Absolutely the easiest online purchase return I've ever experienced. I was worried because I was in the hospital with heart issues and was outside of the window in the return policy, I didn't even have to tell them I was in the hospital. I wish al companies were this easy to deal with.

Last test for about 4 months I was doing chemo and out of work so I couldn't pay on my account. Soon as I went back to work I paid it off, was granted a credit card but they won't allow me to use my $1500 credit limit. I have been a long time customer and had hard times.
They just kept telling me they are not giving me my credit I worked hard to build

I received a damaged microwave. I has a great experience with their customer service, even though the process was lengthy, they got the damaged microwave back and sent me a new microwave that was not broken. It took a little longer than normal but they got the job done

Using the Per Pay card has changed my shopping experience. Allows me to purchase things from anywhere and also gives me the option of making several payment instead. As long as it is used sparingly it also helps build credit by adding an additional payment history..

They have no contact number to call and for every person that replies back to you through email they repeat the same thing and it's a process to get your money back. Would not recommend plus it did nothing for my credit.

My card constantly gets declined. I have been told what not to use card on. Purchasing a movie off of Amazon was not on that list and now my card is possibly blocked... I respond and try to get info from message received and shows nothing. I can't get a response from the support team and I have called numerous times only to be hung up on...multiple times.

My experience with perpay has been great i get purchase items on a payment plan that works for me and my budget the money comes directly out of your paycheck so you don't even realize it until you have paid for the item. Perpay also gives you credit limit increases

Right off the bat I was given $600 credit limit to shop. Then after I made my first purchase I was offered a $500 credit card I could use anywhere. Pretty amazing. Prices are rather high but payments are pretty cheap.
Customer service response is quick and very helpful. Explained step by step how the process would work.

I opened a secured card with perpay and set up my direct deposit and had money taken out twice. Which is fine except I never received my card. First card was set to arrive by 4/14. Never came. I submitted a ticket and put in for another card and still nothing. I'm writing this on 5/8 with no idea if I'm ever going to get a card. Now all I have I a statement showing how much money I paid into this card I do not have access to and that isn't reporting the balance. Wish I never joined.

I have only been a customer since November of 2023, but, so far the experience has been good. Only one minor hiccup when a product was no longer in stock but y'all were able to get a comparable replacement. I also appreciate the Perpay credit card to rebuild my credit. I like the fact that the payments come directly to you from my paycheck so I don't have to worry about missing payments.
Tried to order a specific sewing machine for my wife and after I made a couple payments and it hadn’t shipped yet, we found out it was no longer available, we were able to get a comparable replacement with customer service assistance.

They keep giving me notices I owe when I do not. I paid them off and they closed my card a while back. Now they keep sending me notices I owe more. I don't even have the card anymore. No one responds back. The bed frame I bought already split. The dresser broke some. All with regular use. Nothing extra. I tried to get items they said they have. Sent me the wrong thing. I'd just be careful with them.
No one messages back now that I don't buy anything else from them.

Something wasn’t delivered and it was replaced per their accommodation for the item. It was refunded and replaced per my order.

I set up direct deposit for the 10 payments of exactly what was asked and yet they take the money every payday after 10 payments I am somehow still in dept $200. How? When my check stubs show that the exact amount is being deposited not a penny less. And now they are reporting me to the credit bureau that I am not making payments? Thieves a bunch of lying thieves

Only you are authorized to make adjustments to your direct deposit information in your payroll. We are not directly affiliated with your employer. Instead, your payroll sends your direct deposit payment on your pay day to your unique Perpay payment account.
