I've had an account with perpay for years and because my neighbor has a past due balance, I can no longer place an order until the past due amount is paid. I live on the B side of the duplex, my neighbor lives in A. That is unfair for me to be held liable for someone else account.

I was in a rough spot for Christmas and per pay was there when I needed it. I was able to get my son something he really wanted and best part was making payments and not having to pay for it all right away because I couldn't afford to.

Perpay has authorized user on every product on their website but their not authorized to sell at all! I found this out when I attempted to register my Samsung Washing machine. Perpay sent me an itemized receipt upon my request and I sent it to Samsung to register my protection plan. They said when you buy their products from a third party they have update it manually. They told me that perpay is not authorized. I sent an email explaining this to perpay and they sent me an amazon bar code and told me to try that instead. That didn't work either. If you look at their products almost all big items come with a one year warranty and it also says authorized seller but it's not true. I believe they order from the big names, send it to themselves, and then send it to us the consumer. I have been with them since 2016 and last year I discovered this. I've always received my products on time, and each time without any issues but that one took me for a loop.
I trying to get a xbox throw then. On there site it says that after your frist payment your order will send off in 3-5 business days after that payment. But when my payment with throw it said I wont send out into 6 to 8 weeks. What the hell

My company sent $350.00 instead of the $83.00 payment I'm required to make. Betsy from perpay was super quick to respond and offer me my options. She was able to just deduct the payment owed and bounce the overage of 271 to my savings account. I had issues with verifying my new account and she called me up and did it over the phone for me. Amazing service. This wasnt even their fault and they made it right. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them and will continue to order. Amazing company that will soon lead the way for no or low credit financing.
Was approved. However, the items I really want they don't offer. They sent me a firm to fill out to post the items I want, and ask for Amazon links if available. Which I did. Multiple links, multiple forms, and yet they refuse to get what I want. Went through flexshopper before, but perpay is 8 payments vs a year. Perpay doesn't have anything I want and refuse to get it. Poor customer service.
My whole pay check has been deducted and I can't get in touch with anyone to help stop that payment. I have sent email after email and call after call. I still haven't gotten a response. This is not a good look. I think I'm going to report this to the BBB.

When I hit the withdraw money to get my money back they asked for my bank information they made a deposit to verify my account and then took the deposit back. My bank account was verified but now they saying they having a problem with the bank and sending my money back. Why are you taking money if the order is CANCELLED! I NEED MY MONEY NOW! SCAMMERS

They advertise unlocked phones but as soon as u take the phone to a carrier it locks. Is this really a unlocked phone. If I wanted a locked phone why not go directly to the carrier & lease it. You can't sell or advertise unlocked if it locks. It defeats the purpose of paying extra for a unlocked phone if u don't have the freedom to moved your phone from Verizon to T-mobile if I need to. Verizon puts a 60 day lock on your supposed to be unlocked phone. Beware...
I set up my payment to come out of my paycheck. It came out and was deposited into perpay account. I tried to contact through the webite chat just to confirm payment was received and we are on track for my 2 items to be shipped out. No response. It has been 24 hours and no response at all. I'm not a dumb $#*!. I know perpay does not debit my bank account. I request my payroll department to deduct from my check. I did that. If I don't hear back i will cancel all future payments. This is basically a rent to own online business that does wonderful business from customer service up to the CEO. I bought a Michael Kors Gold Men's watch through Perpay. It is absolutely gorgeous! I paid all my payments as due on time and as contracted. To get the payments to stop is you get your automatic payment each paycheck to the specific Chase Bank account stopped through either H.R. Or whatever company does your timecards for you. My company uses Paycor. It was a very simple process to stop payment on my own sign in once my Perpay account was 100% paid off. :)

I have bought 6 items from Perpay and have their credit card. Have had a great experience. The prices are higher because you are not paying interest on a payment plan, they are in the business to make money. I thought that was a given for people to figure out. Also, I have seen people complain that after they pay a product in full they keep taking money out. If you set up a direct deposit/allotment it comes out till you stop it, it is your account. This is not unusual. Stop the allotment to them.

I only recieved 2 of the 3 boxes that were suppose to be delivered. I emailed them and also went on the live chat. They didnt get back with you till 4 hours latter with questions that you all ready told them in the chat. Next day not till end of the day they respond again with same questions. They wanted pictures of what I recieved witch I sent last night. All day here it is 445pm and I got no response. 5 days latter I am still missing half my bed and have no answer on what's going on. Yet they take my money every week with no issues.
I was very sceptical about ordering from perpay. I was approved for $1000 limit. Seemed to good to be true. So I started reading reviews and became more sceptical about not ordering, even tho there were good reviews. Me being a single mom or 2 kids I didnt want to risk losing any money. I reached out the perpay by email. Not once but a total of 23 emails during this process. Any questions that I had they answered and responded within minutes. Setting up direct deposit was easy. First payment was taken out. I recieved my items the next week. Shipping updates were posted to my account. Extremely pleased with this experience and will be using them again
Been trying to get ahold of this company for a replacement of an item they had out of stock. I gave them all the info they needed but they won't reply. No one will reach out about where the heck this replacement dryer is or what they are going to do about. I'm onto my 2nd payment and will be on my 3rd and still haven't and probably won't see the replacement. Tell me what I'm suppose to do about them NOT trying to deliver the item I'm actively paying for and if I refuse to pay for it I get sent to collections and suffer a credit score bump down.

Hello, I was suppose to receive my paycheck on Monday only to learn that prepay has control of my deposit from an order I never ordered back in December! I don't understand if the order was approved in December, how was there no confirmation email giving in December? I never placed an order and would like a refund! It's no live human and no one will contact me back! Do not buy from this company, also they have no live chat available!

Stay away from this company especially if you wanna purchase a ps5... I used a similar company called zebit I made my first payment and the ps5 was in my possession 3 days later... this company on the other hand the fact that you have to set it up as a direct deposit is gonna take a couple of weeks just for them to actually receive a payment but the worst part is they basically lie and tell you that they have them in stock but after you've set everything up and money is taken out of your check you realize that they actually don't have them in stock and you're literally waiting around to see when one might get shipped to you smh it's been a whole month since I first signed up and I'm still being told it might be another 4-6 weeks until one actually ships to me meanwhile they're taking money outta my check every week do yourself a favour and don't use this company
