AND YES IVE TOLD EVERYONE THAT I CAN TELL AT PERPAY AND STILL NOTHING. IM APPROVED FOR A $1000 AND CANT USE NONE OF IT. I'd ABSOLUTELY LOVE TO TALK TO A MANAGER BECAUSE IVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN 30 YEARS THAT IVE BEEN A GROWN UP.
