they waited a certain amount of time and we're completely unsatisfied. Even when the times they waited, no lie, we're almost exactly the amount of time the company says to possibly expect. Especially for certain products (PS5). Besides the marked up price for basically all credit acceptance, the shipping length of certain items depending on size and time you pay your first payment, this company isn't all that bad. At least, from what I've seen, everyone here can say they eventually got their orders and didn't get scammed. If you don't like the little inconvenience, if you can even call them that, then go and use a credit card somewhere else or pay straight up cash. No one's forcing anyone to proceed with orders, lol. Crazy dude

The new Switch was priced at $52 payments, 12 payments in all. Took 13-14 days to arrive after 1st payment. Shipping is lengthy but product came, what looks like 100% unused brand new. Plus 1 year protection plan I chose for $5 extra each payment. Small price to pay for basically a warranty on a unused Nintendo Switch.

I order this item on 8/10/23 I hook it up in my living room let it blew about 2 hours and it didn't do like I thought it would my living room was still hot so I wasn't please at all after the money I spent for this I could have bought a window unit for this price very disappointed

I have ordered three times from this company and no problems now the item I ordered recently got held up in the postal service center. They keep saying oh we are sending a replacement then that one gets held and they said again they sent a replacement and no item shows up. LIP SERVICE only then when I said I want a refund they said it is too late for refund what is up with that...… NO BUENO
I'm so happy I joined prepay. I love direct deposit option. I was able to pay off my tv. Now I have an option to get a credit card which another way to continue building my credit score!

HORRIBLE. BUGGED ME AND BUGGED ME THEN DENIED ME. Sent me hundreds of emails trying to get me to use them, I go ahead and decide to then they say "Can not approve this purchase at this time" No credit check no hassles ids their policy. Well if they denied me they check something. What a SCAM!

This has to be the worst company I have EVER had to deal with. First off, the prices are DOUBLE what you'd pay for the product at a normal place, but I was willing to use them so I could get a PS5 without paying everything up front. That's on me. Then, you pay for this product for 6-8 weeks and HOPE it'll show up in that time period…. Mine has NOT. I have found NO contact phone number…only an email and it takes at least 1 day for them to respond. They had my product sitting at the "Label Created" part of shipping for 2 weeks then cancelled it and told me that their distributor made a mistake by creating a label for my product before they had it. This entire process has been so frustrating that I asked for a refund…. THEY REFUSED! I've been told for the last 2 weeks that my product is "in the last stage of processing " so they cannot issue a refund. So, now I'm stuck waiting for something that may or may not show up…I ordered this on 12/29/21 and it's now 2/21/22…still waiting and has been in the final stages of processing since 2/4/22. I'm a little frustrated to say the least. I guess that's what I get though. They will NEVER get my business again. Let this be a warning to all that are thinking of using this service/company. You literally have no idea when you will receive your product, but you have to start paying for it on day 1 before they even think of shipping it.

Our Distribution Partner accidentally created the shipping label before the console had shipped, and had to void those labels. For this reason, the tracking was showing that the shipment was canceled. I see that our Support team credited the cost of shipping for the inconvenience.
It looks like your order was released for shipment on 1/6/2022, and delivered on 2/24/2022. Due to high nationwide demand, the shipping timeframe for this item is extended. We set the 6-8 week shipping expectation ahead of making the purchase, and met that expectation.

I order a ps5 got charge for it than I get a email weeks later saying out of stock to pick something else I give them a new id number to the other items and I can't get ahold of any customer service, is brutal how no one response to you especially after they require there money through bank, I than email serval times I mean several and no response yet and its been like two weeks, I want my new times and would like them to ship and I can't get a hold of anyone.

I am now going on 4 payments for a damn PS5 and I ordered this the FIRST DAY they had this on their site and almost 3 months later STILL NO CONSOLE but they're happy to take your money... Then I'm being told that I'm number 118 in the queue currently. This is BS and this company also charges you DOUBLE what the product actually costs and they need to be shutdown... Price gouging annnnd money stealing f*"*ing love it! About to make that 2 hour drive to their headquarters and its going to be open warfare there shortly... I'm tired of being $#*!ed around by these $#*! hats...

I've been attempting to receive my money back for maybe a week now and I'm having extreme difficulty receiving my money back. I find it funny how there is no problem accessing your bank account via direct deposit but when it's time for you to get your money back they send you through all types of loops. One example is I was told that my account had to be verify with this low amount such as a 0.25 but when I check my account it's not there for me to verify it. I've been requesting via email for over a week to refund my money or what they called withdraw my money and I still haven't received my money. I initially open this account in 2018 going crazy to figure out which account that was accessed. Then I suddenly remembered they had me to place my front in their Chase account. It wasn't too recently when they sent me a email from perpay stating that they had a special upon accessing this email I went and checked my account with them. When I access my account I noticed they had withdrawn $617 from my account although I had canceled the order they kept taking money out of my bank account. This company doesn't have a contact number you only can communicate with this company via email and text messages which makes it that much harder to retrieve your money back. My review is a one star and that is too much for scammers.

I made this purchase of a 65" Samsung TV in January and received it January 21st. Got it opened but it had a crack on the screen asked them to send it back for an exchange, which took forever for a response. They asked for pictures and never responded until I rated the conversation as terrible then I received an email stating UPS will pick it up. Now they send the return a month later on February 10th after my initial order and it has screen damage again! Now this tv was priced at $950, so i have been paying $93.39 without a working tv for 3 months! That's ridiculous. I asked them for another exchange they send me the info about UPS picking it up, but UPS hasn't attempted to pick up. So I call UPS to schedule the pickup and they are refusing to pick up this broken TV until they speak to the shipper It's already hard enough to talk to someone as is, I just want my money refunded and that's all, no more attempts to try and get this tv, they better figure out a way to come get cause I'm done with Perpay, great concept terrible service. They need a customer service # cause obviously these issues are frequent for them. And if anyone from Perpay wants to respond to this post y'all need to call UPS and speak to their damaged claims department! Y'all making them look bad like they did the damage. And I'm removing my payroll deductions and I'm emailing y'all today about my refund.
