I bought 2 Apple pens and a iPad case. Come to find out there where not compatible. Never open never used. I still was charged not only the shipping free plus 10 dollars plus a 10% restocking fee. Horrible to rip people of knowing they already don't have the money or they wouldn't be paying double to get the things. STAY AWAY!

Used Perpay in the past never had any issues my recent order my 70 inch tv took eternity to get delivered. Not at all Perpays fault but I was continuously told that it would delivered the next day order was placed on the 12/28. I didn't receive my tv till 1/31. I unboxed the tv today because I haven't been home since it was delivered no visible cracks tv seems pristine when I turn it on tv is completely damaged. I waited over a month for this tv and I finally get it and it's broken. 😡

I love perpay! So far no major problems. Just don't like that you can't speak to a live customer service representative.
I ordered very small things a couple of times just to try it out but I no longer shop with them because everything is over priced. I just use the credit card now for building credit.

Had this account created years ago and never used it then all of a sudden two days ago I get emails about bank accounts being added and a purchase being made. I quickly signed in and saw two bank accounts added from people I do not know and an item purchase going to someone else again, that I do not know. It says shipping address cannot be changed without contacting support and yet there is no paper trail of anyone reaching out to them in the chat which makes me suspicious that this was all done internally by someone who works for the company. I asked to have this investigated immediately and my personal details removed and account closed but no response. It's clear someone has access to my personal information and yet NOTHING is being done about it

I enjoy the service and the merchandise but I don't like the fact that when it's time to reorder that the orders are getting declined or they're not getting approved and they say they're going to send you an email and an email number comes so it's very unprofessional to have the client waiting to find out why their account was not approved
Spent about $15,000 with them on big dollar items and never missed a single payment and they take longer and longer to ship every order I make...advertise I'm in active shipping status which means supposed to ship soon as order is made and it still takes a week to get order rolling and customer service is clueless with the same answer every time...I recommend Fingerhut before these guys cuz they lost me as a customer for taking way to long to ship

I paid my last money's owed and tried to cancel my account/PerPay + subscription I guess is what they call it prior to December. I have now been emailing back and forth with the (I believe to be automated) customer service for over 2 weeks now. There are very helpful instructions on how to cancel your account, except when following the instructions... there isn't an actual link to click on like the instructions state. The picture is of their most recent email to me and my reply.
Tip for consumers:
They never have the products you order, you go through the whole process and then after they get your first payment they send you an email stating that item is out of stock, but now we have your money can we send you this instead. Then you have to go through a couple weeks long event of trying to cancel that order and get your money back. This is why I ended (or tried to) the account with them.

Ordered my son a PS5 for Christmas. Of course I did not open it before Christmas. He opened it Christmas day; it will not read and download the discs. We were advised to return it since it had such a major flaw right out of the box. There is no customer service phone number. All I can do is complete an application to return the unusable product. Someone named Leo emailed me to say my application to return the item was under review. I have no place to return this item Does anyone have a return address? I don't care about free shipping. I need to return this so I am not charged for a PS5 that doesn't work.
