I really do love this! I'm able to get my son his birthday and Christmas gifts and I'm able to pay weekly with my paycheck. It even helped my credit go up since I've been making my payments on time 🥰 Thank you Perpay!

I was in discussion with a rep about how to continue to make payment since I was switching employers, it was a call I made in advance knowing I was switching. Rep didn't know what to do and was researching options. Finally after a few week span I had a payoff resolution, and in the meantime issued me a late payment mark on my credit report and refused to remove it when I inquired about it.

I have purchased a few things from Perpay and ive loved everything ive received EXCEPT my cast iorn set. The set came w 3 pans and 2 of them were broken. I tried to reach out to CS and nothing, your company does not make it easy to connect with someone in these areas. I continued to try different ways to contact someone and finally i got someone, he told me to email the pictures of the broken pans etc and i did but no one ever got back to me. Now my new issue with a purchase im currently trying to make is it shows once im done choosing what i want, the amount that will come out of each check and then once approved its giving me a different amount(higher), this has never happened to me with previous purchases.

I purchased a laptop through Perpay. The payments came out of my check automatically, ensuring that payments were always on time. It helped boost my credit score and my credit amount was raised with them (my buying power) super quick! I love Perpay!

Perpay is amazing! I had perpay for a year before I started using it and why did I wait so long? I love the flexibility of the payments coming out of my check and the products that they have. My only con is that the products are a little overpriced but the products are legit. I have the perpay credit card too and I love it!

Everything was good for about 6 months. I have a credit card and they report to the Credit bureau. Just recently I ordered AirPod pro on 4/20 it is now 5/2 and I have yet to receive item or even receive a timeframe for the order. I have spoken with chat support 4 different times and nothing has been resolved. I keep getting they will contact Distributing partner. They have taken money for the item but yet no answers. The support team must do better! This is a great app that can do some good for people but the downfall can be the customer service. Another company will come along and be better at it. I was a happy customer until this happened!

It has been very bad. Not consistent. No answers. Just waiting around.

Everything was very easy I bought a television. It was great. All I had to do was just set up direct payments.

The whole process is great and easy, it's the getting the additional funds back that is not easy and is very frustrating. I am still waiting

Have had a great experience with Perpay! Customer service is prompt and very helpful, the option to pay over time for larger items has made it a lot easier to make ends meet. Appreciate the service and would recommend it to friends/family

Worked with customer service a few times since I backed a member— each time their reps were very helpful, fast to act, gave clear resolution and were wonderful about keeping me informed along the way. Very much appreciate the amazing service!

Prepay is a really good to have its not all about getting merchandise you could also get a credit card they only charge interest once a month not everyone you use like those other credit cards they might not have everything you want but they got good electronics..

Always have what is wanted or needed or contact you letting you know item is out of stock and gives you the option of adding another item of equal value.

If i have a credit od 1313 why can i use that to pay off my balance i have paid more than i have they never give you updated you just keep paying and paying and paying and then you have this huge credit balance which they use so that you can buy more merchandise.

Changing my direct deposit on the website never works

I have been a customer of Perpay for 3 years now! They really do make it possible to afford big ticket items if you don't have or want to pay the full price upfront. They do charge a little more for their items but in all reality, the little bit extra they charge is still cheaper than the interest rate on my credit cards! I use them every Christmas for my 4 kids gifts and none of us have been dissatisfied so far! The best part is, is that you don't have to have impeccable credit to get approved, Just a source of verifiable income and your good to go! Thank you Perpay for making my kids and now granddaughter's Christmases extra special 👐👐

For anybody who don't want to pay cash up front and want to build a credit and also love having stuff and you had to pay for it all the way right away and you pay it off for time this is it.I love it life save an help me build credit an my lady 5stars for me can't tell you how many times. I been looking for a chance to start over/improve well this is it an not one of the fake reviews.I work at Amazon an it's wonderful having a second go at things.

I have been dealing with Perpay since 2020 and they have not let me down yet. If I had a problem with a merchandise they corrected the problem by sending me a replacement or refunding my money. I love them as they help my credit score increase as well.

The support needs to be way more better! Really need to have a 1-800 number to talk to somebody would make Perpay a lot better to use.

First let me say they've never let me down before. But this just felt ridiculous, I ordered the computer and I received it, when I ordered it, it didn't have any specifications on graphics, the graphics were completely horrible. Worst I've seen since 2013 a few days later when I had time, I figured I'd submit a refund request within minutes of placing the request it got automatically denied Due to it being out of the packaging. I'll be paying off the rest of what I owe and not using this app again unfortunately.

I normally would give you all a 10 if possible BUT I and giving you a very low grade because I have an account with you and my account is being paid down faithfully from $2600 to $400, my sister whom used my address for a short time but she is now in default on her account you all are holding me accountable for her actions so now I'm unable to order anything until she is caught up on HER account. That's not fair to me at all
