I love perpay because yes it may cost a little more but it make it easier for people that struggle and can't afford things out right. Great selections and good quality.

Talents payments promises to give back and never does extremely high interest and prices they have a 0% interest but there prices are three times the amount and they have extremely poor customer service Zee is such a horrible representative.

My credit card blocked due to some online fraud transactions which are declined too and never charged. Still they keep the block on card for almost 1.5 years and every time when contacted, they just say no ETA on resolution or progress when the card will be active. I even got into a call to review transaction once and they made the card active but within few hours, again the card is blocked. Upon calling, they said the card is either lost or stolen but I do have the physical card with me. Am tired of keep following with them for almost 1.5 years. The team is getting changed and they don't even know what's the exact issue or how to handle these of work. Every time you call, new people picks the call, take time to verify the account and finally say, its under review and get back via email but no communication from there until you call back or email. Answers are template based and looks like they just put on hold and do other things, may not be a priority for them but should understand from customer level priority. Shows the staff inexperience and lack of knowledge or interest and do just for call purposes. Recent email conversation with them, got a reply that prepay review team is working on it and get back via email, as usual template. Being prolonged time, either they should make active the card to see if any more fraudulent transaction happening again or replace with new card which is never used else without which, this never ends. I wish they should resolve this soon as possible

Initially went well with minor issues like changes to account information and verification with respect to account but very worst experience with their credit card support team giving just the template answers to get back but never come back until you try doing so.

It has been a flawless experience so far. No issues they send money to my card out of my check and it goes straight to the card and the money is available to use right away.

It's a great way to raise your credit. After you pay off your first item, you get interest free purchases. It helped a lot through Christmas. I have the credit card too.

I've used Perpay a lot now. It's super easy and convenient, but there is a massive price increase on items purchased. This is essentially the loan interest worked into the cost rather than the payments. Some things are almost twice the cost of buying them in full through a regular store. But if you'd prefer to pay a little bit over time and are okay with the costs, it's well worth it.

We love Per pay. There are so many items to choose from for your home living and outdoor living. Their products are top line. When you don't have the money to buy things you need for your home you can get it here and pay in payments. Yes everything is a little more pricey BUT it comes in handy when you need it right then n can't run to the store to get. I have one downfall so far and that is not having certain items I really needed and Loved. Ex. The Huggies wipes,laundry crystals,and fabric softener. I wish they wouldn't had taken those off. I also wish they would add things like bleach and pinesol. I also wish there was more of a selection of clothes and shoes and cheaper sunglasses purses jewlwery ECT. Not everyone can afford Gucci and Michael Knorrs items. But overall I love Per pay and really glad I came across those site. Thank you PERPAY

Listen, I enjoy the concept of Perpay and the many things they offer. Even though on most of the items I wouldn't personally do a "buy now pay later" type transaction on, I still appreciate the concept. However, the user experience and the design of the app is… well… horrendous. I still feel like it's 2008 ( i was born in 2002). I don't know what it is but the UX/UI of the site needs a huge upgrade and a little more TLC to that department that's over app design and how everything looks. It doesn't have to be anything over the top but just even small changes make a difference.

This app is amazing and very convenient. It comes in a very nice timely manner

I love being able to buy large items with Perpay. Having it taken out of my check makes it easy. The only issue I have is I have been a customer for a year and a half purchasing many items and paying them off, yet I have never been offered the Perpay credit card. I have met their qualifications and still nothing. They give you very little information and no way to ask questions.

I make my payments on time on my account because someone else that lived inside my household wasn't making their payments they won't let me order anything and that's not fair I'm dissatisfied because I have nothing to do with somebody else's account

The rv I paid for had a hard time setting it up.

I did a payment plan for a really expensive watch and paid it off in the middle of paying that off I ordered a few other things and after I paid the watch off I had a limit of $1100 only owing $200 on my other order and they are telling me I can't order anymore until I make a few more payments like I'm so confused I've already paid off a $600 watch and most of my second order so I'm confused why I'm being punished as if I missed payments when I have not missed one payment….

I buy stuff for my kids on this app and I like the fact that they report to the credit bureau in good standing this gives you an opportunity to fix your credit and they let you buy if you have bad credit so I give 10 stars for giving second chances...
