First purchase/transaction was seem less, item arrived promptly no issue. Second Transaction not so much. Ordered item with company issued discount (25%) towards the end of April. First payment deducted May 8th... same day the process payment the send me email stating the have been impacted by COVID19 and can't ship my item out (however I check with manufacturer of product from their retail site and their shipping their items out everyday). So I wait patiently and contact them a week later regarding status of order/delivery? The still claiming delays due to COVID19. First of all shipping even if delayed never stopped. We are now almost a month since my first payment was processed and not one word. When I look at my account it says I have my first payment available to spend? What is going on my order to my knowledge was not cancelled. I see that they are still retailing the item and it's in stock. Really not sure what to think... is it because I took advantage of the discount they offered? Why has my item not shipped almost 1 month after you processed my payment with no update? I have ordered from many other companies and retailers even overseas and received my items with no real delay, so I am not sure where these things are being shipped from that no packages can be shipped or delivered. This is not good business AT All! I am beyond disappointed at the lack of communication. I don't want a credit to spend I want my item that I ordered, that you still sell and I and started paying for. Not satisfied at all! I had such high hopes this was a reputable business with good practices, very doubtful at this point.
It's hell to get your money back on overpayments. Save your time don't bother with messing with this credit card.

Perpay reviewed my request and then sent me an email with the return label. I taped the label to the top and took it to a UPS store. It was very easy to do and did not cost me anything to send it back.
I do not have the best credit so am hoping Perpay can increase my credit score so I can purchase a good used car.

I would give negative stars if possible but of course it's. It's been six days that I've heard from the customer service department. Mind you, it's a chat. So not very helpful because I simply cannot get my point across. I placed an order for a Hand bag on 05/31/2023. It's now 06/26/2023 - getting close to a whole month now and I have yet to receive my hand bag. To which, the website says it all over that your item will ship 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS after the first payment is made. This Friday, on 06/30/2023, will be the FOURTH payment they will receive via direct deposit. My account is current. I am making my payments and they have yet to send out my item. This company is a scam. I have referred someone and they received their hand bag DAYS before they had to make their first payment. I also have two friends who use this app & they received their merchandise DAYS! Before they made their first payment. I have proof of it all. The last message I received, 6 days ago, was that they have escalated my case to another member of their commerce success team to better assist me. I haven't heard from anyone yet and I've been losing my mind since. I would understand if I didn't make the payments towards the merchandise and they don't send me the items but I've made every single payment on time and I cannot get a single word from anyone. I am not sure how to go about this anymore. I may have to seek legal action and sue. No one wants to talk to me. I've tried starting a different chat and it keeps telling me the message will not send & my friends who use the app are able to send messages to the chat. I believe they have blocked me and took advantage of me. Please, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE OUT HERE SCAMMING PEOPLE. I cannot add images of my proof because the sizing doesn't meet the requirements but I have them all saved for when I seek Legal help.

To qualify, at this point I've used perpay for a few years and it can be pretty effective when used strategically. In total I've definitely spent thousands across computer stuff, game systems, furniture, and smaller stuff.
I'm not going to lie, it's a little too simple and comes off sketchy, even years later, but is consistent for the way it works.
I'll admit I'm the kind of person that micromanages stuff like this so in general I haven't had any serious issues or even the need for any returns, but I have had to consult customer service before and can admit in general it was a less than adequate compared to what you'd normally expect for the way they come off.
Otherwise, though, if you shop smart and make a point to figure out the "real world" prices of the goods you're looking at and generally research what you spend money on, you can easily start to find pocket deals that only have you paying a small premium for the service vs some goods that will quite obviously gouge you for 2x the normal selling price.
My biggest gripe and concern, as of late, is a FAQ entry that inquired about reporting positive payments to credit that originally was answered that it was being investigated but has since been edited to promoting the credit free aspects of the program, which I think dodges the question.
There are no real world model#s or super detailed pictures/specs of stuff so it really takes a lot of consumer effort unlike others that might give you more shopping tools and considerations.
It's far from a 5 star service but otherwise works as described, but is best if you have easy direct deposit payroll management, know how it works on schedule, and can otherwise research and micromanage each payment plan you set up to avoid junk and being gouged.
I ordered a PlayStation 5 for my son for his birthday and when it came there was no ps5 only a small box with a hdmi cord Perpay can not be trusted

I'll start off by saying why I gave it 2 stars. For those who can't afford to get credit, and have an option of paying by month, this is okay, just like Fingerhut.
But the general score I gave reflects the fact that everything is $10 to $20 more expensive here. Plus they charge way too much for shipping and handling.
Their return policy is outrageous!
Example, are used toy product: "Lego Star Wars X-Wing". This product is sold at Walmart, and online at Walmart, for $68. Also on its Lego website for $62. On the Lego website the shipping is free for standard, on the Walmart website $35 and above will get you free shipping!
Per Pay does not even have a dollar amount that they would work with you, for 'free shipping', if it costs a certain amount.
In most cases when someone returns something, it means it doesn't work, or it doesn't work the way it should work properly. To return items, these items or products must be kept unopened, AND UNUSED!
For example: 1) if you buy a pair of shoes and they're your size but they're too tight... you can't return it.
2) if you bought a pot and skillet set, and you start to cook with it, or you noticed that the screws on the handles are a little loose, or it just doesn't cook the right way for you, you can't return it because you opened it, and you used it! The product must remain unused.
We are also responsible for the original shipping cost which could range from $20 $30

Overall as I mentioned when I started this review this website it's okay for those who are working on their credit or if they're used to Fingerhut type websites.
They do announce that they do not have a Percentage or APR in the sense of Interest, but the reality is, the long run of the price that they sell their stuff along with the shipping and handling, and not to mention in case you don't want the item, it would cost you more to return it, does not make it okay, give me Interest any day.
This is just another scenario of a company charging too much, and much more after, because somebody cannot afford to buy it all at once, but that's where they should have just stopped, instead of charging for everything else, thank you.
